    "Was Rabbi Kahane the Last Light of Chanukah?" This is actually a very profound question. No one has come close to filling the void that was left since he was murdered. There are few voices remaining of Torah and reason, and I see no bright shining lights emerging to continue in his footsteps. If indeed he was the last light of Chanukah, then the time must be close, B'H
