Israel's 'Trump'?

7 Adar 5777

I have recently heard Moshe Feiglin referred to as the Israeli Donald Trump - the outsider whom everyone underestimates and who will come to power and clean house. He'll make Israel "great again". God forbid! Because Israel made over into the image of American "greatness" is certainly not what I made aliyah for.

Keep in mind that the greatest leaders of the Jewish people always shied away from leadership. Even when tapped, they tried to refuse. They certainly never put themselves forward - time and time again - trying to convince the Jewish people to appoint them to the leadership position.

Here are some things you should be aware of...
...The reasons there are so many English speakers in Zehut, opined [Shmuel] Sackett, is that “Americans appreciate what true democracy is, and that is why they have gravitated towards the Zehut party. We’re going to have open primaries, the likes of which the state of Israel has never seen before. We are a true, democratic party and Anglos appreciate that.” Zehut will allow one out of every 10 members of its Knesset slate to be representing Zehut International. “Obviously, it will be an Israeli citizen, but that person will be elected to that spot by international members, non-Israeli citizens, because we don’t only just want their money. We want their voice, we want their influence, we want to really give them the feeling that we care about them, and that this is their land as well,” said Sackett.
[At the recent party conference t]here were religious fanatics alongside anarchists, emancipationists with an uncompromising approach toward individual liberties, willing to rebel against all public authority. Religious messianism alongside pragmatism and realpolitik, original thinkers who can be potentially dangerous, but perhaps will herald the message to free Israel from the dead end in which we have been stuck for 50 years. There were rational voices with practical solutions alongside the poetry of dreamers. This diversity would have been nice and enriching, glorifying any large, whole and diverse party – if all of these had not been – one Feiglin. Feiglin is not a rightist, despite his resolve on the Land of Israel issue. The Right feels threatened by him, perhaps justifiably so. He is too original to be anticipated and it seems that he thoroughly enjoys his ability to shake up old dogmas - not something that the conservative Right can bear. Part of the Left, on the other hand, may, by my estimate, connect to the most solid and significant face of this enigmatic and dialectic man – and that is his serious commitment to bring about freedom for humanity. A leader who sees the state mechanisms as a hampering and hindering factor cannot be nationalist. In this way, he is much more of an anarchist. But his anarchism is not of the universal type, as he is firmly attached to Jewish identity as an anchor for liberty. That is liberty to…and not liberty from… The freedom to be what you are - not the freedom to do whatever you want. There is no harder and all-encompassing task for a person than the constant struggle to remain faithful to his inner essence. Feiglin is a philosopher. Whether you like his views or not, he is as smart as can be, a rational utopian who regards the welfare of the individual with the utmost importance – but his method is the opposite of the social/socialists. He is deeply religious and aspires to build the Holy Temple in Jerusalem – but abhors all forms of religious coercion. He really thinks that every Jew – in his own way – has his own place in the mosaic, which will not be complete without him.
He doesn’t give any discounts to his ultra-Orthodox listeners, either, when he presents the homosexual candidate for his party list. (Source)

The Zehut party of former Likud MK Moshe Feiglin announced Sunday that one of its candidate in the next Knesset election will be economist Gilad Alper, a senior analyst at Excellence Nessuah Brokerage Services and formerly at Merrill Lynch.

Zehut officials said it was important to Feiglin to stress the new party’s liberal economic platform, which Alper wrote. Unlike Feiglin, who is Orthodox and lives in Karnei Shomron, Alper is secular and lives in Tel Aviv, bringing variety to the party. Feiglin said Alper is “an important fresh voice, who has experience and a deep knowledge of the economy.” Zehut will unveil more candidates at its opening convention at the Tel Aviv Port next week, including Druse and haredi (ultra-Orthodox) candidates.  (Source)

From Gilad Alper's Fb page...

