It's from a "Sod HaChashmal" shiur last week for Parshat Nitzavim. Rabbanit Leah Kook of Teverya, Rav Kanievsky's niece, said he asked her to publicize these three things. As far as I can tell, it doesn't say when the Rav made this request of the Rabbanit.
Please if you can, can you give the translation in English of the prayer to be said when seeing the Masiach,? Also is it alright for non-Jews to say it too. Thanks in advance. Hashem bless you. sc
