Final Follow-up (I hope) to the "Cowboy Thing"

4 Kislev 5784
Erev Shabbat Kodesh
Parashat Toldot

[The "Cowboy Thing"]

If any of the readers are in Efrat, or know anyone in Efrat, please see that they get all of this information.  I'll include some quotes below from two very recent interviews which provide more details.  Other than that, I'd just like to emphasize that our ultimate battle is with the Erev Rav because there is no Christian missionary in Israel that was not brought in by an Erev Rav Jew.  And it goes to the highest levels of the government.

Interview Transcript #1:

Interviewer to Cowboy:  "Tell us about the decision to come during these challenging and difficult days in Israel."

Cowboy:  "It was hard to hear what happened and we immediately knew we wanted to do whatever we could do to help and so we actually started a fundraiser back home ...but then Joshua Waller from Hayovel contacted me.  He called me and I've been friends with him for a while now and he said, 'Hey, we could really use you here on the ground if you can actually come physically and help,' and so it was an easy answer.  I mean we already knew we wanted to help, so ...

Interviewer:  "Now you're here and you went out with Hayovel to the fields in Judea and Samaria near Har Brachah...  What are you guys doing practically speaking?"

Cowboy:  "We've been doing a few things like we've been putting in some security roads, uh, what Hayovel is doing is Operation Itai getting supplies to the communities around there, like bulletproof vests, thermal drones, stuff like that, humanitarian, uh, defense stuff for the communities, so we've been building a warehouse to store all that and distribute it, from preparing for that and then also just in the communities helping out.  All the men are off working or they're off to war now.

 Interview Transcript #2:

Interviewer:   "I want to tell you a little bit about the place where I am today because this is pretty cool so ...I'm at a place called Hayovel and Hayovel is a Christian Community, very small, just a few families that decided about 20 years ago that they wanted to come here and be a part of fulfilling prophecy from the Bible and support Israel and help with things that need help.  Joshua Waller, who is the son of the guy who founded this whole thing, he's got ...four kids so far.  He's in his mid-30s, great guy, great guy.  These people are my kind of people, let me tell you, they love Jesus!"

"Now these Christians don't own this land.  This is Jewish State land but they've been allowed to come out here and help and you see here 'Hayovel Heartland Volunteers'."
"That's pretty awesome!  These guys come here and they just basically showed up and said to the Jews who live in this area, 'We want to support you, we love you because we're commanded to and we want to help you.' and they were like, 'Why do you want to help us?'  And they're like, 'Because we're supposed to and we love Jesus and Jesus loves you.' And they're like, 'You cannot steal our souls by proselytizing out here.'  And they said, 'That's okay, we just want to help you and want to love you.'  And yeah, so that's what they've done and they've grown acres and acres and acres of these grape vines...."
"...You see all these grape vines here planted by this Christian Community Hayovel and you know if you want to come and help these people they have trips.  They bring in people all the time who come in here and they stay for a week or a month or a year.  They have housing here for them and they go help farmers all around Israel do their planting, do their harvesting, and they just want to help the Israelis, to help the Jews, because they feel like that is a fulfillment of biblical prophecy."
Interviewer:  "...introduce yourself."
Waller Son:  "I'm Brett Waller.  I work in operations here at Hayovel.  I'm the logistics manager, so all the ins and outs of vehicles and all that..."
Interviewer:  "Okay, so one of the Waller family.  Explain to me who is the Waller family.  What is Hayovel?"
Waller Son:  "So my dad started the organization almost 20 years ago now, ...just saw big need in these areas, especially that the people living here are completely alone in a worldview, I guess you could say, and in a very hostile place.  It's [a] non-permissive environment, like by definition right, and the other big thing for my dad was he came here and in the middle of all this political kind of turmoil and this and that, people taking sides in the middle of all this, there's things happening like actually back here behind us you can see some vines that were prophesied about by Jeremiah and [in] Jeremiah it says you shall yet plant vines on the mountains of Samaria and that's where we're at right now is in Samaria and this has not happened since the time of Jeremiah."
Interviewer:  "So you guys are like, here's our chance to fulfill prophecy, maybe we'll get in the next chapter."
Waller Son:  "That's right, so we were actually, at the time, farmers in the States and so my dad just really kind of grabbed hold of that, of the agricultural kind of redemption that's happening here in Israel and so that was really what connected him and the guy*, the farmers here said, 'Hey, we need help.'  A lot of these guys were just starting out."
Interviewer:  So if people wanted to join you in that and come help you, how do they do that?"
Waller Son:  "Our organization is Hayovel or just, serveisrael.com is the easiest way to check us out.  We work in all of the agriculture from sheep and vineyards and olives and everything all throughout Judea and Samaria,...."
Interviewer:  "...so you guys have been here for about 20 years ...and there's what, four, three, four, five families or something?"
Waller Son:  "Yeah, it's much more than a Waller-family thing now.  There's a lot of different families on staff, a lot of young people coming through, so yeah."
Interviewer:  "That's great and how many people do you have come through here every year, do you know?"
Waller Son:  "We have between 300 to 500 volunteers coming through every year."
Interviewer:  "That's a lot, wow!  So, now with the war on, you guys have sort of pivoted a little bit.  Tell me about that."
Waller Son:  "Yeah, so we never really were involved super a whole lot in security.  I mean we'd helped out different things here and there, a farmer needed help with night shift or something, we'd send some volunteers, but then all of a sudden the war happened and because of being here for so long, we're actually the only Christian organization based in this area and so because of that, being American and being connected here, we've, over the years, hosted a lot of political figures, Senators, Congressmen, a lot of people from the States have stopped by here to just see what's going on, a lot of different people have connected, so in the middle of all this, all of a sudden, we became a link, kind of, to the United States State Department, to the Christian World, connecting to particularly here, and then again, just seeing a huge need in these areas...."           [*Nir Lavi]

How much trouble can be made by "unfaithful men?"

