Rav Shimon Schwab zt"l says that Moshiach will arrive on the 9th of Av and seven days later - which is the fifteenth of Av - will be the dedication of the Third Beis HaMikdosh! (Mayan Bais Hasho'eivah, page 287, Parshas Emor 23:22).
Right. And then IyH tekias hamesim!! Tu bav is a yom tov in potential. Like Avraham and even Lot kept pesach before mitzrayim. Since we know we got up from our graves the final time in the midbar it seems leading that Tu bav will be tekias hamesim. I have no source but am hopeful...