Fyi,the only political party in Israel that advocates free market capitalism.
I’ve decided to run in the primaries of the Zehut party!
Some background:
I’m 47yo, graduated magna cum laude from Tel-Aviv University with a BA in economics and I hold a master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
I worked as a financial analyst for the past 18 years, including at Commerzbank in London and Merrill Lynch, New YorkI’m currently head of foreign equity research at Excellence-Nessuah and I sit on the advisory board of the Israeli MoF.
Why Zehut?
I believe that the classically liberal model (or libertarian as it is known in the US) is morally superior and it leads to economic prosperity that no other system can achieve. Historically, there’s never been a country that stuck to the classically liberal model and failed, and conversely, there’s never been a country that drew away and prospered in the long term.
Zehut is the only party in Israel that will get us closer to this model. It’s that simple.
I was instrumental in writing the economic chapter in Zehut’s platform. If we implement half of it, the economic well-being of the citizenry will improve dramatically. If we implement it all, Israel will become one of the richest countries in the world. Guaranteed.
This is the agenda that I’m committed to pursue:
Economics:
- Emulate the liberal models of successful, developed countries such as Switzerland, New-Zealand and Hong-Kong.
- Lower the cost of living by abolishing state monopolies, tariffs and all other limitations on free trade.
- Government expenditure will stop growing every year. We will rein on profligacy at the public sector.
- We will deregulate the economy and simplify the bureaucracy.
- We will cut the statutory corporate tax rate to 18%. Further cuts will follow in due course.
- With the budget under control and the economy invigorated, we will also be able to lower the tax burden on individuals.
Social issues:
- Privately-owned businesses will operate on Sabbath based on the wishes of the local community. No State coercion.
- Free media – broadcast licenses and frequencies will be given for a small fee. Internet –based media will be free for all: no fees, no licenses, no supervision and no regulations.
- State and Religion: we will promote civil unions and abolish the State monopoly in awarding kosher certificates.
- We will legalize cannabis by equating its legal status to that of alcohol.
Education:
- We will promote the voucher system, in parallel to existing government schools. Schools in the voucher system will be free of State supervision.
Housing:
- We will reduce real estate prices by unleashing the free market.
- We will implement existing plans to sell large swaths of State-owned land in the center of Israel.
- We will deregulate the market, currently suffering under the weight of rules, State planning and bureaucracy.
This is not a promise of change for the better. This is the path for complete globalist takeover of Israel. Hashem yerachem! And no one who attaches himself to the Torah of Hashem can possibly support this.

In short...

  • Entrenching "democratic values"
  • Increased Shabbat desecration
  • No central religious oversight of kashrut
  • No religious oversight of marriage eligibility
  • Foreign "influence" by non-citizens
  • Imposition and expansion of Western economic models
  • Accommodation to Arab and LGBT "rights" and representation
  • Removal of communal responsibility and accountability for educational standards

These descriptions of what is ahead at the hands of Zehut should shake Torah Jews to the core. There are two groups who will never accommodate it - the Chareidim and the Muslim Arabs. If Mashiach is delayed, we may yet have them to thank if this emerging nightmare can be contained and neutralized.

Jewish Government - Part 4

3 Adar 5777

I suspect the next war (which could be sooner than we think) will result in the collapse of the current regime and Mashiach will arise to re-establish the monarchy. Therefore, it is critical that those of us who desire that outcome prepare ourselves by learning about what really constitutes a Jewish government.

Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, continuing...

...Rashi explains (Sanhedrin 49a, ד"ה אכין ורקין): "If the king sets out to nullify Torah pronouncements, we do not heed him."

Rambam sets this down as law (Hilchot Melachim 3:9):
Whoever violates a royal decree because he is busy with a mitzvah, even a light mitzvah, is exempt from punishment. Given the pronouncement of the Master and of the servant [i.e., the king], the Master's pronouncement takes precedence. It goes without saying that if the king decreed that a mitzvah be violated, we do not heed him.
...The duty to obey and honor government authority hinges on whether in the case in question the government is obeying Torah law, which is a necessity of the people.

...The nations and alien culture have crowned supreme the concept of vox populi, decision-making by majority, come what may, and it is this which is called "Democracy". The Torah, by contrast, does not tolerate such foolishness. Abominable wickedness cannot possibly be rendered acceptable simply because a majority of fools, ignoramuses or evildoers have declared it so. Bitter does not become sweet or darkness light, even if all the people say it is. One is not free to decide against the commandments of his Creator, for a slave is not free to rebel against his master. A decision of the king or of all the people which opposes a command of G-d is null and void and like the dust of the earth.

...The non-Jews worship many idols and follow many alien cultures, all of them false; and even looking from their point of view, we cannot tell who and which of them they consider "truth". Therefore, with them there is certainly a need to follow the majority, since they lack any clear truth. This is why the system of majority rule was created.

For Jacob, however, there is only one truth, and it does not matter whether the whole world differs with it, because it is impossible to decide against the truth. Even if, to our great chagrin, most of Israel choose falsehood over Torah, that does not matter, since Jacob already has the truth. (As it says, "You have shown the truth to Jacob." Micah 7:20) Jacob is a single soul for truth, and if others wish to depart from that one soul, they do not count at all.

...Thus, it is explicit that among Israel there is just one viewpoint, that of the Torah; and even if a majority of the Jewish People differ with it, their view is considered deviant and is discounted.

