  1. You are one of the few voices of reason and sanity in the world.
God bless for your good work.

  2. How about John Kerry saying that the violence is due to the "massive building" in the "settlements"?

  3. Thanks for the comment section. I too feel like screaming at the injustices perpetrated. What about "Supreme Court Justices Yitzhak Amit, Daphne Barak-Erez and Anat Baron decided Tuesday to reduce the sentence of a convicted Hamas terrorist in charge of the "civilian branch" in Jerusalem." 1. Actually, it was an accident. I forgot to manually turn them off on this post, but since hakol min Shamayim... ;-)

  4. Here's another one: A government representative may not be allowed to represent his constituency due to a "conflict of interest", i.e., he might show favoritism towards the people he was elected to represent! Only in Israel!!

    1. Reading the Yeshiva World article reminds me how I don't understand why many discussions of killing "neutralized" terrorists (whether stabbers or shooters or bombers, etc.) omit the fact that the Israeli government "collects" terrorists only to release them later, and some of those released terrorists have already gone on to kill (or attempt to kill) more Jews.
I haven't read everything, obviously, but this point isn't usually mentioned in these discussions or reports and I would think the eventual release of rabid murderers (or murderer-wannabees) is actually a key point in the discussion.
      But perhaps I'm insane....

  6. How is this for a slogan? "Join the IDF and do your part in the struggle against Jewish 'Extremism' "

  8. Simply put, liberalism is a mental disorder. Jews who have made their religion leftism, etc. are even worse than our enemies, because they embolden them. Our Torah tells us that from within your midst will come your worst enemies. How much proof do we need? That the small minority of these vile 'jews' have the power to rule over the many in our holy EY is sickening and we pray that hopefully for the coming of Moshiach Tzdkeinu ASAP. Also, praying that Jews awaken and heed the commandments of our Torah. nili

  9. Israel is in a state of confusion until Mashiach comes. Mashiach's steps are being heard He might even read this inspiring blog. The ushering in of Yom Hadin is evident considering events in Israel and Syria.

  10. Treating enemy wounded is part of IDF medics' training. In triage, when faced with multiple wounded, you rate the wounded according to the seriousness of their wound and according to their survivability. This is a fact, and I think it reflects an ingrained value. When in combat, you neutralize the danger. As soon as the enemy drops his gun, the danger is neutralized and you may not shoot him.As soon as the danger is gone, you treat him like a human. Similarly, I have seen the videos of security personnel showing unbelievable restraint when faced with an armed terrorist, trying to get him to drop the weapon, shooting only when there was no option. It is how the IDF operates.

    1. And that's why anyone who calls the IDF a "holy army" is a fool and a liar.

That's how it is, but not how it's supposed to be. The danger is only "gone" until the very next opportunity he has to kill you. Witness the released prisoners who go out and kill again. I don't care how injured the murderer, the victims should be treated first, and of the victims who are injured, Jews should be treated first, for the same reason the Talmud tells us to break Shabbat to save the life of a Jew but not a goy. Not only do JEWISH LIVES MATTER... JEWISH LIVES MATTER MORE!

If anyone has a problem with that, speak to HKB"H about it.

We've seen this misplaced and ill-conceived "moral superiority" enacted before. See Shmuel HaNavi's reaction to Shaul HaMelech's compassion for Agag and even the sheep! See Moshe Rabbeinu's reaction to Bnei Yisrael's compassion on the Banot Midyan. I'm sure there are others because we don't seem to ever learn the lessons of history!

  12. In a crooked world a murderer is treated first if his wounds are more severe than of the victim. Israel makes today this mistake instead of letting the murderer die without any effort of saving his life because a murderer isn't really a full human being, he lost his humanity the moment when became a killer. Mashiach will make right this world that has lost the guiding light. A murderer belongs to darkness, he will have no right to live in Olam Haba.

  13. What a person learns in training becomes second nature right or wrong. When I went through the police academy we were shown a training video about the deaths of two officers during a gun fight. It was an old video and the officers had revolvers with manual load. In training they were always reminded to pick up thief empty cartridges when the gun empties. This little habit cost these two officers their lives. In the middle of a gun fight they didn't reload. The stopped to clean up the spent cartridges. It is immoral to treat a murderer before the victim. Humanity has nothing to do with it. In war does the medic treat the wounded enemy first? This is a perversion of Justice and morality there is no other way to describe it. And on top of it some see it as a source of pride.