27 Av 5769

(Cross-posted from Esav Exposed)

In this week's parsha, Re'eh, we read the following which bears repeating today:

DEVARIM 13 ---

7. If your brother, the son of your mother, tempts you in secret or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your embrace, or your friend, who is as your own soul saying, "Let us go and worship other gods, which neither you, nor your forefathers have known."

8. Of the gods of the peoples around you, [whether] near to you or far from you, from one end of the earth to the other end of the earth;

9. You shall not desire him, and you shall not hearken to him; neither shall you pity him, have mercy upon him, nor shield him.

10. But you shall surely kill him, your hand shall be the first against him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.

11. And you shall stone him with stones so that he dies, because he sought to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

12. And all Israel shall listen and fear, and they shall no longer do any evil such as this in your midst.

13. If you hear in one of your cities which the Lord, your God, is giving you to dwell therein, saying,

14. "Unfaithful men have gone forth from among you and have led the inhabitants of their city astray, saying, 'Let us go and worship other gods, which you have not known.' "

15. Then you shall inquire, investigate, and ask thoroughly, and, behold, it is true, the matter is certain, that such abomination has been committed in your midst:

16. You shall surely strike down the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroy it with all that is in it and its livestock, with the edge of the sword.

17. And you shall collect all its spoil into the midst of its open square, and burn with fire the city and all its spoil, completely, for the Lord, your God; and it shall be a heap of destruction forever, never to be rebuilt.

18. And nothing that is doomed to destruction shall cling to your hand, so that the Lord may return from His fierce wrath, and grant you compassion, and be compassionate with you, and multiply you, as He swore to your forefathers.

19. For you shall hearken to the voice of the Lord your God, to keep all His commandments which I command you this day, to do that which is proper in the eyes of the Lord, your God.

********************************

How often do we examine our actions in light of "that which is proper in the eyes of the Lord, your G-d?" While using our friends or neighbors or the rabbi's latest shiur as a measuring stick, we might find justification for many things that Heaven detests. There is no substitute for letting the Torah be your searchlight and using it as the ultimate measure of your deeds.

I read "Unfaithful men have gone forth from among you and have led the inhabitants of their city astray, ..." along with the description of that city's ultimate destruction and I shake to the core of my being. Now, of all times, while the threat of destruction hovers over every Jewish town and village in Judea and Samaria, this issue must be confronted.

"Unfaithful men"---men who place their trust in idol-worshippers rather than in the God of Israel are bringing sure and swift destruction upon their families, neighbors, friends and upon the whole House of Israel.

They are the men who have made non-kosher alliances with non-Jews who have sworn their allegiance to a dead Jew and who worship this dead man as the Creator of All, God forbid!!

The "New" Testament on the nature of Yeshu: "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist."
There is no question today, and neither was there in the past, that those who espouse this religion are idolaters. This was a "god" which was far from us, but which has now been brought close, even into the most religious of Jewish homes. As much as he is given life by those who worship and revere him, he does indeed "live in their hearts," as his followers claim. Inasmuch as they have been welcomed into Jewish homes, this much has the false god entered in as well!
Recently, a good Jew saw an advertisement on the City of Ariel's internet list requesting Jewish homes to host visiting agricultural workers arriving at the end of the summer growing season. Something about it did not sit right with this good Jew, so he contacted a person he knew with expertise in this area and this is what came of the inquiry...
A known Xian missionary has found a new way to infiltrate Jewish homes with his "Master's" message. He is organizing like-minded "believers" to travel at their own expense to Eretz Yisrael and to offer their services to farmers free of charge for the duration of the harvest season. In exchange for this pottage of free labor, otherwise good Jews have sold out the birthright of our covenant with Hashem. The infiltrating missionaries believe that this willingness to receive them is equal to a willingness to receive their message as well.
"Tommy Waller runs HaYovel which brings in Xians to work harvesting, particularly in Har Bracha on a vineyard belonging to Nir Lavi. HaYovel is supported by an organization founded by Eliezer Braun called Shuva Israel. According to the website's Mission page:

'Starting 2,000 years ago, a large divide developed between Christianity and Judaism. Today, you and I have the opportunity to make amends and bring Jew and Christian together under the umbrella of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is an opportunity for a grand reconciliation after two thousand years of brothers straying away from each other.

We are living in a very unique time in history-we are part of God's timing. We can make a difference and partner with the miracles that God is manifesting through the children of Abraham-today in our life time in the State of Israel. We have a unique opportunity to link Bible believing Christians and an Israeli Jewish organization for the purpose of fulfilling over 1,000 scriptures that relate to the prophetic ingathering of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel.

Shuva Israel Director, Eliezer Braun, who moved to Israel in 1983 and lives in the Hills of Samaria (Ezekiel 36) with his family, travels worldwide to establish relationships with Evangelical Christians. Today there is a growing awareness in Israel that her best and perhaps only true friend in the world is the Evangelical Christian. Eliezer travels and speaks in Churches in the USA, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Finland, The Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore.'"

The board of Shuva Israel is a who's who of Dominionist Xian leaders whose primary goal is [to establish a worldwide Xian theocracy on the planet]. There is one Jew on the board.....