...Not only must the righteous minority not surrender to or tolerate the erring majority, but they have a duty to protest against them. Not only must they not accept their viewpoint, but they must also demand that they correct their error and accept G-d's viewpoint. In this regard, our sages said (Shavuot 39a-39b), "'They will stumble over one another' (Lev. 26:37): Over one another's sins. This teaches that all of Israel are responsible for one another, and Lev. 26:37 refers to where they are capable of protesting and do not do it." The mutual responsibility which exists among the Jewish People requires every Jew to share in the fate of his fellow; and if he does not protest the sins of the individual, let alone those of the community, he, too, will be punished.

A majority which contests Torah law, the only law of the Jewish People, is no majority. Those who contest Torah law are lawbreakers when they decide to oppose the law of the Jewish People and to forbid that which is required and to require that which is forbidden. it is they who undermine the rule of law and disturb the peace. It is they who bring tragedy and Divine punishment upon the Jewish People. (Source)

Part 5
~~~
Not one political party in Israel, even and especially new ones, will stand by the Torah and advocate for Torah law in our land. Therefore, they offer no solutions to our problems, because all of our problems, whether they be with the economy, security, education, etc., stem from just one Big Problem - the one we have with our Creator and Master by our disobedience and outright rebellion against His rule.
One day, hopefully very soon, the rot of the current system will bring about its own collapse and from the rubble will arise a single man who will become king over Israel - HKB"H's own man - our righteous Mashiach. Be prepared to accept this or prepare to be removed. The age of "tolerance" is going to end.
The Poisonous Western Culture
3 Adar 5777
America as the main exporter of Western culture to the world does not have an exclusive contract on it, but it is the one who most successfully spreads it abroad. Like poison, the decadent culture of the West has to be sugar-coated to make it palatable for the masses to swallow. And boy, do they succeed at that as well, especially with the movies and particularly with the movies they market to families with children.
The eye-popping visuals and the soaring, evocative music catches us up and carries us away. It ushers is into another world where hearts and minds (the real battlegrounds) are open to influence and suggestion. This is where the sweet poison is spoonfed to the mostly unsuspecting masses.
Disney's first 'exclusively gay moment' hits screens in Beauty and the Beast
It built its reputation on princesses finding their prince, living happily ever after in storylines which set the benchmark for romance for generations of children.
Now, Disney is to move firmly into a new era as it introduces its first “exclusively gay moment”, disclosing the new version of Beauty and the Beast will star a manservant exploring his sexuality.
The live-action version of Beauty and the Beast is already on course to be the most thoroughly modern film of its kind, with star Emma Watson discussing how she made the role of Belle more feminist.
...“By representing same-sex attraction in this short but explicitly gay scene, the studio is sending out a message that this is normal and natural - and this is a message that will be heard in every country of the world, even countries where it's still socially unacceptable or even illegal to be gay.  (Source: Telegraph)
This is the "foreign" and "alien" culture we are bidden to spurn and distance ourselves from. No one can emerge from it unscathed.
What Will Be the Price of the One-World Religion in Eretz Yisrael
3 Adar 5777
It's already here. The One-World religion has been established in Eretz Yisrael.
They went for the "Orthodox" National Religious public primarily.
They penetrated the walls and broke them down.
They built "bridges" to cross over and infiltrated the holy community.
They implemented a program to entice and capture the hearts and minds of the Jews.
Now, Christians and Jews are joined together at work, at meals, at weddings, at worship!! This is Judeo-Christianity where Jews and Christians are One, but God isn't. It's the One World religion of the Pope's New World Order.
Click on each photo for the imbedded link and do keep in mind that this is only a very, very small part of the whole story.
If you are not already familiar with HaYovel Ministries, what they are doing here in Eretz HaKodesh and which Jews are assisting them, search this blog for numerous articles on the subject.
Keep in mind that wherever Jeremy Gimpel is, Ari Abramowitz is not far behind. And I've already shared this post from Yishai Fleisher who disingenuously refers to these Christian missionaries as "HaYovel gentiles". Ha Yovel is no longer afraid to be known as Christian since they found out it matters not one whit to the Jews associating with them. Why not call it as it is?
Even Rabbi Tuly Weisz of Israel365 (and Breaking Israel News) understands that Luke Hilton of HaYovel and the entire HaYovel enterprise is made up of Christians. Before the video ends, Luke Hilton brags about it!
I take a lot of heat for exposing what's going on here, so I want to explain why I do it. Rabbi Meir Kahane, Hy"d wrote in The Jewish Idea...
