The Siren Is Sounding - We Are Under Attack!!

15 Sivan 5785

A Great Battle has been launched, an existential battle assailing the Three Pillars upon which we stand - Am Yisrael, Torat Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael.  We are surrounded and weighed down from the deadwood within.

[If you are new here or you missed it before, go back to THE WAR OF THOUGHTS - PART 1: INTRODUCTION.]

The blows are coming so fast and furious that I cannot keep up with the reportage.

The Torah world - both inside and outside the yeshivah - is on the front line today and if anyone reading this thinks for a minute it is anything to do with needing more boots on the ground or "fairly sharing the burden" you are still sleeping inside the matrix!  Wake up!!

While the Torah Sages are trying to find any other way to deal with this other than bringing down the government, HKB"H is making it impossible to do...

Brig. Gen. Shay Tayeb, a senior official in the IDF’s Personnel Directorate, declared on Wednesday morning in a discussion in the Knesset’s Subcommittee on Human Resources in the IDF that beginning on June 30, approximately 54,000 conscription orders will be sent to bnei yeshivos.

“During the month of July, 54,000 summons for initial conscription will be issued, spread over the coming year until June 2026, in addition to the 24,000 orders that have already been sent,” Tayeb said.

Tayeb also revealed that IDF policy has been changed in order to significantly shorten the process of declaring draft dodgers and enable the military police to carry out increased enforcement measures.

...Tayeb added that the IDF will increase enforcement activity, including arrests, and not only at Ben Gurion Airport, in coordination with the Military Police and the Israel Police.

However, he emphasized that there are limitations on the number of detention facilities, and it may not be possible to carry out enforcement measures against the entire population in short periods of time.

As YWN reported last month, the raison d’ĂȘtre of Bennett’s new party is for all bnei yeshivos to enlist in the IDF.

But apparently, Bennett has other plans for the Chareidi sector as well. On a visit to Ashdod on Monday, Bennett said that in addition to his plan to draft all bnei yeshivos, he intends to cut the entire budget for Chareidi chinuch.

“Anyone who wants to study in a private/Chareidi education system that does not meet the needs of the State should finance it from their own pocket, not from the pockets of the residents of the State of Israel,” he said.

The so-called pragmatic, realpolitik, status quo is bleeding us dry.  They have no solutions.  They will bring us no victory.  In fact, this regime has already capitulated to Hamas.  Were they ever seriously fighting a war in the first place or just making way for a new "Riviera on the Med"?  The people at the top are all making money with Qatar - the sponsor and enabler of Hamas.

It is the RIGHT THING to bring down those who brought this war upon us and refuse to win.  It is the RIGHT THING to put a stop to this all-out assault on the yeshivah world.  We have to do the RIGHT THING at the moment it is required and cease the calculations for how to manage the unknown future results.  The future is in HKB"H's hands, not ours.  If we are faithful to do the RIGHT THING in the moment, HKB"H will take care of the future - just as He has always done.  If we keep faith with Him, He keeps faith with us.  That is a promise that we can believe and if you don't, you have a real problem to solve.

Instead of imagining that someone worse comes to power, it is just as possible, no more so, that HKBH will bring us Mashiach in place of what we have now.  What if in our fear of the worst, we miss out on the best???

We have nothing to fear from the likes of Bennett, Liberman, Edelstein and Lapid et al.  This is still HKB"H's home and we are still His children and nobody is going to take power here who is at war with God.

If this government is dissolved today, it is the best sign we've ever had that the geulah is arriving.  Taken together with the near-Civil War in America, all signs point to the collapse of Western power and with it the Erev Rav regime which is attached to it.

The problem is, it is going to take a lot of Jews, who just can't let go, with it.

This is what we've been praying for as we beg HKB"H to bring Mashiach,  Only when his enemies are taken down can he come forward and reveal himself.

GEULAH NOW!  MASHIACH NOW!!

  2. I don't understand. If the government dissolves, how will that bring about a non-erev rav government if chalila the moshiach doesn't come before the next election since the change of government in new elections would just bring about another erev rav government? Rfael Yaakov

    1. It won't and I didn't say it would. Mashiach is in the wings waiting for his cue to take center stage. Remember, the Erev Rav regime and Edom go down together and the signs are showing me that it's not far off. America is not coming back from what is so quickly developing there. Have you seen what is planned for Shabbat?

