The Three Messianic Wars

12 Kislev 5776

Besides the Three Wars of Gog uMagog - WW1, WW2 and WW3 - which involve the nations of the world, there are other Messianic Wars which involve Israel and her immediate neighbors. They also come in three. The first - "The War of Independence" - returned a large part of the Land of Israel to Jewish rule. The second - "The Six Days War" - returned Jerusalem to Jewish sovereignty. And the third - "The Second Hanukah War?" - will restore the Temple Mount to full Jewish control.

It's not for nothing that since the outbreak of the second intifada ("Al Aksa Intifada"), the Muslims/Arabs have focused the conflict between us on the Temple Mount ("Save Al Aksa").

Constructing a plastic replica of the al-Aksa Mosque and Dome of the Rock, Iranian
media reports tens of thousands of soldiers staged exercises dubbed 'Towards the Holy City.'

And it's interesting that while they say "Al Aksa", what they mean is the exact place where the Holy Temple stood - under the Dome of the Rock.

This final Messianic War coming before the last War of Gog uMagog (and which will likely even be the cause of it) is described very succinctly in the Prophecy of Yeshayahu (see perek yud-aleph, pasuk yud-dalet):
"And they shall fly of one accord against the Philistines in the west, together they shall plunder the children of the East; upon Edom and Moab shall they stretch forth their hand, and the children of Ammon shall obey them."
The "Philistines in the West" could be referring to Gaza/Hamas, but also equally to the PLO in the "West Bank", especially seeing as how it spills over into the "East Bank". Edom, Moab, and Ammon are today's Kingdom of Jordan - the current overseer of the Temple Mount.

According to a report on Debkafile this morning, we could be much closer to this all-out war than we may think...
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon have been at loggerheads with Israel’s military and Shin Bet chiefs on how to grapple with the wave of Palestinian terror sweeping the country for more than two months,....
DEBKAfile’s counter-terror experts challenge this premise. The current wave is not only not dying down it is gaining traction.

...In the last 24 hours, the terrorists have spread their wings from Hebron, last week’s hotbed, to places further north. If they are not stopped, they may well move across the Green Line into the coastal districts around Tel Aviv and the northern Afula Plain and Jezreel Valley. At that point, the Fatah’s armed wing, the Tanzim, is more than likely to join the action with firearms, instituting a full-fledged armed uprising against the Jewish State. To pre-empt this escalation and freeze the current wave of attacks, Israel’s military and intelligence chiefs have put forward a 7-point plan of action....
DEBKAfile’s political sources report that Netanyahu and Ya’alon are not in favor of the plan,.... Ya’alon is apprehensive that the Palestinians will deem the lockdown an Israeli declaration of all-out war. An armed conflict would then erupt between the two peoples with full force.
The question is whether the war will be a result of the current regime's strength - by cracking down mercilessly on the Arabs in order to stem the daily flow of Jewish blood or its weakness. With John Kerry here in Jerusalem today, there is always the chance that a final appeasement - a sacrifice for peace - will be offered which will predictably only whet the Arabs' appetite for more. A clear signal that a State of Palestine is in the offing has always been met with a declaration of war.

As Debka makes clear, no matter which way they go, it seems the Arab reaction will be to go to war. That's because ultimately, HKB"H wills it. It's unavoidable. What's also unavoidable is that this regime will not survive either scenario, because it can't and/or won't rule over the Temple Mount. Out of this war, I would expect MBY to emerge to ruling power.

And what better time for a war over the Temple Mount to occur but on or around Hanukah? Might it be that close? Stay tuned...

  1. Do not worry, netanyahu is not nearly stupid enough to even give them 1 square meter of anything: even his backyard. And the Arabs want war at all costs "no matter what"! But Israel should leave al aqsa for the time being and focus on greeting moshiach which is extremely soon and let him and the one manage for us.

  2. I've been wondering for a while; the autistics gave us a whole rundown last year of what will happen that year. Sukkos will see a changed world. Chanukah we'll fight them like the Makabees. Purim we'll see something like a real Haman. Peach-Eliyahu Hanavi. Shvuos= the Bais Hamikdosh.
Maybe he was just one year off the mark.
Yet, I do not expect our geulah for the Har Habayis will be coming through the secular govt at all. Hashem has better, other ways. Moshiach will take care of that.

    1. I don't remember if it was Natan or Rav Vaknin or someone else, but someone recently said that Hashem delayed the decree by a year.

    2. Yes, I too observed that, as well as other seeming contradictions. Such as the 15-yr old's dream about Moshiach rescuing people at the split Har Hazeisim, and the autistic who stated that Moshiach is supposed to be based in either Tzfat or Tverya, and that many from the IDF will join up with him.

    3. It also seems to me, with my vague recall, that not all of the autistics have been so adamantly warning about moving to E.Y. rather stating that it depends on one's spiritual level no matter where you are.

  3. Our t'shuva will impact the severity of the war. If we demonstrate our resolve to take Har HaBayit----with or without govt sanction--- we will have done a significant t'shuva. Moshiach will emerge at that moment to then get in front of it but we, in our own effort to liberate the Shechina, will have hastened it.

    1. We don't "take" Har Habayit. God gives it to us when we are ready for it. I don't see the program most so-called Temple Mount activists have for "sharing" it with the idolaters as a "signifcant t'shuva".

    2. I don't advocate sharing it with isolators. I say the people should take action to remove Muslims and declare theim dominion there null and void. As Hashem awaited our bringing the paschal lamb before taking us out of Egypt, so He awaits this action.

    3. It is said we are not allowed access and rights on the temple mount (al aqsa) until after moshiach' arrives. Besides, it is dangerous to fight over it over these beasts so leave it as-is.

  4. The world is a mess because there is not one 'leader' worthy of being called a leader. Netanyahu gets his orders and doesn't budge otherwise no matter what happens. All is really orchestrated from H', so we have no one to rely on, as His plans will be implemented. If Moshiach Ben Yosef (meaning a person) will pick up the fight (we have no idea who he might be), that will lead us soon to MBD. Unless, miracle of miracles, the PM will be that person (doubtful) and become a real leader. We don't know how anything will turn, except for the end of the story, which we have H's Promise. nili

  5. Agreed. When I read about Glick sharing it with the idolators and doesn't seem to bother them, you know something is terribly wrong. That is the opposite of teshuvah!

  6. Exactly, Devash. And, nowhere does it say that fighting for the Temple Mount has anything to do with repentance. Tshuva is self analysis, and then regret.... Acquisition of the Temple Mount is not where Hashem needs our help.

    1. On the other hand it is a mitzvah - "asu li mikdash" - just like yishuv ha'aretz. And we have an obligation to do as much towards that goal as possible. Just like those who must yearn to make aliyah even if right now they can't pull it off. So, too, if we are any kind of Jew at all, we yearn, yearn, yearn to see the Temple rebuilt and even more to be worthy of the spiritual level that would allow us access to it.

    2. "Acquiring" the Mount is a tremendous kiddush Hashem, a tremendous declaration of which G-d is authentic and truly runs the world. It is an act of spiritual fortitude, the bringing of the Paschal lamb of our time.

    3. There is a prescribed order to these things and you are looking at it backwards. See HERE.
