⚠ IDF tanks have been spotted moving north as part of Division 98, an elite unit of the IDF, signaling military preparation for potential escalation.
⚠ Naim Qassem, Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah, delivered a strong message during a speech at the Aqil burial. He threatened to "destroy Israel’s economy" and rejected any attempts at resolving the conflict through diplomacy. Qassem declared that not only would no Israeli residents return to the north, but even more people would flee the area. He emphasized that just as Israel has made "returning the citizens to the north" a war goal, Hezbollah has set its own goal of preventing that from happening. He described the situation as an open-ended battle with Israel, stating that Hezbollah is prepared for all military challenges and has yet to decide its full response to the aggression.
