  1. Wow! Why would he leave. It will be interesting to know why! Very, very disappointing! What is it with his political mazel, maybe he's just too good for the corrupt political world.

    1. He has been blasted endlessly with insults and accusations that he will lose the election for the right wing by drawing off votes when he can't make it over the threshold. First of all, no one can possibly know how many votes he would get. The polls never included his party. So, if they think he has so little support how can he possibly impact the election to such an extent? It's just fear-mongering. They are now saying this is the end of his political career. If so, then it is to the shame and sorrow of the Jewish people. His is an important voice, especially for the "little" people. No one else has shown his concern for the problem of infiltrators or the housing shortage for young couples, and many other social issues.

Worst of all, it shows how unprepared Am Yisrael still is for Mashiach.

  2. That's probably it, fear mongering and who knows if within his own party or, in general, other right wing parties are trying to influence his thinking and saying that because of him, they'll lose.
