THEY ARE STILL MANIPULATING THE NUMBERS!

 12 Tishrei 5781

AND MANIPULATING THE LANGUAGE AS WELL.  YOU HAVE TO READ VERY CAREFULLY.

For the first time, Israel’s daily coronavirus deaths per capita have surpassed those of the United States, a military task force said in a report published Tuesday morning.

The task force, which belongs to the Israel Defense Forces Military Intelligence Directorate and advises the Health Ministry, already included that statistic in a diagram in a report published on Sunday but only highlighted it as a first on Tuesday, for an unknown reason.

Tuesday’s report also noted that Israel’s daily confirmed new cases remain the highest in the world.

The daily deaths per capita are calculated by the task force as an average of the last week. According to the data, Israel’s daily death rate over the last week has been 3.5 per million people, while the US rate was some 2.2 per million.

Israel is way ahead of other countries in daily new cases per capita due to very high testing rates. However, even for the percentage of positive test results out of all tests, Israel is also ahead of other countries included in the report for comparison. (Source)

THE BIG PICTURE TELLS QUITE A DIFFERENT STORY...

Knesset member Matan Kahana (Yamina):  "Israel has the highest corona death rate in the world."  THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!  BUT, HOW MANY PEOPLE EVEN KNOW THE TRUTH?!

YOM KIPPUR 5781 - "Ki Anu Amecha"

9 Tishrei 5781
Erev Yom Hakippurim

To all whom I may have offended or hurt over this past year, I beg your forgiveness as it was entirely unintentional.  My prayer is that I may be forgiven as I have freely forgiven all who have wronged, offended or hurt me.

This is my favorite piyut of the Yom Kippur service.  I love the words...

May our fast be easy and our atonement be complete.  Chag sameach!

R. NIR BEN ARTZI ON EREV YOM KIPPUR 5781: "On this Day of Atonement, every single Jew must ask the Creator of the world for our righteous Messiah. A Jew who is connected to Judaism and tradition will seek our righteous Messiah now in mercy! HaKadosh-Baruch-Hu believes in His children, the people of Israel, in their prayers on this special Yom Kippur, that they will ask for the Messianic King at the closing time! Let them ask for the Messianic King at the time of Neilah! That's the main thing!"

SHABBAT SHUVAH - PLUS

7 Tishrei 5780
Erev Shabbat Kodesh
Parashat Ha'azinu - Shabbat Shuvah

Shabbat Shuvah / שבת שובה
The Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is called Shabbat Shuvah because its special haftarah reading begins with the words Shuvah Yisrael ["Return O Israel"] from the prophecy of Hoshe'a.  It is also referred to as Shabbat Shuvah because it falls during the ten days of Teshuvah - Repentance.
...It is customary in almost all Jewish communities for the rabbi of the city or congregation to expound on teshuvah, and to emphasize the severity of transgression so that the people turn their hearts toward repentance.  Our Sages have said that when the wise address the people, God forgives the sins of Israel.
...on Shabbat Shuvah one should be especially careful to concentrate entirely on Torah, prayer, and reflection on teshuvah, thereby attaining forgiveness for whatever unfitting behavior may have marred other Sabbaths.

MASSIVE CHILLUL HASHEM DURING THE DAYS OF AWE!!

 6 Tishrei 5781

Maybe the chareidi politicians are just too used to the wheeling and dealing of their game.  Perhaps they felt it was a safe gamble - that the god of democracy was too dear to the hearts of the Israelis to ever give up on the public demonstrations - so they felt safe saying, "We'll agree to the ban on public prayers on Yom Kippur if the demonstrations are equally banned."  They've been playing the politics game too long.  It has damaged their souls to the point that they don't even see the CHILLUL HASHEM in conceding to banning public Yom Kippur prayers REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING ELSE!

Not only that.  Imagine the repercussions from the Israelis when the government explains that they have to suspend civil liberties because of the religious Jews.  Of course, we know all of this is just getting right down to the nitty gritty of the BIRUR on the spiritual level, but we live in the physical world and our mitzvot are physical acts; therefore, we have to determine how to respond to these situations on the physical level as well.

