Day 20 of the Omer
Actually, what follows here is not much of a shocker to those who know anything about the Waller Family and their HaYovel Ministries. (If you are new here, search this blog for either.) They first came to Israel as Xian missionaries in 2004 and despite claims from many, many "Orthodox" Jews, as well as rabbis, who are intimately involved with facilitating their goals and helping to establish them in Israel permanently, they are still missionaries up to this very day.
Early days...
Tommy Waller: "For us, sharing the gospel is not only verbal, it has an action to it. It's based on relationships. As we're working with these people, we'll be able to share with them this Jesus that we know."
Brayden Waller: "Our family has begun a ministry called HaYovel. The vision of HaYovel is to develop a network of individuals, families and congregations [churches and messianic 'synagogues'] ready to labor side by side with the people of Israel, to bless them, to stand with them, to share with them a passion for the soon coming of the Jubilee in Yeshua, the messiah."
Today...
Tommy Waller: "The Jews are also a blessing to me, and what I've learned from just being with them, I've learned a lot about who my savior is, I've learned a lot about who my messiah is and the amazing thing is they are also learning who my messiah is because for the first time in 2000 years we are dialoging with the religious community and they are seeing Yeshua not as this blue-eyed European, you know, Messiah, but as a good Jew. Cause the first thing they have to do is see Yeshua as a good Jew, a good faithful Jew cause that's who he is."
So, despite proclamations from sundry Jews and rabbis that these are righteous gentiles; that they are no longer missionaries; that they have changed dramatically in some fundamental way, well.... If his words are any indication, you be the judge.
What do they mean by “establish Jerusalem”?
ReplyDeleteIt is a reference to Isaiah 62.7: "And give Him no rest, until He establishes and until He makes Jerusalem a praise in the land."
DeleteIt means to establish it as the center of worship and the place from which the Messiah will rule and reign over the world.
Why does any of this matter if the elite will enter their bunkers and want to kill almost everybody? Both sides make no sense

No surprise about them. That is the main purpose of their religion. I've been under pressure to accept them as benign, but not me! Trojan no doubt.
ReplyDeleteMust be difficult at home seeing as how your husband is one of their biggest defenders.
DeleteSorry, but nothing in those "today" words indicate any proselytizing activity or even intention.
ReplyDeleteYou appear to be somewhat "teched in the head", Yisrael. And if you are as clueless about what that is as you are about missionary intent and activity, just ask your buddy from Tennessee. I'm sure he can explain it to you.
DeleteHow come if Hayovel's intentions are not evangelical why is the video now private? What are they worried about?
DeleteNote to Readers: Anonymous above is referring to the video interviews from which the posted quotes were taken. Those videos have now been removed. That's par for the course and why I did not bother to link to them. If you look back at the other posts I've written about this scourge on Israel, you'll see that all referenced videos were later removed. Maybe they thought it was safe to come out of hiding; that maybe those who oppose them had given up and were no longer paying attention. Or maybe donations were off and there was a feeling that advertising had to be undertaken despite the risk of exposure. Or maybe Tommy Waller, in typical style, just couldn't resist a bit of good-ole-boy bragging about his exploits, like saying his home in Israel is just a stone's throw from Syria. That certainly seems true if one has the opportunity to hear the entire interview.
DeleteOne thing is clear. They believe their agenda is meeting with phenomenal success - thanks to all the Jewish enablers.