Listed among their "projects:"

---Promotion of Christian volunteer work program in communities in Samaria with "HaYovel" Ministry

---Planting vineyards for farmers in the Hills of Samaria
HaYovel touts itself as "serving Israel's farmers---an organization that is uniting Zionist Jews and Christians to work together towards one common goal – restoration of Israel through the tending of the Land." You see, they don't believe we can do it without their help and many Jews seem to believe that, too.
"One of the really good things God has allowed us to do as we work in Israel is to develop significant relationships...." They depend upon this and the Jew's natural hakarat hatov to eventually open the doors for their "witness."

Tommy Waller makes it very clear in an April 2009 interview with Bible Voice Broadcasting that his efforts are geared to hasten the arrival of their dead messiah: "...God is moving, there's something happening in the heavenlies that's gonna usher in the coming of our messiah."

In response to his comment that "the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few," the interviewer says, "So the more people that you have coming, the more communities you can impact---and help---and they can see the love of the Lord in you as you're working and you're helping them build the communities." (Tommy: "Right, right.")

This "love" is their "light to the nations" with which they attract other followers to their "Lord and Master."

Radio interviewer: "So, I can see that you're really wanted, they like what you're doing, the Jewish people, as you're out there working with them."

Tommy Waller: "Yes. Amazingly, the Jewish people here have embraced us. The religious people have embraced us. I think that because we love them and they feel that genuine love that we have for them as people, we are mending relationships and building relationships."

In other words, the warm reception the Jews have given to the Xians causes them to have high hopes of eventually converting them to their false religion on some future day, despite all denials to the contrary.

In a video, also from April 2009, Tommy Waller can be heard to say: "We are a humanitarian organization." But he belies that when he goes on to say: "We can bring people over to meet the labor needs; not having the farmers go out and get Buddhist Thai workers to come in, but people of faith, Jewish and Xian people to come to Israel to do and put their hands in the soil that they have a connection to."

Tommy Waller, his family and all the Xians that he can bring to Israel and install in Jewish homes and Jewish backyards and Jewish farmlands, all believe that this Land belongs as much to them as it does to us. In this, they are no different than the Arabs that live among us. Do we really want to set ourselves up for another war over the land with the Xians before we've even resolved the conflict with the Arabs?

I have issues with foreign workers, but at least the Buddhist Thai worker has no illlusions that he has any claim on our heritage! Furthermore, they and their families are not being hosted in Jewish homes and forming deep reciprocal relationships with Jews who dare not be sucked into their idolatrous way of life!!!

They sing and dance in worship and adoration of Yeshu and pray to him as their god while living in our very midst. What tragedies and catastrophes, G-d forbid, are the "unfaithful men" bringing upon us!?

*********************************

The foregoing is thanks to the research done by GeulaGirl, the owner of Esav Exposed. She would like to add the following, so that no doubts should remain about the true intentions of these "nice" people:

The Waller Family sees Israel as their home. They belong to the “congregation” led by missionary David Ortiz in Ariel. Brayden and Zac Waller run the youth group there. They travel all over America speaking in churches and messianic congregations to recruit people to volunteer in Israel. They spend time at many of the messianic “churches” and organizations in Jerusalem including Succat Hallel in Ir David, King of Kings, and Shemen Sasson.

From the Waller’s Blog:

October 2006 (Zac Waller)

“For the next 2 weeks we picked grapes until they came out our ears! The grand total came out to 11 1/2 tons I think. The harvest is so incredible! Just seeing the fruit of your labor is rewarding but to think about the greater harvest, when all of Israel is saved! Such an awesome picture!

We had several volunteers this harvest. Rachel Claerbout, a friend from Florida who has had a heart for the Jewish people since she was 11 years old is volunteering with us for three months. Melody, Matt and Mark Norris, friends of ours from Virginia came and helped for the duration of the harvest. Also several believers from the area came for a day or two to help out and enjoy the vineyard.”

“Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement, Lev 23:27) starts tonight. We will be fasting, praying for and thanking YHWH for His forgiveness as well as asking Him to reveal the areas in our lives that we need to repent for and make right. This is a very solemn time for all Israel. Even a lot of secular Jews fast on Yom Kippur. May Yeshua reveal His grace and forgiveness to them.”

Sukkot 2007 (Zak Waller)
“The Mount of Temptation is the alleged 'high mountain' where Yeshua was tempted by satan in Matt 4:8. We had an awesome time of worship as we looked out towards Jericho and proclaimed Yeshua’s Name over the city.

“Friday we slept, ate then slept and ate some more. We had a friend over for lunch, then went to Mrs. Margaret’s for Shabbat dinner.

On Shabbat Mr. David came, picked us up and hauled us back to Ariel in time for our regular fellowship gathering. Some people came who had done some mission work in Russia came and shared. They had some interesting tales to tell!”

February 2009 (Olivia Waller)
“Dad, Zac, Josh, Caleb, about 20 other people and I are going home (Israel)!!!! Oh and my grandparents are coming too! I am so excited! We will be there for a month clipp’in on vines making them look pitiful. But it really is good for the vines, without us doing that the vineyard would be a mess of vines and we would not want that to happen.”

February 2008 (Zac Waller)

“Yesterday morning one of my friends in Israel found a gift basket sitting outside his front door. When he opened up the package it blew up in his face. Shrapnel went everywhere. All the windows were busted out, the furniture was shredded, huge chunks of metal were stuck in their refrigerator but Ami (my friend) IS ALIVE, PRAISE GOD!!! He is in critical condition with serious wounds/burns all over his body.