The Knesset is ready to concede outdoor prayers up to 20 people.  We've been living with that for awhile now.  However, Netanyahu wants to ban prayers altogether and he and his cohorts are threatening to take the matter out of the hands of the Knesset if they don't get their way.  That says to me that the order has come down from the head(s) of the NWO who are also orchestrating all these signed agreements with Arab countries at the very same time.  Do you not understand that they know the power of our prayers and that they are trying to destroy the mitzvot of the holidays in order to weaken us to the point that they can finally obliterate us as a nation?

The whole world is watching, listening as they announce that Israel is the only country to be locked down a second time.  They are asking what's wrong with us that it is so bad here, when in reality it is not at all the way it is being portrayed.  They are watching and listening as it is being reported that the holy days will be cancelled and Yom Kippur prayers will be banned outright in the entire public sphere.  They are asking how it is that the Jews in Eretz Yisrael are taking this lying down, without a peep of protest and even the "leadership" - rabbis and rabbinical organizations - are stating publicly that they intend to abide by the dictates of these 'authorities.' (Who has the authority to stop prayer?!)  What a CHILLUL HASHEM!  There is no hope for such 'rabbis'!

We have to draw a line somewhere.  We have to cling tenaciously to our Torah and mitzvot and in the merit of doing so with mesirut nefesh, and primarily to stop the desecration, perhaps HKB"H will see fit to send the Redeemer to Zion without any further delay!  May it be His will!!

DECLARATION OF WAR!!

 5 Tishrei 5781

I had not intended to post unless an emergency arose, and this, my brothers and sisters, is such an emergency.

At this hour, the evil ruling regime of the tragically misnamed 'Jewish' State is voting to lock every beit knesset and in addition TO FORBID PRAYER - EVEN IN THE OPEN AREAS - ON YOM KIPPUR!!!!

Since the Master of the Universe is the ONE Who has commanded us in this mitzvah, it is a war against HKB"H and these Amalekim - haters of God and His Torah - will not survive this!!

THEY CAN'T LOCK THE OUTSIDE and THEY CAN'T BE EVERYWHERE AT ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!

IT'S TIME FOR MELECH HAMASHIACH TO REVEAL HIMSELF!!!!!!

IF NOT NOW, THEN WHEN????!!!

THE DAY OF HASHEM - WHO WILL SURVIVE?

27 Elul 5780

(Originally written 3 Kislev 5765, but it works in Elul, too.)

"Turn to Me and be saved, all ends of the earth, for I am G-d and there is no other." (Yeshaya 45:22)

We have a tradition that many prophecies given to Israel were not included in our canon of scripture because they were intended only for the people of their time and were not relevant for future generations.  Consequently, it is understood that the record of prophecy which is contained in our Tanakh, even if it describes events long past, has relevance for the future.  The language of Tanakh refers to calamitous days of judgement as "The Day of Hashem."
Wail, for the day of Hashem is near; it will come like a sudden attack from the Almighty... Behold, the day of Hashem is coming; [a day] of cruelty, rage and burning anger, to make the land desolate; and He will annihilate sinners from it. (Yeshaya 13:6, 9)
...Hashem, Master of Legions, has a day against every proud and arrogant person and against every exalted person -- and he will be brought low, ... Humankind's haughtiness will be humbled and men's arrogance will be brought down; and Hashem alone will be exalted on that day.  (Yeshaya 2:12, 17)

For the day of Hashem upon all the nations is close; as you have done [so] shall be done to you; your requital shall return upon your head. (Ovadya 1:15)

I will set wonders in the heavens and on earth; blood and fire and pillars of smoke; the sun will turn to darkness and the moon to blood [red] before the coming of the great and awesome Day of Hashem. (Yoel 3:3-5)
The Day of Hashem is a transitional period which bridges the gap between the world in its current state of outright rebellion to the messianic era in which the entire world will be at peace, a reality that cannot materialize until all rebels against G-d's Law (sinners) have been eliminated. The way this comes about is completely at the discretion of the Creator. He has not asked for our input, so we do not have a vote in the proceedings. Neither will He be held accountable to human standards of morality and justice for His ways are completely moral and His methods are absolutely just.

