You Have to Be a "Raving" Lunatic...

 6 Adar 5785

...to think the Master of the World won't strike down yet another lot dancing around the Golden Calf!

Again it will be a holiday, and yes, again Shabbat is involved. Just like on Oct. 7th.  Is it possible that people really don't understand what terrible sins are being committed here and that all the damage it makes allows our enemies to rule over us and seek our destruction?  Is it possible that there are Jews who do not understand that they are sinning and that those sins are angering Hashem to the point that He withdraws His Presence; that He can't stand the sight of us in this condition - in this full-out rebellion against Him?  Do they really not understand that THEY bear responsibility for the horrors imposed upon us???  Who is going to tell them???  Who is going to tell them before it is too late to stop what's coming next???
Purim in Israel: March 13-14, 2025

Purim is one of the most widely popular festivals in Israel. It’s a time when the whole country comes together to celebrate, from religious Jews in Jerusalem to secular Tel Avivians. The festive spirit goes far beyond its original religious roots. Countless Purim street parties with carnival atmospheres take place in almost every city, town, and village in Israel.

It is also one of the biggest nights of the year at clubs up and down the country. With so much going on, and so much color in the amazing costumes that can be seen, Purim in Israel is a fascinating time to be in the country.

In 2025, the festival of Purim will take place from the evening of March 13 until the evening of March 14. In Jerusalem, where Shushan Purim is celebrated, the festival takes place on the following day, from March 14 to March 15 16.

Tel Aviv Street Party Purim Rave

The hottest Purim party in Tel Aviv is returning this year, this time to a new location in Charles Clore Park. The Tel Aviv Street Party Purim Rave will be bigger and better than ever before, featuring two stages with electronic and mainstream music, food and drink stands, and even fashion and accessories. This is the event to be at. Come dressed in your most creative costumes and get ready for a good time.

Zombie Walk

Another annual event, the Zombie Walk features, well, zombies, walking through the streets of Tel Aviv. In 2025, the Zombie Walk is expected to return, gathering at the corner of King George and Sderot Ben Tzion on March 13 beginning at 21:30.

Purim Rave Party at The Tower of David, Jaffa Gate

FYI...   A party is typically considered a rave if it includes the following characteristics:

1. Electronic Dance Music (EDM) Focus

Raves center around electronic music genres like techno, house, trance, drum and bass, and dubstep. DJs or live electronic artists often perform extended sets.

2. Underground or Alternative Vibe

While some raves are large, organized festivals, others maintain an underground feel. They may be held in unconventional locations like warehouses, forests, or abandoned buildings.

3. High-Energy Atmosphere

The environment is typically high-energy, with heavy bass, flashing lights, and non-stop dancing that can last for hours—sometimes through the night into the next day.
4. Visual and Sensory Experience

Raves often feature elaborate light shows, including lasers, strobe lights, and LED installations. Visuals are a key part of the sensory overload experience.

5. PLUR Culture

Many raves embrace the PLUR philosophy—Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect—emphasizing community, acceptance, and kindness among attendees.

6. All-Night Duration

Unlike regular parties, raves frequently run all night long, sometimes lasting into the next morning or even for multiple days at festivals.

7. Dress Code & Fashion

Rave-goers often wear bright, eccentric, or futuristic outfits, including neon colors, kandi (beaded bracelets), reflective materials, and festival gear.

8. Community & Subculture

Raves have a strong subcultural aspect, with attendees valuing self-expression, freedom, and inclusivity. Many participants identify as part of a broader rave community.
Purim commemorates our salvation from annihilation in the merit of national repentance!

What's being promoted in the State of Israel as a Purim celebration is an atrocity which brings on other atrocities.  Hashem yerachem!!

  1. Hashem Yerachem! Such Toevah in Eretz Hakodesh. Sadly, many of the attendees actually think this is an appropriate way to celebrate Purim! We all need to Daven that Hashem has Rachamim on us.

Ad d'lo yada, עד ד' לא ידע is NOT, a Torah principle, or a positive mitzva. It is not advisable to drink yourself into such a state of inebriation that you leave yourself vulnerable to malevolent actions and unable to react to such. The choice of intoxicants is irrelevant.

  3. As long as the spiritual needs of the people are NOT being met, but only the alternative is being offered up, this will be the reality. People are in dire need of something to feel alive, feeding their souls - for good or worse - this is the situation right now where *religion* has totally failed, so another route is sought. These events are entirely catered to filling the void. jjstar

    1. People have a choice to feed their souls from healthy, nutritious food (Torah and mitzvot) or unhealthy junk food (materialism) and just like they do with their bodies, they choose junk over health - their choice. Why? It's the easy thing to do. It requires no commitment, no sacrifice, and satisfies the lust of their flesh. The *religion* requires giving - of time, resources, love and faithfulness, responsibility. It's not for the "Takers" - the "Consumers" of the world. There is a clear and distinctive choice. But these people are only looking for the easy thing - the thing that makes them feel good and costs them nothing but their olam haba. It's Eisav trading his birthright for the red bean soup!

  4. Again you removed my comment which emphasizes spirituality and the issues at hand. The time for you and your blog has come to switch from fear-mongering and fear-based behaviors (removing comments that don't mesh with the fear as how things might appear to others and the nature of this blog's content and readership - oh the horrors lest they read another perspective), to a spirit based one or simply disappear into the blogsphere. The times dictate it. But enough. I am parting ways right here - and now, choosing to understand the dynamics of human behavior based on their soul's dictate, not ego which has apparently got you into a tizzy. Adios. jjstar.

    1. JJStar, I did publish your last comment, as you say, and I took the time and trouble to write a long response. However just when I was finishing it and about to add a quote from the prophets, I lost the page entirely and thus, everything I had written to that point. It was late and impossible to start again from the beginning so I decided maybe it wasn't meant to be. However, your remarks could not be left unanswered, therefore, yes, I deleted it, as is my prerogative. To me, your remarks indicate an anti-Torah bias and your perspective is seriously flawed. This blog will never allow anyone to promote such a position from its pages. I fear God alone. Clearly, you do not. It seems to me that you haven't even been introduced yet. You should work on that without any further delay.

    2. "I am parting ways right here..."

Haha. I predict you will return. At the least, you will continue lurking.

  5. jstar, you should be extremely happy that there is a blog that is actually bringing out facts and 'truth' to the public of what's really going on and the harm that it has done to the people, especially the youth. By now, if you don't understand that the Erev Rav are in total control in alliance with the nations; everything that goes against our Torah teachings, and so you have no idea of what we the Jewish people and our Torah are
about. I would suggest you start studying up, maybe with a group, some Torah!

  6. Judaism is not a religion. Religion is man made. We are a a nation, a people, a way of life. As TD said, it's not a quick bag of chips. It's a planned meal from the essential food groups. Looking for spirituality in a rave is exactly this. A meal empty of nutrition. If you are not satisfied with it, you are not invested.

  7. Here's some good news from Israel Realtime, from 10 March 2025 about a Purim party set up by the survivors of the Nova party:

▪PURIM PARTY - POLICE SAY NO - Police prevented a Purim party produced by the Nova party massacre survivors: "The party area is 15 km from the border with Egypt, which has recently been arming itself and has sent many tanks to the Sinai Desert.” Security risks prevent such an event.

Is this the rave you wrote about a few days ago, DC? Or is this yet another one?

  8. No, it's not the same thing, but I can't wrap my head around their thought process to even consider any kind of party in light of the danger we are all in, especially in that area and while soldiers and hostages are still there in Gaza.
