Promises of the Covenant

17 Menachem Av 5780
Erev Shabbat Kodesh
Parashat Eikev   (Devarim 7.12- 11.25)

Reposting from last year...

Devarim 7.22-24
...And the Lord, your God, will drive out those nations from before you, little by little. You will not be able to destroy them quickly, lest the beasts of the field outnumber you.
But the Lord, your God, will deliver them to you, and He will confound them with great confusion, until they are destroyed.
And He will deliver their kings into your hand, and you will destroy their name from beneath the heavens; no man will be able to stand up before you, until you have destroyed them.

Devarim 8.7-10
...For the Lord your God is bringing you to a good land, a land with brooks of water, fountains and depths, that emerge in valleys and mountains, a land of wheat and barley, vines and figs and pomegranates, a land of oil producing olives and honey, a land in which you will eat bread without scarcity, you will lack nothing in it, a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose mountains you will hew copper.
And you will eat and be sated, and you shall bless the Lord, your God, for the good land He has given you.

Devarim 8.11-14, 17-20
...Beware that you do not forget the Lord, your God, by not keeping His commandments, His ordinances, and His statutes, which I command you this day, lest you eat and be sated, and build good houses and dwell therein, and your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and gold increase, and all that you have increases, and your heart grows haughty, and you forget the Lord, your God,....

...and you will say to yourself, "My strength and the might of my hand has accumulated this wealth for me."
But you must remember the Lord your God, for it is He that gives you strength to make wealth, in order to establish His covenant which He swore to your forefathers, as it is this day.
And it will be, if you forget the Lord your God and follow other gods, and worship them, and prostrate yourself before them, I bear witness against you this day, that you will surely perish.
As the nations that the Lord destroys before you, so will you perish; since you will not obey the Lord your God.

Devarim 11.22-25
...For if you keep all these commandments which I command you to do them, to love the Lord, your God, to walk in all His ways, and to cleave to Him, then the Lord will drive out all these nations from before you, and you will possess nations greater and stronger than you.
Every place upon which the soles of your feet will tread, will be yours: from the desert and the Lebanon, from the river, the Euphrates River, and until the western sea, will be your boundary.
No man will stand up before you; the Lord your God will cast the fear of you and the dread of you on all the land upon which you tread, as He spoke to you.

  2. LOL. If I was a Canaanite, I wouldn't speak of it. :)

  3. Really? Canaanites? Arafat already tried this, calling himself a Jebusite. It didn't work. This is one of the many reasons I am against these so-called indigenous rights groups, some of which believe in rights of some Bedouins to remain here for the same reason. (Someone please correct me, if I've gotten that wrong.)

It doesn't matter who is indigenous or not, it matters who HaShem wants to be here in the Land.

My argument is here in Debunking Israel's Indigenous Argument, and includes Rashi's comments on the first part of Bereishith (Genesis).

  4. I'm not sure what happened to the video about the 3 nation-states... but President Macron of France was also Jesuit-educated and had a "fairy-tale" rise to wealth and power...

  5. Anonymous@2:13PM: Sorry! But there was an issue with the video. I made it private while I work out the problem and then, iy"H, I'll repost it with the additional info we were talking about. Thanks for that about Macron. Of course, Peres is no longer a threat, but did you know that he was Jesuit-educated as well?

  6. I knew he was openly a freemason, but he was Jesuit educated???

  7. you mentioned the vulture. Never understood how he went to a catholic school in Poland (must be almost 100 yrs. ago) in Poland. Why would Jewish parents send their child to such a school and not to a cheder, yeshivah or even a public school?
Wondering about his true lineage. Would think that would have been unthinkable for even the most secular Jew at that time.

  8. Am working on it right now. Soon.

  9. Sorry, everybody. I just finished remaking that video. It has a new ending. I'm not sure how far into this Jesuit thing I'll go in the next blog post. You can imagine what an involved story that is, but re: Peres, my source on that was Barry Chamish and he cited Yitzchak Rabin. You can see it here and I have reproduced the pertinent part below...

SHIMON PERES - THE VATICAN'S PRESIDENT OF ISRAEL

    by Barry Chamish

In 1979, Yitzhak Rabin published his autobiography, within was a one-line offbeat quote. He said that unlike all Jewish children growing up in Poland, Shimon Peres spent his early education at a Jesuit school. It was an odd fact and I took a mental note of it without understanding it's significance...

Until I broke my first attention-getting story as a political journalist:

In March 1994, the newspaper Chadashot revealed a most remarkable secret of the Middle East "peace" process. A friend of Shimon Peres, the French intellectual Marek Halter, claimed in an interview that in May 1993, he delivered a letter from Peres to the pope. Within, Peres promised to internationalize Jerusalem, granting the UN political control of the Old City of Jerusalem, and the Vatican hegemony of the holy sites within. The UN would give the PLO a capital within its new territory and East Jerusalem would become a kind of free trade zone of world diplomacy.

Halter's claim was backed by the Italian newspaper La Stampa which added that Arafat was apprised of the agreement and it was included in the secret clauses of the Declaration Of Principles signed in Washington in September 1993.

In March 1995, the Israeli radio station Arutz Sheva was leaked a cable from the Israeli Embassy in Rome to Peres's Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem confirming the handover of Jerusalem to the Vatican. This cable was printed on the front page of the radical leftwing Israeli newspaper, Haaretz two days later. A scandal erupted and numerous rabbis who had invited Peres for Passover services cancelled their invitations in protest of his treachery. Peres reacted by claiming that the cable was real but that someone had whited out the word, "not;" the cable really said that Israel would "not" hand Jerusalem over to the holy pontiff.

  10. They are all *freemasons*. All of them. Including Abbas. And all the other politicians. From the top to the bottom. If it is a politician, they are *freemasons* on some level of degree. That is how this facet of the illusionary matrix is constructed. All. Of. Them.