Brayden, Dad and I are on our way to go be with them – so pray that God will use us to comfort them and that Yeshua’s name will be lifted high in that Israeli hospital!

Brayden and I lead a youth group there in Ariel that Ami was a part of. Our family is very close to theirs. So……..This hits really close to home….”

From an article in the Williamson Herald (Jan. 8, 2009):

“During the past five years, the family – all 13 members – have been working alongside Israeli farmers in Samaria, building relationships, breaking barriers and as in the Bible, “planting the grapes in Samaria,” with the people of Israel and at the same time, chipping away at that wall.
It all started after an invitation to visit to Israel. It was then Tommy and his family knew their life was in for another change. “When we went there, God spoke to me,” Tommy said. “I understood where we were supposed to be.”

“Now twice a year they are in another land. They are up at dawn to catch a bus to Har Bracha or the Mountain of Blessings where they work the land until 4 or 5 p.m. using the agricultural lessons they learned along Russell Creek in Lobelville in the land where Christianity was born and sharing with people who have similar religious beliefs. They are interacting and learning about a different culture, how to shop and get around in a different world, and feeling more and more at home in a foreign land.

“If we can help them, they don’t have to bring in foreign workers,” Tommy said. “They can prosper and they don’t have to go into debt.”

Working side by side with Israeli farmers in the vineyards and olive groves the family is learning, understanding, reaching out and developing relationships.

“In Israel we’re working in a vineyard with about 8,000 vines, and on the Mountain of Blessings with 30,000 vines,” said Tommy. “We still work as a family, but this is a community effort. It’s an amazing thing, the people we work with look a lot like people we lived with in (the Amish community) Lobelville (Tennessee).”

Since they started their work in Israel the family helped build a winery, harvested tons of grapes and olives, trimmed acres of vines and olive trees, moved rocks and boulders for roads and most importantly, built relationships with both Israelis and Palestinians.

This fall the Waller family was joined by several other families who wanted to help bring down the wall of division. “For us it’s a spiritual deal – a faith deal,” said Sherri Waller. “The battle is over the land because God gave it to the descendents of Abraham – that includes us.”

Hear it all in their own words in this Google video. Some key excerpts...

Tommy Waller: "The Wallers are preparing to do a [spiritual] work in Israel."
Sherri Waller: "There is a much more weighty harvest that He's ready to make."
[Note: The "New" Testament is replete with this imagery of souls ripe for the harvest: "Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. ...Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.' " Sherri Waller's allusion to this concept is followed in the video by various images of Israelis from every social group beginning with the chareidim at the Western Wall.]

Tommy Waller: "For us, sharing the gospel is not only verbal, it has an action to it. It's based on relationships. As we're working with these people, we'll be able to share with them this Jesus that we know."
Brayden Waller:
"Our family has begun a ministry called HaYovel. The vision of HaYovel is to develop a network of individuals, families and congregations [churches and messianic 'synagogues'] ready to labor side by side with the people of Israel, to bless them, to stand with them, to share with them a passion for the soon coming of the Jubilee in Yeshua, the messiah."

BE ADVISED! ACCORDING TO THEIR LATEST UPDATE, TOMMY WALLER IS BRINGING 75-100 LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE WITH HIM TO ISRAEL NEXT WEEK!!

AND THEY HAVE BEEN INVITED TO "HELP OUT" IN ITAMAR!!!

WHAT ARE WE TO DO ABOUT THE "UNFAITHFUL MEN?"

"Faith" over "Religion"

26 Adar Alef 5784

Before I launch into Part 2 of "This Explains A Lot," I feel the need to revisit the role Hayovel Ministries has been playing in Israel on behalf of the NAR (Dominionists) for the past nearly 18 or 19 years.  The damage they've done and the threat they still pose to Jewish neshamot cannot be overstated. But while they certainly came here with an agenda to proselytize Jews via a long-term plan of relationship evangelism, they also came with the aim of claiming the Land of Israel for themselves.  I reported on this years ago, about their desire to lay claim to our Land in the belief that it is their inheritance through J.C.  Sherri Waller was quoted as saying...

...the Waller family was joined by several other families who wanted to help bring down the wall of division. "For us, it's a spiritual deal---a faith deal," said Sherri Waller. "The battle is over the land because God gave it to the descendants of Abraham---that includes us."

I was reminded of this quote when I heard a speech made at the Waller compound on Har Brachah in 2018 in which Hayovel was being praised:  "...they are taking the land, one grape at a time, one vineyard at a time."  And if you watched my video Missionaries and the IDF (@ 1:35), you heard Tommy Waller say that he is very unusual in the fact that he has 11 children and 30 of his 45 grandchildren living with him there on Har Brachah.  They have permanently settled there!!  According to NAR theology, they will inherit the entire yishuv when the Jews are removed due to their obstinate refusal to bow to King JC.  Then, all those grandchildren can move right in to those nice forfeited Jewish homes.

Something else that came my way was a video called "Jews and Christians: Different religion - same Faith!"  The word "religion" leaves a bad taste in today's more 'refined' palate.  Religion causes division, but "faith" is unifying - it's something all of humanity shares in common.  (Note the new term "faith-based".)  This is the inspiration behind Messianic Judaism and the newfound Christian interest in the Temple/Temple Mount and the new, improved version of it becoming a "House of Prayer for All Nations" regardless of which god they serve.

