My earlier assessment was that this next phase would start by the 17th - the anniversary of the Great Flood.  Very interestingly, it rained that day in Eretz Yisrael, and thunder rumbled continuously like HKB"H was sending down His own bombs.

— 3:00 PM UNKNOWNS… there is a lot of speculation about the Hezbollah leader’s speech at 3pm today. Russian sources (TASS) say war at 3pm. Others speculate he will make a threatening speech but take no increased action after seeing Israel’s punch to Gaza.

We have similarly seen channel reports of Iran associated militias in Syria and Iraq ‘going to full alert’, along with continuous attacks on US bases in Syria and Iraq. And Iranian channels are reporting Iran to have gone on full alert

We pray to G-d and know that our security forces will do their best - adding Tehillim (Psalms) is appropriate!

But we should do our practical part. From 2:45 PM - 4:00 PM, it would be wise to take a little extra caution and be near shelter.

— SHABBAT in Israel starts tonight at 4:31 PM [4:13 in Jrslm and East] and ends at 5:26 PM Saturday night. We will send our emergency Shabbat instructions in a few hours - amended for a greater possible emergency situation.

— ALGIERS / ALGERIA (who DECLARED WAR ON ISRAEL)… name correction, the country is Algeria, their capital city is Algiers.