    3. Rfael, you mean in between the massive pride parade and parties in Tel Aviv on Friday the 13th, and and Trump's kick-off to Civil War with a military parade accompanied by massive nationwide public protests on Shabbat itself?

  3. My gut feeling on this is that they don't really want the charedim in the army...they don't have the necessary infrastructure in place and they are terrified it will completely change the nature of the army into a conservative G-d fearing army that knows what the true mission is....I feel like the mission goal is to finally topple Bibi. That's all they care about, toppling Bibi and regaining control. I don't think this was ever about the charedim.

    1. I think it is blind rage and hatred and HKB"H is compelling them to show their true colors even when it is not to their advantage to do so.

  6. At the time of the expulsion from Gush Katif, I felt that it was an actual war against the national religious, they sent in an army, if memory serves me right, about 55,000 soldiers, isn't that a war, it's just that one side didn't fight back. And now it's a war against the haredim. Then and now, both nr and haredim should be, or should have been supporting each other.

As for Bennett et al, are they going to stop funding for Arabs, who don't serve in their near entirety. Or give them billions of public money. The incitement against haredim would be considered antisemitism if it were against jews in chul. So many lies told. Inter alia, looked at the state budget, of 540 billion, only 14 percent comes from income tax, so the idea that tax payers are carrying the state and ergo haredim is ridiculous, only a third of arab women and half of arab men work, far less than haredi nos. and there are 2 mil of of them, yet we never hear a peep about the huge burden the arab sector is for all of us, and the billions they cost us in crime, terror, etc. And much more. They are the burden. Haredim are a bracha.

I heard somewhere, when there was the issue of ending funding for yeshivot, the positive aspect of the state divesting itself from the yeshivot, is that until now, the state had the zechuyot from the yeshivot, spiritual chayut, vitality and as the state comes to its end that merit is ending. So maybe here too, ending funding for haredi chinuch is the end of the merit the state has from their Torah learning. Be'D geula shleima bekarov memach.

    1. Clarification, 14percent from labour based income tax, we are all taxpayers, 24percent of the budget comes from vat, many more interesting nuggets when you get into the budget, the state sponsored media hate against the haredim reminds me of the daily two minutes of hate from 1984. The general public is manipulated, no one stops to think that for ex, that the budget, for 'culture and sport' goes almost primarily to secular activities, and too the budget for the media, but are not seen as special interest, the way the yeshiva budget , less than one percent, is. It's divide and rule. If the issues were truly economic and security, it would be the arab sector under the spotlight, not haredim. But arabs are scary. It's the same reason why the march of shame doesn't go through predominantly arab areas.

  8. As the whole western world has descended, so has the 'State'. From its establishment, their intentions were already against we, the Jews.
Now that society is at its worst, the leadership and the whole infrastructure is at its worst. They are aligned with everything immoral and amoral.
Agree with the comment from Hitoreri. The more the IDF, etc. go
against the chareidim, the less protection from ABOVE. Only in zchut
of Torah learning in Eretz Yisroel, were they able to defeat our enemies,
but the more they go against yeshivot/Torah, victory for the State lessens more and more.
The question arises, will these Erev Rav also arrest all those 'leftists'
who have become draft dodgers and who have been multiplying - nothing is said about them. This is such a scam. Guess, they better
start building bigger prisons for the thousands of new inmates!
If only these haters of Torah would know what awaits them, those who
    fight against the Almighty!
    Moshiach is at the door!

  9. UTJ chair resigns from cabinet after bill to dissolve Knesset defeated in draft row

Housing Minister Yitzhak Goldknopf steps down after failing to unite his ultra-Orthodox bloc around a push for broad IDF draft exemptions; his call for early elections rejected by allies fearing backlash against Haredim and risks to coalition stability

I still can't figure out what the rest of them think they gained by voting against. In the end the majority were timid and afraid and faithless. Chaval!

    1. (JFeed: Amit Segal) "The ultra-Orthodox are deceiving themselves if they think they’ll be able to improve their position in the near future. What they’ve agreed to will no longer be overturned—on the contrary, it will serve as the minimum baseline. It’s no longer about the attorney general or the Supreme Court—it’s now about the rabbis of Degel HaTorah and Shas. (Source)

    2. In hindsight, the maneuvering of the charedi parties and Bibi looks like it was a clever ruse, like much of what else preceded the attack against Iran. I doubt the fall of the government was ever in the cards. It also accomplished something practical against the opposition. A bill to dissolve the Knesset cannot be tabled again for six months.
