ReplyDeleteThis is an horrific event, but how many more Jews have to be slaughtered, how much more Jewish blood has to be spilled until Jews realize in Chutz laaretz that it is no longer safe for them to stay there and they need to come home to Eretz Yisrael now! Stop believing it is safe there. This is a global Jihad!
ReplyDeleteThe Zionists claimed that one of their goals in establishing a State here was to provide a safe place for Jews. To continue to push the idea that Eretz Yisrael is the "safest" place for Jews, I think, is wrong, because it is obviously not true if by safety you mean free from physical harm.
ReplyDeleteJews have been being slaughtered in Eretz Yisrael for all time. The lesson to take from these events is that it doesn't matter where you are, if it is your time to go, you will leave this world. Ergo, "safety" is not a consideration at all. There was perhaps an illusion of greater safety in chu"l for a time, but now that illusion has been exposed.
The only reason to come up to Eretz Yisrael is for the sake of the mitzvah, the increased level of kedushah, and out of love for and appreciation to HKB"H. And maybe also to be on hand to greet Mashiach Tzidkeinu for there is no doubt that he will surely come and we anticipate him every day.
Come home because it IS home and you have a great and mighty family looking forward to having you back. Because of them, the option exists for you.
I have a friend who thinks I'm evil and brainwashed because I call for mass aliyah. He himself regrets making aliya and hates everything about Israel. I confuse him because I'm fully aware and even agree with him that Israel is full of problems that are self imposed. Unfortunately he has become an Arab loving galut romanticist. I don't stay in Israel because I think everything is fine here. I stay because this is my home and leaving will not fix anything.