This time period will be such a calamity that it is difficult to imagine anyone surviving it, and much less so when we factor in the low spiritual state of our generation. However we are assured over and over that a remnant will survive, but only a remnant:
It will be on that day that the remnant of Israel and the survivors of the House of Jacob will no longer rely on its attacker, but will rely on Hashem, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the Mighty G-d. For even if your people Israel will be like the sand of the sea, only a remnant of it will return; [for] an intense destruction will surge forth, with justification. For an intense devastation does the Lord Hashem/Elokim, Master of Legions carry out in the midst of the Land. (Yeshaya 10:20-23)
Since we are the generation facing the most critical stage in world history, it's time Jews began to ask the question that the Chr*stians have been pressing on us for two thousand years: "What must I do to be saved?" The answer might surprise you:
And it will be that anyone who calls on the Name of Hashem will escape. (Yoel 3:5)

There will be in all the land --- the word of Hashem --- two portions [of the population] will be cut off and perish, and the third will be left in it. I will bring that third into fire and purify it, as one purifies silver and as one refines gold; it will call out in My Name and I will answer it. I have said, 'it will be My people' and it will say,'Hashem is my G-d.' (Zekharya 13:8-9)

And it will be that anyone who calls on the Name of Hashem will escape for on the mountains of Zion and in Jerusalem there will be refuge as Hashem said, and among the survivors whom Hashem summons. (Yoel 3:5)

Some with chariots, and some with horses; but we, in the Name of Hashem, our G-d, call out. They slumped and fell, but we arose and were invigorated. Hashem save! May the King answer us on the day we call. (Tehillim 20:8-10)

Hashem is close to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him sincerely. The will of those who fear Him He will do; and their cry He will hear and He will save them. (Tehillim 145:18-19)
But there is a caveat to this. "Seek Hashem when He can be found; call upon Him when He is near." (Yeshaya 55:6) No doubt, by the time it becomes obvious what is happening, it will already be too late to change one's fate.

In an indisputable reference to messianic times, the prophet Yeshaya says:
...the fruit of the land will be for pride and glory for the survivors of Israel. Of every remnant that will be in Zion and every remaining one in Jerusalem, 'Holy' will be said of him. Everyone who is inscribed for life in Jerusalem. When my Lord will have washed the filth of the daughters of Zion and rinsed the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, with a spirit of judgement and a spirit of purging. (Yeshaya 4:2-4)
Note the phrase---"Everyone who is inscribed for life...." This brings to mind an event recorded in chapter nine of Yechezkel's prophecy. It describes the prophet's view of the spiritual reality co-existing with the physical reality at the time of the destruction of Jerusalem and the First Temple:
He [Hashem] called to the man clothed in linen [the angel Gavriel according to commentary], ...And Hashem said to him, "Pass through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and mark a sign on the foreheads of the men who sigh and moan for all the abominations that are done within it."

Then He said to those within my earshot, "Pass through the city behind him and smite; let your eye not spare and do not have compassion. Old man, young man and maiden, children and women, shall you slay to utter destruction; but do not approach any man upon whom is the sign. Begin from My Sanctuary! So they began with the elders who were before the Temple. (Yechezkel 9:3-6)
According to the commentary, this sign on the forehead of the righteous was to protect them from the fate of the sinners. Note how the "righteous" are defined---"[those] who sigh and moan for all the abominations that are done within [the city]." The purge started with the "elders" because they were the ones who had the power to correct the situation before it got out of hand.
...while they were smiting, I remained and I fell upon my face and I cried out and said, "Alas, Lord Hashem/Elokim! Are you destroying the entire remnant of Israel as You pour out your wrath on Jerusalem?" Then He said to me, "The iniquity of the House of Israel and Judah is very, very great --- the land has been filled with bloodshed and the city has been filled with injustice, for they have said, 'Hashem has forsaken the land' and 'Hashem does not see.' So, I too, My eye will not spare nor will I have compassion; I have placed their way upon their head. " (Yechezkel 9:8-10)
In our day, "bloodshed" has its equivalence in terrorism and "injustice" is enshrined in our Supreme Court. The phrase "they have said" can apply to words or deeds which speak as loudly as any words. Besides the fact that we can draw parallels between the matzav then and the matzav today, how do we know this passage has relevance for our time? Chapter 11 makes the connection:
I will assemble you from the nations and gather you in from the lands where you have been scattered, and give you the Land of Israel. They will come there and remove all its detestations and all its abomination from it. I will give them an undivided heart and I will place a new spirit in them; I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh so that they may walk in My decrees and observe My laws and fulfill them. Then they will be a people unto Me, and I will be a G-d for them. But those whose heart follows the heart of their detestations and abomination. I will place their way upon their head --- the word of the Lord Hashem/Elokim. (Yechezkel 11:12-21)
The last pasuk is a qualifier which lets us know that not everyone will receive this new spirit. At the end of days, there will still be those who choose to go their own rebellious way and their end will be like that of the sinners of Yechezkel's own time---"I will place their way upon their head." Why then should we not imagine that the protection of the righteous will also follow the same pattern? Perhaps the following describes the defining event which separates between the righteous and the sinner:
Behold, I send you Elijah the Prophet before the coming of the great and awesome day of Hashem. And he will turn back [to G-d] the hearts of the fathers with [their] sons and the hearts of sons with their fathers [for fear that] I come and strike the land with utter destruction. (Malachi 3:23-24)
This change of heart will 'mark' the righteous---the non-rebel---for survival. It is well-known that both Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach and also the Lubavitcher Rebbe were instrumental to the teshuva movement which has brought untold numbers of Jews back to the path of observance. And further to that are the Discovery programs of Aish HaTorah and the personal endeavors of many unnamed rabbis all of whom together have functioned in the spirit of Eliyahu HaNavi. If so, then how short the time must be.

