Just a side note which I was reminded about from one of the other Megalim documentaries shown here (which are great) about the spoils from the Beit Hamikdash taken by Titus. The Menorah depicted on the Arch in Rome is not the original Menorah which is hidden with other Temple vessels under Har Habayit. That one is angular, as the Rambam depicts it. The one that was captured was from the second Temple which is not on the same holy level as the original! H' is Great! Titus was defeated by an insect.