WAR ON SUKKOT! (Part 2 - Daniel Botkin)

13 Tishrei 5778

Part 1

Who is Daniel Botkin? He is a leader in the "Two-House" Messianic Christian movement and runs his own ministry called Gates of Eden. The main thing you need to know from his Statement of Faith is that he believes that...
Yeshua – Jesus of Nazareth – is the Messiah, whose coming was foretold by the Prophets. He is God manifested in flesh. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died as an atoning sacrifice for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended into the heavens. He is now alive and sits at the right hand of the Father as our Mediator. His sacrifice allows us, His disciples, to enter the presence of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob with our praises, prayers and petitions. He will someday physically return to Earth to rule as the King of kings.

...The Torah was given to Israel. When a non-Jewish person puts his trust in Jesus, the Messiah of Israel, he is grafted into Israel. His faith in Israel’s Messiah makes him a part of Israel. Therefore Israel’s Torah is for him, because he is now a member of the commonwealth of Israel.
Most importantly, you need to be aware of his deep connection to and influence upon Hayovel and its participants as a featured speaker and teacher.

In response to Tommy Waller's recent "plea for repentance" which he posted on his facebook page, Breaking Israel News writer Adam Berkowitz appeared to agree with the one new man theology...
Daniel Botkin weighed in on that same Sep 29, 2017 posting on Tommy Waller's facebook page...
Daniel Botkin: In Israel in 2012, I interviewed a well known Jewish Israeli author and journalist whose name would be recognized by many Israelis. Here is a short excerpt, verbatim, from my lengthy interview with him: "I see nothing wrong with Christians missionizing Jews. I don't care of they try to missionize ME. They wouldn't succeed, but I don't care if they want to try. If you were my friend and I really believed that the eternal destiny of your soul was at stake and depended on it, it would be criminal of me if I did NOT try to persuade you. I think this fear of missionaries is preposterous. It suggests a fear of not being able to stand. The fear of missionaries is a sad commentary on Judaism."
In response to a question from a Jewish commenter, he replied...
Daniel Botkin: For the record, I've never said I want to convert Jews to Protestant Christianity and turn them away from Torah. But I will unashamedly confess that I want Jews to see that Yeshua is the Messiah who was promised by Moses and the Prophets, and continue to live as Jews. I'm not pushy with my beliefs, but if I have an opportunity to speak to a Jew who wants to hear about Yeshua, I will do my absolute best to persuade him that Yeshua is the Messiah. ...BTW, if you have an hour, you might also want to see my video "Why Jews Don't Believe in Jesus." You might actually like it, at least parts of it.
In case you missed it, this last remark was an attempt on his part to get the first foot in the door by inviting the Jew to view his argument on behalf of accepting Yeshu. (Note that the clips in the above video came directly from the suggested video series.)

The Jewish commenter wrote back: "You pretend you only want Jews to accept yeshu as messiah but that is just a first step to worshipping him. The other post is your article on how a majority of Jews must accept yeshu for his return. ...is [that] what you taught to hayovel volunteers when you were brought to teach them?"

Daniel Botkin: ...I make no secret of anything I believe, as you can see from my web site. Normally when a Jew is persuaded that Yeshua is the Messiah, the believing Jew accepts the New Testament as Holy Scripture, and therefore believes everything the N.T. says about Yeshua. If the deity of Messiah issue is the thing that is troubling you, I refer you to a book by Daniel Boyarin, "The Jewish Gospels." Boyarin is Professor of Talmudic Culture at University of Calif., Berkley, and not a believer in Jesus. In his book (published in 2012), he says that the idea of a divine messiah is NOT an idea that Christians borrowed from pagans, but was a Jewish idea at the time of Yeshua. Here are 2 quotes from his book:... And consider this, from Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik, ....
Needless to say, he took the words of the Rav and put his own warped and twisted interpretation on it, making it seem as if Rav Soloveitchik would somehow endorse a Divine messiah if he had only understood what Daniel Botkin knows. God forbid!
Daniel Botkin: I'm not pretending anything. Yes, if Jews accept Yeshua as Messiah, they will believe what the New Testament teaches about Him, and that will lead to viewing Him, in some sense, as divine, ...And if He is divine, that means He will in some sense be "worshipped" as you call it.
Scott Skaggs: Nice post Daniel Botkin....there are many more confirmations out of the mouths of scholars and revered Rabbis that attest that the deity of Messiah was a Jewish concept.
Keep in mind that in the very beginning, the Jews were assured that Tommy Waller, his family and the Hayovel volunteers were all Bnei Noach (or getting there) - that they had given up traditional Christianity and were "on a path" to the truth of the Torah.

It all turned out to be another Christian lie. They aren't "on a path". They aren't even looking for a different path.

They all still believe in the same old False Testament heresies. They all continue to worship Yeshu as the Deity. And they all still want Jews to believe as they do... No, they NEED Jews to believe as they do - to embrace Yeshu as both god and messiah (God forbid!) - since Yeshu "can't" come back until Jews join with them as the one new man!

It has been twelve years and the Jews who associate with them are closer to Tommy Waller than the goyim are to the truth of the Torah...
Hanoch Young: Tommy - you are deeply appreciated for all you do!
Ari Boudestein: G-d bless the Waller family!!
Yonaton Behar: Kol Hakavod, my old war buddy!