We do not look forward to the destruction that we know is hurtling toward us like a runaway freight train, any more than a woman looks forward to many hours of grueling labor in the effort to birth her child. But we anticipate the bliss on the other side of that event and hope to survive to see it just as the mother looks past the pain to the moment that she will embrace her child.

The sober reality that confronts us should put us in awe anew of the Holy One, Blessed is He, and of His majesty and power. It should inspire us to redouble our efforts to be counted worthy to survive and to try to inspire those within our realm of influence as well.

May Hashem have mercy on us on the day we call out to Him. Amen!

Whenever you see something like this...

And something like this is going on at the same time...

You can bet that with so many Americans being driven from their homes, this "accord" means there is either a plan to drive Jews from their homes or they are planning to trade Hashem's home for some economic and political benefit.  The only question is which one is it?  (Probably both!)

Every signatory to this "accord" has stated firmly that their participation is entirely contingent upon the establishment of a Palestinian State on the West Bank of the Jordan River.

"Leave It Up To The King"

25 Elul 5780

I first posted this back in 5776, but it's worth repeating.

Leave it Up to the King
Elul / Rosh Hashanah

September 15, 2004 (5764) By Rabbi Eliyahu Hoffmann

One of the anomalies pointed out by the commentators regarding Rosh Hashana is that no where in the Torah is Rosh Hashana ever mentioned in connection with Yom Ha-din/A Day of Judgement; Scripture speaks only of a Yom Teruah/Day of Blowing the Shofar. It is only through the oral tradition of our Sages that we know that on the Universe’s anniversary, its Creator takes stock and makes His allocations and allotments for the coming year. Why does the Torah seemingly go out of its way to conceal the concept of Judgement? And why is it specifically the theme of the Shofar that receives the overwhelming focus in the Torah’s description of this day, when in fact the sounding of the Shofar is but a small, if very important, ingredient in the overall scheme of Rosh Hashana?

In the book of Nehemiah (8) we find a description of an ancient Rosh Hashana:

Then all the people gathered together as one man at the plaza before the Water Gate, and they asked Ezra the scribe to bring the Torah scroll of Moshe, which Hashem had commanded Israel. So Ezra the Kohen brought the Torah before the congregation… on the first day of the seventh month. He read from it… from first light until midday, and the ears of all the people were attentive to the Torah scroll. They read in the scroll, in G-d’s Torah, clearly, appreciating the wisdom; they helped the people understand the reading. Then Nechemia, Ezra the scribe, and the Levi’im who were helping the people understand, said to all the people – who were weeping as they heard the words of the Torah – “Today is sacred to Hashem, your G-d; do not mourn and do not weep. Go eat rich foods, and drink sweet beverages, and send portions to those who have not prepared – for today is sacred to our Lord. Do not be sad – Hashem’s pleasure is your strength!”

