This fits well into my scenario - that Iran will make the first strike which is why the midrash says:  "...and Paras will go and destroy the whole world."

Trump and Netanyahu have shown fear and weakness.  This is practically an invitation for Iran, especially given the significance of tonight's date.  Not only is it their holy weekly worship day, but it is also a major Islamic holiday:  "The Birthday of Islam"!  How auspicious for them!!

Eid al-Mab'ath: January 16, 2026 in Iran (commemorates Prophet Muhammad's night journey and ascension). If I were a religious Muslim, I would surely take Trump's backdown as a sign.