...it is explicit that among Israel there is just one viewpoint, that of Torah, and even if a majority of the Jewish People differ with it, their view is considered deviant and discounted.
...Not only must the righteous minority not surrender to or tolerate the erring majority, but they have a duty to protest against them. Not only must they not accept their viewpoint, but they must also demand that they correct their error and accept G-d's viewpoint. In this regard, our sages said (Shavuot 39a-39b), "'They will stumble over one another' (Lev. 26:37): Over one another's sins. This teaches that all of Israel are responsible for one another, and Lev. 26:37 refers to where they are capable of protesting and do not do it." The mutual responsibility which exists among the Jewish People requires every Jew to share in the fate of his fellow; and if he does not protest the sins of the individual, let alone those of the community, he, too, will be punished.
Rabbi Eliyahu Kitov elaborates further in his book Our Heritage...
..."You followed me in the wilderness in a land that was not planted." (Yirmeyahu 2:2) -– The Sages explained: This, [the complete dependence on G-d that characterized Israel’s existence in the desert], is only temporary and will last only as long as you are on the way [to the Land of Israel] and until the Torah is permanently implanted within you. Afterwards, you shall enter the land which is My palace, and you will plant at the time of planting, sow at the time of sowing, and harvest at the time of harvesting, and I shall grant you bounty greater than any other nation or land.
However, the imperative to remove all traces of idolatry and to serve only God—this is incumbent upon you now and for generations to come. Have you removed the foreign gods from your midst? Have you brought yourselves under My wing and shattered all of your idols? Let Amalek come and examine you. If your hearts are completely with Me, you have nothing to fear. But if there is among you a man or woman whose soul still clings to the idols of Egypt and their abominations, let them [the idols] come and save you from the wicked Amalek! The verse therefore states: "And Amalek came..." (Shemos 17:8) "… and he tailed after you [striking] all the weak who fell behind." (Devarim 25:18)
"And he tailed after you" — R. Nachman explained: All those whom the “protective cloud” cast out were caught by Amalek. The Sages explained: This refers to the tribe of Dan who were cast out by the “protective cloud” because they were all idol-worshipers. The idol which Michah had created was in their midst, and there were many among them who had not wholeheartedly resolved to serve G-d alone (Yalkut Shimoni, Parashas Ki Setze).
[God said to them:] “I restrain My anger when you fail to accomplish what you are capable of accomplishing. And you worry that I might command you to do something of which you are not capable! Let Amalek come and examine you.”And he tailed after you -– Amalek was like a fly which hovers over any place where it finds an open wound. When Amalek found a weak link in Israel, they came and waged war with Israel.
Sin and transgression—these are Amalek’s strengths. Amalek is the cause of sin and through Amalek punishment is meted out. This is the manner in which Satan acts. He first creates a stumbling block for man, ascends to God and accuses him, and then descends to carry out his destruction.
Here is a link to one of the movies playing in Shamayim to cause Hashem's anger to burn against Israel...
Hayovel Ministries worships their man-god Yeshu as "Lord" in their sukkah on Har Brachah.
Is it any wonder that Jews are being expelled from their homes?! And God forbid if Hashem should send Amalek right now to search out the "weak links"!!
HKB"H means business, people. We had better mean it, too!
Does Zehut Have the Answers?
2 Adar 5777
If they do, they are not sharing them on Facebook. I guess the communication is only meant to be one-way. I (and others) have asked some serious questions, but no response is forthcoming, not even a "We'll have to get back to you on that."
Here is my final question, for which I do not expect an answer either. Where is the money coming from for such a production as this...
2 hours ago, I left a planning meeting about Zehut's upcoming convention and my mouth is still wide open. I am in shock. I have never seen anything so professional, exciting, and energetic in my life!
My impression is that this convention – Tuesday, Feb 28th at the Tel Aviv port "Hangar 11" – will simply blow people away. It will give the impression that this is not some political rally in Israel, rather that they are standing in the middle of the Republican National Convention.
Here's a sneak peek:
  • 24 screens all around the room
  • A round stage similar to what was used at BOTH the US Democratic and Republican Conventions a few months ago
  • Live entertainment from top Israeli singers and performers
  • The complete, never-before-seen Zehut platform, printed as a 300-page book (in Hebrew) plus a 25-page synopsis of the platform in Hebrew, English, and French. (Russian and Spanish will be available after the convention)
  • Animated movies that highlight portions of the Zehut platform
  • Simultaneous translation in several languages
  • Huge flags, banners, and balloons