When the people listened to the Hashem’s word being read to them, they were overwhelmed by feelings of remorse and inadequacy, and began to weep. At first glance, this would seem to be most appropriate and praiseworthy – something we might all strive for on the most serious and introspective of days. Yet they are rebuffed. Rather, they are told to go eat lavish meals, because “Hashem’s pleasure is their strength.” We are left wondering what indeed is Hashem’s pleasure – from which they are to derive strength – if not their sincere reaction to hearing the Torah?

The Tur (Orach Chaim 581) describes a Jew’s preparation for the Day of Judgement:

Normally, a person who knows he is to be judged, dons black clothing, lets his beard grow unkempt, and doesn’t cut his nails. [He does so because he is overcome with anxiety] over not knowing the outcome of his judgement. Yet [before Rosh Hashana] we don’t do so. We don white clothing, trim our hair, and cut our nails. On Rosh Hashana, we eat, drink, and are happy, for we know that the Almighty will perform miracles with us…

Why shouldn’t we stand in trepidation before the mighty Yom Ha-din – instead of running around getting haircuts and preparing luxurious meals? What is the source of our assuredness that we will merit a good verdict – all the more so if we approach the Day of Judgement with such seeming nonchalance?

The holy Zohar (see Tikkunei Zohar 22a regarding Yom Kippur) criticizes those who cry out on the Days of Judgement, pleading for their needs. “Give! Give!” they cry, “like a dog begging for food.” What is so wrong if, recognizing the seriousness and imminence of the day’s judgement, we plead for our needs?

Perhaps we can understand the correct approach to Rosh Hashana with a parable:

A great and mighty king let it be known that on a given day, he would be passing through a certain city. During his stay, he would grace the inhabitants with an audience, during which he would deliver a royal address. He would then entertain requests and supplications from his subjects. Those who wished were to prepare their requests on the highest quality parchment, upon which they should write what it is they were asking of the king, and why they felt the magnanimous king should grant their wishes. They could ask for up to three things.

The city’s inhabitants busily went about preparing a royal welcome. Of course there was also much excitement about the prospect of a private audience, and the possibility of one’s most-longed-for dreams being granted by the king himself. The king arrived amidst much pomp and circumstance, and was duly impressed by the extravagant preparations made on his behalf. After delivering his royal address, a huge line formed in front of him. Each person held in his hand a carefully written parchment to present to the king, with the hope that his dreams would be granted.

The king was indeed magnanimous, and graced his subjects by granting any and all reasonable requests. One by one the people had their turn and made leave of the king’s presence, all with the satisfied looks of one whose dreams have come true.

The entire time, the king had been observing that one lone maidservant stood at the back of the palace, modestly observing the goings-on, yet never approaching the line. Even now as the line was already empty, she still did not approach. Intrigued, the king had her called before him.

“Tell me,” he said, “why is it that you stand there quietly, while all your townsmen come and go, each of them having their wishes granted in a most generous manner? Do you not trust that I have the ability to grant your desires?”

“Oh no,” she said sharply to the king. “It’s just that – well – I simply didn’t have the time to prepare a parchment with my requests. You see, when I heard the king would be visiting, I immediately became preoccupied with making sure everything would be ready to receive the king. Draperies needed to be sewn, rugs weaved, floors cleaned, swept, and polished… There was so much to do to make sure the city was ready for the king’s arrival, and I so busy, that I simply never got around to preparing my wish-list. Today, as I stood before the king, I realized it was already too late. Instead, I chose to spend by time in the presence of your highness, as he graciously dealt with his subjects.”

The king’s face now glowed with a radiance that awed the simple maidservant. “My dearest maiden,” the king said, “if there is anyone who is truly deserving of having their wishes granted, it must surely be you, who have put my honour before all else. I will not trouble you to ask, for in your modesty your requests would likely be simple ones. Rather, I will grant you the blessings of my hand – the royal hand. I have no doubt they will satisfy you beyond your wildest dreams.”

In the weeks and days before Rosh Hashana, Jews are busy cleaning up (teshuva cleanses sins), and preparing ourselves to receive the King of Kings. Although of course Hashem is our King all year long, on Rosh Hashana His dominion is underscored by the fact that it is then that He sits upon the Throne of Judgement and judges the world. It is on Rosh Hashana that Hashem says, “Call out before Me with the blast of the Shofar – to demonstrate your acceptance of Me as your King (Mishna Rosh Hashana 4:5),” like the king who enters the palace amidst trumpet blasts.