Ruth Jaffe Lieberman: Appreciating you and your family!
Jonathan Feldstein: Thank you for your brave and very public position Tommy Waller
Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz: Tommy Waller What you said could not have been more simple, straightforward, or heartfelt. Words that go out from the heart enter into the heart. Anyone who did not understand or objected is willfully filling themselves with anger.
Gidon Ariel: Tommy Waller, thank you for this well timed exercise in teshuvah. I apologise for the behavior of some few people who embarrass real Jews who are rachmanim Bnei rachmanim. You are familiar with it so you have developed a thick skin together with wonderful relationships with grateful authentic Jews. Shana Tova!

Still trying to confirm this claim by all involved that Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu has endorsed Hayovel with a psak halachah. I have not seen it. If anyone else has, please forward it to my attention. Thank you.

Part 3

24 January 2010

Why isn't every Jew an anti-missionary?

I continue to be upset and frustrated at the lack of interest shown by those whom I have tried to inform of the missionary infiltration into the yishuvim, particularly in the Shomron.

Tommy Waller and his family of thirteen, who are self-avowed Xian missionaries, have made their home in Ariel twice a year, every year for the last six, using it as a base for launching their missionary endeavors.

(According to their "Harvesters" webpage, they will be back in Israel on February 1 - March 4, 2010.)

In the fall of 2009, they brought 100 like-minded missionaries with them to Itamar and Har Bracha to provide free labor to religious Jews.

Why do they do it? They are "building relationships," i.e. sucking in the Jews until they are ripe for receiving their "gospel."

Tommy Waller: "For us, sharing the gospel is not only verbal, it has an action to it. It's based on relationships. As we're working with these people, we'll be able to share with them this Jesus that we know."

(Full video here.)

They seem so nice! This is the danger of allowing relationships like this to form between non-Jews and Jews, how much more so those who worship Yeshu as the Creator, G-d forbid! and call him "HaShem" and refer to him as "YKVK," G-d forbid!!

They have been welcomed into Jewish homes and Jewish life. How long before there are shidduchim between their children and ours, G-d forbid!!!

Brayden Waller: "Our family has begun a ministry called HaYovel. The vision of HaYovel is to develop a network of individuals, families and congregations [churches and messianic 'synagogues'] ready to labor side by side with the people of Israel, to bless them, to stand with them, to share with them a passion for the soon coming of the Jubilee in Yeshua, the messiah."

One Israeli beneficiary commented: "They don't ask anything. They only want to give." Are we really so naive that we are ready to believe that the goyim will give so much to us with no strings attached?

The Wallers and their followers think they are building their Olam Haba with the mitzva their "Master" gave them---to "go and make disciples"---to convince others by whatever means possible to become believers and participants in their idolatry.

It seems some or many Israeli Jews are buying their story and becoming convinced, G-d forbid!

(Full video here.)
David Rubin, former Mayor of Shiloh: Quotes from the Prophet Yirmiyahu and tells the Waller Group that the "notsrim" translated "watchmen" is actually referring to "Xians."
IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFLUENCE WITH THE RABBIS IN THE SHOMRON, PLEASE MAKE THEM AWARE OF THIS VITAL ISSUE!!
NOTE: (If this is not yet proof enough, a perusal of their website will provide you with the following evidence of their true motivation.)

***

“The Mount of Temptation is the alleged 'high mountain' where Yeshua was tempted by satan in Matt 4:8. We had an awesome time of worship as we looked out towards Jericho and proclaimed Yeshua’s Name over the city.”
***

Brayden, Dad and I are on our way to go be with them [the Ortiz family] – so pray that God will use us to comfort them and that Yeshua’s name will be lifted high in that Israeli hospital!

***

Since they started their work in Israel the family helped build a winery, harvested tons of grapes and olives, trimmed acres of vines and olive trees, moved rocks and boulders for roads and most importantly, built relationships with both Israelis and Palestinians.

This fall the Waller family was joined by several other families who wanted to help bring down the wall of division. “For us it’s a spiritual deal – a faith deal,” said Sherri Waller. “The battle is over the land because God gave it to the descendents of Abrahamthat includes us.”

Who Needs To Repent? And Who Can Forgive?

7 Tishrei 5778

Some well-meaning Jews who do not understand the depth of the depravity of Christianity and who accept what Christian-Zionists tell them at face value without listening to the subtext which is ever there with every word they speak, are hailing Tommy Waller's plea for forgiveness from the Jewish community as a "watershed event."

JPost headline: CHRISTIAN LEADER CALLS TO STOP PROSELYTIZING JEWS

Quoting from the video...
"...My appeal is to my Christian brothers and sisters: Please stop any missionary attempt to take away Jewish identity from those whom God chose to carry His name."
So, did he really say "stop proselytizing"? Absolutely not! He said stop "trying to take away Jewish identity." He believes, as many other Christians, that Jews will be more willing to accept their man-god messiah if they are allowed to continue asserting their identity as Jewish, more specifically as "messianic Jewish." (See my post from yesterday for further elucidation.)

In fact, Tommy Waller is trying to walk a fine line which is really two parallel lines. When he is with Jews, he's on one line and when he speaks to Christians he's on the other. He's not going to be able to keep this up forever. At some point he'll have to make a choice or the choice will be made for him. Already, he was forced to come out with this video because of negative feedback from the Jewish side. But, all this kind of thing does is bring concomitant negative feedback from the Christian side.

Note the following comment in response to this JPost article on Tommy Waller's facebook page today:
I Don't agree with you in this matter. The Jews need to be saved as also the Gentiles need to be saved. All humans must Come in God's Kingdom through Yeschua Hamaschiach.
To which Tommy Waller replied:
My statement in the video was not about who is saved and who is not saved. ...My statement is about repentance.
Tommy has become a master of the word games missionaries play with Jews to keep them unsuspecting. Back in May, I shared a letter written by one of the HaYovel volunteers which demonstrates this nicely.

