Donald J. Trump: Demagogue or Demigod?

28 Tamuz 5776

"Everyone of haughty heart is an abomination of the Lord;...." (Mishlei 16.5)

Can you spell e-g-o-t-i-s-t-i-c-a-l?

Donald Trump's home is located on the 66th floor of the Trump Tower in Manhattan. It is an architectural paean to Greek culture. It is a gold-encrusted temple to the gods of Olympus among whom Trump assumes his well-earned position.

Inside Donald Trump's $100 million penthouse

"Art of the deal-maker: Classical art dominates here with a bronze of Eros and Psyche, one of the great Greek love stories, and Apollo led by Aurora - the Greek goddess of the dawn, suggesting Trump sees himself the mold of Apollo, Zeus's son, and one of the most powerful of the gods."

  1. You have a unique perspective on Trump. But according to Rabbi Kessen (in his last video) says that Trump is all this but underneath it all he is honest and a good man. Because of his ego he was chosen by G-D to challenge the world powers and save Edom (America) and in turn Israel. it is because of his personality that he was chosen by HaShem to do what needs to be done. Time will tell what comes about. However, I still believe that "Vashti" will be elected because more teshuva is needed, plus the Jews "stuck" in the NY area need to be prodded loose. But that's my opinion.

  2. Edom will not be saved. "... and the house of Esau shall have no survivors, for the Lord has spoken." (Ovadiah 1.18)