The Torah stresses the theme of Rosh Hashana as being a day of Shofar blasts, and down-plays the aspect of judgement, in order to keep us focused. The nature of a man being judged is to become self-absorbed; his mind is consumed with thoughts of what he can do to assure himself a favourable verdict. Or, if he feels there is no hope, he falls into self- pity and stops caring. Either way, all he’s thinking about is himself, and that misses the whole point of the day. Our focus on Rosh Hashana should not be on “what’s in it for us” and “how’s this going to turn out for me” but rather on accepting Hashem as our King, and being the best servants we can.

That’s why, when the people began mourning and crying, they were told to stop. It’s good that they were aroused by the reading of the Torah, but the Navi (Prophet) guided them to take that arousal and use it to celebrate the day that Hashem brought the world into being, thereby becoming its King, and on which He renews its lease each year.

With what will they merit a good judgement? Why are we so self-assured that we will be judged favourably that we get dressed up in our finest clothing, and, as the Zohar suggests, we spend the day celebrating rather than grovelling before Hashem to forgive our sins and grant our wishes? It’s not because we arrogantly believe we deserve it, but because of what we’re doing instead. As Hashem sits upon His throne to judge the world, He finds us in the synagogues, listening to the Shofar and reciting the prayers whose focus is that we accept Hashem as our King, and pray that one day the entire world will also recognize His dominion. We’re too “busy” to even take the time to contemplate where we fit in the picture, and what Hashem has in store for us.

Seeing this, Hashem’s countenance glows, and no doubt He inscribes all His faithful servants in the Book of Life and the Righteous, that they may indeed merit another year of health and prosperity. And He bestows upon them blessings far more numerous and generous than they ever could have thought to ask for.

HASHEM HU HAMELECH!!

 24 Elul 5780

It was 100% predictable. And he is 100% correct. It was planned this way from the very beginning.
Housing Minister Litzman resigns in protest of looming holiday lockdown

...Litzman accused coronavirus czar Ronni Gamzu of planning for months to impose a lockdown on Rosh Hashanah — which begins this week — and Yom Kippur while avoiding the move during the summer season.

...In a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Litzman decried the fact that the lockdown would prevent worshipers, including tens of thousands of Jews who don’t go to a synagogue during most of the year, from attending the most important and well-attended Jewish services of the year.

Litzman, who was infected with coronavirus in April when he was health minister and was also reportedly caught attending a prayer group of more than 10 men despite a ban on such gatherings, said he had opposed the lockdown plan “in all forums” and said that if a lockdown was needed, it should have been imposed a month or several weeks ago.

“Unfortunately, it has been proven that I was right and that the decision to impose a general lockdown during the Tishrei festivals was pre-made while taking an unnecessary risk and causing a rise in infections in the meantime,” he wrote.

He also claimed Netanyahu had violated an agreement according to which synagogues would remain open under more lenient restrictions than those set to be approved.

...Public prayers on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur will be allowed under certain limitations that have yet to be finalized, reports said.
Get that! We'll get whatever they ALLOW us to have!   All of this is meant to show us who they think the real boss is - The Powers That Be want to replace HKB"H and rule over His creation re-made in their image and in accordance with their needs and desires. To quote the prophet: "What they have proposed to do will never be."

They may be able to keep us from praying all together in one place, but they can't stop us praying and they can't stop us crowning HKB"H KING over us on Rosh Hashanah!!!

"Free Will"

22 Elul 5780
Erev Shabbat Kodesh
Parashat Nitzavim/Vayeilech

Free Will – Rabbi Meir Kahane, ztz"l, Hy"d
See – I have placed before you today the life and the good, and the death and the evil, that which I command you today.  To love Hashem, your G-d, to walk in His ways, to observe His commandments, His decrees, and His ordinances; then you will live and you will multiply, and Hashem, your G-d, will bless you in the Land to which you come to possess it...  I call heaven and earth as witnesses!  Before you I have placed life and death, the blessing and the curse.  You must choose life, so that you and your descendants will live. (Deut. 30:15,16).
This warning was issued when the Jewish People were about to enter their land, to live there isolated from the nations' detestable practices.  Unfortunately, even in Eretz Yisrael, we sinned greatly and exile was decreed, such that instead of being a “nation that dwells alone” (Num. 23:9), we ended up among the nations, and most of the Jewish People became like them.  As a result, large parts of our people, in effect, lost the ability to choose.  The free choice that was their lot in Eretz Yisrael, their land and birthplace, became a farce among the nations where they were conquered by foreign culture; and countless Jews became spiritual captives.