It concerned a haskamah that Rabbi Melamed issued on behalf of Tommy Waller and HaYovel in which the rabbi said the following:
In the course of our conversation, I asked him: “If a Jew were to come before you and ask you whether it is better to be a Jew or a Christian what would you tell him?” He responded: “I would tell him to be a Jew!” Tommy added that he had not always thought this way. Originally, like other Christians, he was interested in everyone becoming Christian, but eventually he realized that this earlier position was the result of ignorance. Now, following his exposure to the Jewish renaissance in the Land of Israel, he wishes for all Jews to observe the Torah and mitzvot.
Apparently, this did not set very well with the Christian supporters back home, because one of the volunteers felt the need to offer some kind of explanation:
...I want to be careful to not put words into Mr. Tommy's mouth, but I can tell you how I understand this comment. It has a lot to do with definitions. To a Jewish mind, to become a Christian is to reject the majority of God's word. Anything that is clearly Jewish in observance is rejected - the Shabbat, the Holy days, eating kosher, etc. In the past (as I mentioned before) during times of persecution, when Jewish people did convert to Christianity under force, they were not allowed to do those things under threat of death. They still understand that to be "Christianity" today. They don't understand yet that someone can live a life as an observant Jew and believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah.
I understand Mr. Tommy's quote here to mean that he would never encourage a Jewish person to leave his Scriptural lifestyle, his observance of the Bible, (as they understand it) to become a "Christian" who leaves behind his love and obedience of God's word.
I say again that Tommy Waller's well-publicized plea to the Jewish community for forgiveness is nothing more than a recently-invented ploy to be used as an evangelism tool.

In addition to the loss of Jewish identity, Christians are being told that past antisemitic actions by Christians is one of the stumbling blocks to Jews coming to faith in Yeshu. Ergo, this silly, unBiblical (for Jews OR Christians) public proclamation of repentance on behalf of past generations and the seeking of forgiveness by present-day Jews on behalf of past generations of Jews. Both actions require the exercise of will from the parties involved. Neither repentance nor forgiveness can be given on behalf of another.

This is all tied up with Jewish evangelism as demonstrated by this article written over two years ago:
(Excerpt) Grant Berry - Below is the prayer that Pastor Glenn Harvison wrote for himself and the church that he pastors. As he read it to me, all I could do was weep. My response and prayers of forgiveness on behalf of the Jewish people to the church are on the video.
My Personal Act of Identification Repentance
Grant, in the presence of God, I would like to address you as a representative of the Jewish people, and as a representative of Jewish believers in Y'shua.
I speak, today, representing myself, representing my present family and representing the past generations of my family.
In the presence of God, I want to confess my sins, and the sins of my family, in the area of racism and especially anti-Semitism.
I ask God for His forgiveness, and I humbly ask for your forgiveness, on behalf of the Jewish people, for any and every anti-Semitic prejudice, thought, word, gesture and deed on my part, and on part of the members of my family, present and past.
I ask God for His forgiveness, and I humbly ask you for your forgiveness, on behalf of the Jewish people, for any and every failure to show the love and dignity due to the Jewish people as fellow human beings, and, especially, as God's beloved covenant people.
It goes on, but you get the idea. Sound familiar? Sounds a lot like what Tommy Waller just released via youtube, facebook, JPost and BIN (may they be accursed along with any other Jew collaborating with Christians).

In the same vein, another article from last year recounts all the persecution perpetrated upon Jews by Christians in the past and remarks...
Would you as a Christian, want to be associated, much less believe in such a person – in whose name, such grievous acts were done? The sad reality is that Christians have done all of the above and much worse to our Jewish brothers and sisters for close to 2000 years, and all in the name of Christ.
The author then opines...
...an even more grievous act has been done to our Jewish brethren by Christians. And that is the stealing of the Jewish Messiah-Yeshua (the real Hebrew name of Jesus) and disfiguring Him and His teachings, so that no Jew would even want to know about Him.
Which brings us to the re-Judaization of Yeshu along with his Hebrew apellation and the re-identification of Christianity with its so-called Hebrew roots. It's all about claiming Jewish souls for Yeshu.

As long as there is a Christianity, Jewish souls will be sought for Chr*st. As long as Jews don't fall for their tricks, they won't succeed.

The Waller-War and Why It Matters - Part 3

21 Iyyar 5777
Day 36 of the Omer

Part 1, Part 2
So, we've finally come to the part you've all been waiting for. How does Tommy Waller and HaYovel connect in with the Ephraimite plan to "return" to Israel? As it turns out, this did not start with Tommy Waller, although he plays a major role in it. It seems to have started with his Jewish benefactor (as it always does) - Nir Lavi - and a "chance" encounter with Ephraim and Rimona Frank, whose intermarriage, as mentioned earlier, is the embodiment of the ultimate merging of Judah and "Ephraim".

It was all explained here, in the "smoking gun" February 2016 Hebrew Nations Radio interview with Ephraim and Rimona Frank of Israelite Return.com and Tommy Waller of Hayovel Ministries.

That interview has now been hidden behind password protection. (It does make you wonder why, if their cause is so righteous, they constantly feel the need to use subterfuge and mendacity to achieve their goals.) But, we have a copy of it.

