A barrage of 45 rockets was fired from Lebanon at the Acre area an hour ago. The IDF says some of the rockets were intercepted and the rest struck open areas, mostly the sea. Meanwhile, dozens more Hezbollah sites were struck in Lebanon in the past few hours. The targets included weapon depots, buildings used by Hezbollah, and operatives, according to the military.

What we know: Hezbollah attacks stopped for 18 hours. There was a shorter pause in IDF strikes. Both sides have now resumed their attacks. What this means: Looks like negotiations by fire, as efforts to secure temporary truce continue. Bottom line: For now the sides are settling back into a limited escalation routine. Israel should aim to keep this phase short. Either secure a truce on acceptable terms or keep pounding Hezbollah hard. Otherwise the same routine will continue, with no strategic change.

Conflicting estimates in Israel on chances of Lebanon ceasefire. Some ministers voice strong objections (those spineless losers can't do anything beyond tweeting). Ultimately Netanyahu will decide. For now, waiting for more updates.

Every time the US is forcing Israel into bad deals, HKB"H gives them a wallop, but they never learn the lesson!!

⚠ISRAEL-HEZBOLLAH TRUCE IMMINENT, US OFFICIALS CONFIRM TEMPORARY 21-DAY CEASEFIRE AMID CALLS FOR HEZBOLLAH'S DEFEAT

⚠ As of 6:30 AM, a municipality statement from Tzfat advises all residents to remain close to shelters and limit outdoor activities until further notice.

⚠ Overnight, Israel launched more than 150 airstrikes on the Bekaa region in Lebanon, with 60 of these occurring in just a few minutes. Among these, 40 strikes specifically targeted Baalbek.

⚠ Senior US officials have indicated that a truce between Israel and Hezbollah could take effect within hours, according to reports from 12 News and Sky News. This truce, expected to last 21 days along the Israel-Lebanon border, is aimed at facilitating negotiations for a more permanent peace agreement. However, it is important to note that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu stated last night that he would not agree to a temporary ceasefire. There has been no official confirmation from Israel at this time.

Meanwhile, a Hamas official revealed to the Saudi network "Al-Hadth" that the group has reached an agreement where Fatah will take responsibility for civil management in Gaza, including control of crossings.

⚠ Israeli politician MK Smotrich has expressed that the campaign in the north must end decisively, advocating for the complete defeat of Hezbollah. He stated that Hezbollah should not be allowed to regroup after the 21-day truce. The only acceptable outcomes, he argued, are Hezbollah’s surrender or continued conflict, to ensure long-term security for northern Israel and the nation as a whole.

Tensions are running high with interceptor missiles launched over Kibbutz Sufa following a rocket attack from Gaza. It's concerning that no sirens were sounded. Hoping for safety and calm in the region.

Oh, so NOW  "it is the time" to enforce the law on Hezbollah - when Israel is winning.  Isn't that always the way.  No thought to the suffering of Israeli citizens for eleven months, but NOW...!

We'd better hope and pray that nothing is allowed to stop the progress of this war which is the  birthpangs of Mashiach.  The nations of the world are trying their best to prevent the geulah because they know it means their end.

  1. For days we've had almost nonstop sorties flying over our heads. At night and early morning we could even hear the bombing. Since yesterday morning it's been quiet. I don't believe these reports about heavy bombardment. Once again it appears we have succumbed to the goyim idols that this nonTorah medinat worships. 70,000 people will spend the chaggim in hotels and vacation apartments. Can we have Liberman take over while Bibi is hobnobbing with his American friends?
