Parashat Ki Tavo
"It will be when you enter the Land that Hashem, your God, gives you as an inheritance, and you possess it, and dwell in it,....
...I have come to the Land that Hashem swore to our forefathers to give us...."
Have you ever seen a three-legged table missing one leg?  The other two legs can be perfectly intact, but if the third one is missing, the table cannot fulfill the function for which it was made.

This is the way it is with that indestructible three-sided construct:  Am Yisrael - Torat Yisrael - Eretz Yisrael.

Throughout our long and miserable exile, Am Yisrael has been trying to stand on just two legs like any other ben adam - with Torah and community.  But, for Bnei Yisrael, that is mere survival, like a three-legged table with only two legs.

Until we bring that community into Eretz Yisrael and fulfill the Torah on its holy soil, we
cannot function as God intended when He formed us as a nation.

May all of us alive today merit out of the abundance of Hashem's mercy and kindness to witness the complete regathering of Am Yisrael to Eretz Yisrael to fulfill all of the mitzvot of Torat Yisrael in our lifetime!

PS: Please be advised, a very important blog post will be coming out sometime later on Yom Rishon, b'ezrat Hashem, im yirtzeh Hashem.

  1. AMEN! And H' bless you for all the knowledge and information that you supply us with; and may your blessing written here materialize for all of the Jewish neshamot, b'mheira b'yameinu! Shabbat Shalom!