Rimona advises the participants to forego use of the term Ephraimite since it is a term unfamiliar to Jews and instead emphasize the "Ten Lost Tribes" aspect since it is more favorably received...
Rimona Frank: "I don't think the term Ephraim means much, however the term The Ten Lost Tribes is something that has never been lost [from] the Jewish People. ...Ephraim is a new concept. If you introduce yourself to them, say that you are from the Ten Tribes, or believe that you are, and almost everyone, with very few exceptions, will just receive you, listen to you, and will not think that there is something strange or esoteric about that kind of presentation...."
Ephraim Frank: "There's this phenomenon happening out in the nations where people are discovering their Israelite identity from the Lost Tribes."
After being told so by their "leadership" for the last 20 years! It started here

And like most false religions, it starts with one person's "revelation" and then takes off like a wildfire. The truth is never so popular.
Rimona: "The larger it becomes, and the more known it becomes, and if there is a face representing this phenomenon... so for many of these Orthodox Jews, it's a very, very exciting turn of events. They would really see that as a major turn in history and the approach of a different era. It's very big."
Enter Tommy Waller and HaYovel - the not-so-innocent face of the Ephraimite movement's plan of "return"!
Tommy Waller (speaking as an Ephraimite): "Most of us growing up as Christians, we take the attitude that we're bystanders, watching the Jews do their prophetic work and then we just clap our hands and say "rah, rah" and really trying to find our way, well, what is our place, what is our role, ...."
Tommy: "What they [the Jews] respond to more than anything else, more than just saying I am (somebody), it's me demonstrating who I am. And that's the key, I believe, to this whole process, and what I found in my own experience. ...I was interested in seeing the land restored... and then I learned in the process while helping these guys, my relationship is all of a sudden turning from, they are really seeing me as brother...."
Interviewer: "...we of Ephraim are like the younger son [in the parable of the Prodigal Son] and the older brother is the Jewish People - Judah. [The Zionist settlers are laying their lives down for the land so] ...the least we can do as Ephraimites or Bnei Yosef is lay down our lives as well. ...laying down our lives in serving in the very [Israeli] communities that we live in to begin with because we are a nation in exile.... we have to at the end of Pesach say 'Next Year in Jerusalem' ...actually with that hope deep in our hearts that hey, next year we will be somehow either in Jerusalem or somewhere in the Land of Promise. Tommy and his family have had the privilege to be welcomed into the homes of these farmers and of these students [Rabbi Melamed's yeshivah in Har Brachahthat are living in these settlements and also other rabbis and they have this intimate, that over the years they have gained favor because of the humility, because of the fact that they are willing to dig into the rocks and the ground and build fences and plant vines and to harvest those vines in a way in which they have won - they have won the favor of these people..."
This was the calculated plan and the hoped-for result.
Interviewer (continuing): "...and now I want Tommy to share more of his relationships and his experiences because that's a trail...."
For other Ephraimites to follow to success in infiltrating Jewish communities and establishing an Ephraimite presence as has been accomplished on Har Brachah!

And lest we forget, Jews were moved out to make room for this!

Settlers claim presence of Evangelical volunteers in religious community violates fabric of their society. Community Rabbi Eliezer Melamed approves their stay, says 'they're not missionaries'
The interview continues...
Tommy: "...our aliyah to the Land of Israel is going to have to be done in a purified way and to be sanctified and to be all the process of having the right to be able to say and to be a part of the commonwealth of Israel."
Interviewer: "...for us to say 'Hey, it's our land, too, we want to come and live beside you', imagine what a settler would think or someone who's been there for generations saying 'What? It's your land? What have you done to earn your right here, to earn your place?' This is why, Tommy, what HaYovel is doing...it's going to take awhile to earn trust and...pay our dues."
This is the not-so-secret, not-so-hidden agenda of HAYOVEL! They are the tip of the spear for Christians to "make aliyah"!
Interviewer: "...how do we handle the issue of [Yeshu]? Because we know that we can't be even considered, we believe we are Israelites because of the covenant work of Messiah [Yeshu] and so how are those who are looking for a return on the Jewish side, how are they dealing with this, and what's the best way that we should approach it?"
Ephraim: "That takes us back to Tommy with his testimony of his relationship with the rabbis, because that's the biggest handicap. Secular Jews could probably care less about either side, but it's the rabbinic side that's very concerned about the history of the church...and all of a sudden your getting these Christians waking up to Shabbat, waking up to the Torah, waking up to Hebrew roots, ...and all of a sudden the dynamics have changed in the relationships. And these are the ones who are really enthusiastic about coming back to the Land and these tribal ones, they could stay in their tribes as far as they're concerned and live out their lives in the nations, but you have a whole different dynamic now with believers [in Yeshu] who understand the scriptures and the prophets and the covenants and all these things, so this is the greatest challenge right now to the rabbinic community, but I think Tommy has a tremendous answer in his relationship with the rabbis that he has been in contact with...it hasn't been all good because some of them have wanted him out of the country out of the area, and so it's been a very interesting battle for him."
Tommy: "...the key here in the restoration, ...we're in a position to bring honor to the name of [Yeshu] and ...first...he has to be recognized in his messianic place as a good Jew, so right now a Jewish person cannot accept [Yeshu] in his basic deal as a good Jew.
Rimona: "What we've just heard Tommy describe is a precursor of how Judah and Ephraim will begin to walk together... Although we want everyone to go to Israel, they can go to Israel by way of Missouri."
In other words, through Tommy Waller's HaYovel compound in Missouri! HAYOVEL is their "Key to the Kingdom"!!