  • Live streaming on Facebook… and Arutz-7 as well!
Funny story:
I asked Shai Malka, General Manager of Zehut, if our usual videographer, Tehila, will be filming the conference. He answered; "No..we have Israel's #1 film crew - with a team of 14 video cameras – filming the event from every angle imaginable!" 14 cameras?? This is like the Super Bowl!!!
And yes, there will be a clip of the exciting highlights after the convention…
A convention like this has never taken place in Israel's history!
Yes, there have been political conventions but they have ALWAYS been limited to members of the party. THIS convention is for… Am Yisrael – the entire Nation of Israel.
Let me review the details:It's at the Tel Aviv Port (called the "Namal") inside "Hangar 11" this coming Tuesday evening – February 28th (the 2nd of Adar). Zehut members are asked to come between 3:00pm-5:45pm in order to vote on key Zehut issues regarding our primaries. Doors open to the General Public at 5:45pm and the program will begin promptly at 6:15pm. The evening will conclude at 8:45pm.
New leadership is coming to Israel sooner than you think. Let's get to work!
With love of Israel,
Shmuel Sackett
Chairman, Zehut International
You have to wonder, for such an extravaganza - just like the Americans! - who is bankrolling it?
Protecting Our Land, Protecting Ourselves
2 Adar 5777
I would really like to see Moshe Feiglin's new Zehut party really offer some solutions for Jewish Identity in Israel. But, what I've seen so far is very disappointing. Regarding foreign influence in the Jewish State...
ARABS
Principle 2 from the Four Principles e-book
Arab residents of Judea and Samaria will have three options: voluntary emigration, permanent residency status or citizenship for those who will tie their fate with the State of Israel, as exemplified by the Druze population.
Besides the fact that none of these options is allowed under Torah law, I wondered why not take this as an opportunity to begin to move people in the right direction. As I put forth on the Zehut Facebook page...
Jewish Identity - That would be an excellent way to push things in a great direction for the ultimate good of all if it concentrated on establishing that Israeli citizenship and land ownership must be for JEWS ONLY and while others may live here in the meantime with their civil rights protected, they cannot be citizens or vote in elections unless they also want to become a Jew. The same way that American citizenship is reserved for Americans (and foreigners who become Americans in accordance with American laws), citizenship in the Jewish State is reserved for Jews (and any foreigner who becomes a Jew in accordance with Jewish law). If you did nothing more than pound this idea home day after day after day, eventually it might sink in, which would be a tremendous step in the right direction. Especially in doing away with the erroneous idea that we are a religion rather than a nation. The Torah is not a religious book, it is our nation's constitution. It is instructions for how to build a properly functioning society which becomes the light to the nations.
REFUGEES
On this subject Zehut gets an A+. See Moshe Feiglin: Israel Must Not Open Gates to Syrian Refugees. He said similar things about "refugees" from Darfur and Sudan, etc. in 2009. I'd like to know how Zehut envisions solving the problem of the illegal occupation of South Tel Aviv.
CHRISTIAN MISSIONARIES
In the past, Moshe Feiglin came out on the right side of Glen Beck's intrusion and more recently, his number one, Shmuel Sackett, came out similarly against Mike Huckabee. However, the fact that at least one announced candidate on his list has close ties to a major missionary organization in Israel is problematic.
Also, the designation of "Lovers of Israel", as in the following announcement, is worrisome. We all know what that is code for.
...ZEHUT International is about one thing: Becoming part of the game and not just a fan from the sidelines.
...ZEHUT International is making YOU part of Israel's democratic process.
You will have the opportunity to make recommendations for members of Zehut's Knesset list. You will essentially become their constituents, from wherever you are in the world!
PS - Membership in ZEHUT International is open to all lovers of Israel. Voting rights are reserved for members of the Jewish nation. See here.
That comes straight off their mailing.
NON-JEWS WHO THINK THEY ARE JEWS
It's all well and good to talk about "only members of the Jewish nation" having actual voting rights, but it's another thing to do it in practice. It's one thing to guarantee that only citizens vote since they carry a voting card verifying their right to vote. But, how will they ever be able to guarantee the Jewish identity of those claiming to be Jews in the Diaspora?
Besides the problem of non-halachic converts and children of Jewish men without Jewish mothers, how many Xian "Messianic Jews" and "lost Israelites" will sign up to vote as Jews? How many "Ephraimites" like the Wallers and their volunteers who are still Xians, but lay claim to our land and heritage, will use it as a way to exert even greater influence here because of their financial contributions to the party. (Membership is $10 a month. Multiply that by a few million deluded people). How long until their dream of Xian aliyah is realized through this influence?
So much for Jewish Identity.