How can we expect Israel to repent as a people when they do not even have any questions?  Why should G-d continue punishing His people for so long when not only is the punishment not beneficial, but, as we saw following the dreadful Holocaust, tens of thousands of believing Jews even became heretics?  How can G-d draw near to Him a people that has lost its understanding to choose between good and evil, between life and death?  Regarding the verse, “Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots?  Then may you also do good, that are accustomed to doing evil” (Jer. 13:23), Redak comments, “You have so accustomed yourselves to evil that it cannot leave you, as though it were a second nature to you.”  In this age of great scientific and technological advancement, when materialistic, cosmopolitan “realism” makes assimilation seem acceptable, it is clear that the Jewish captive to foreign culture will not improve his ways.  Quite the contrary, he marches along proudly, far from the camp, far from the idea of repenting, almost cut off from every link to his origins.  He has lost, so to speak, the power of free choice.  He who was earmarked to be like the stars of the heavens, wallows in the mire.

The Torah's very defining good and evil in real, absolute terms constitutes a declaration of war against the culture of the nations and the Hellenists [westernized, secular Jews] who adopted it.  That culture preaches that no one absolute good or evil can be determined, since all ideas and concepts, including those defining good and evil, are the product of human thought.  Both those who deny the existence of a Supreme, Omniscient, Omnipotent G-d Who is the source of wisdom and truth, and those who admit the existence of a Supreme Being yet deny Torah from Sinai, i.e., that G-d set forth a blueprint in the Torah, hold that we cannot attach special status to one “good” over another.  Tolerance and pluralism are the ultimate principles of that alien culture.  Since followers of that culture cannot determine with certainty what evil is, they cannot eradicate it from the world.  Clearly, tolerance and psychological flexibility regarding (almost) all views and lifestyles are their philosophical darling.  For them, almost absolute liberty and freedom transcend all else.  Included in this is a person's freedom and right to do whatever he pleases with his life so long as it does not “harm his fellow man”.  Clearly, this approach is a disgusting philosophical abomination to G-d and Israel.  G-d, the Creator, fashioned a world that rests on truth, an exact, defined truth, determined by Him.  The world was created to put G-d's clear, precise ideas and attributes into practice, and whoever seeks to differ with them imperils his soul.  It is not man who determines his path on this earth.  He is not free to choose whatever lifestyle he pleases without facing the consequences – bitter punishment from his Father in Heaven.

The Torah treats with contempt the idea of man having freedom over his body and his life.  Our sages comment on the verse, “The tablets were the tablets of G-d, and the writing was the writing of G-d, graven [charut] on the tablets.” (Ex. 32:16):  “Read not charut, 'graven', but cherut, 'freedom'.  The only free man is the one who studies Torah” (Avot 6:2).  A person is not free, he is not at liberty to act however he pleases.  He is bound by the yoke of Heaven, the fetters of our holy Torah.  Only by agreeing to serve G-d and accept His yoke does he become free.  This alone liberates him from the empty bestiality which enslaves him to his own needs, to his own selfish ego, to abominable lust.  G-d does not recognize man's right to do as he pleases as long as he does not harm his fellow man.  G-d established that man's life does not belong to him.  Man was commanded to live and given a path to follow.  Not only is he forbidden to harm his fellow man.  But he is forbidden to harm himself.  As long as a person opposes his Maker, he harms himself.  He takes his own soul, committing spiritual suicide, and he is not free to act this way.  Life itself is not man's personal property.  G-d blew into man the breath of life only so he would lead a well-defined life of goodness.  As our sages said (Avot 4:29), “Perforce you were born and perforce you live.”  If a person says, “Since I was created against my will, if I do not wish to live I have a right to commit suicide,” G-d declares that man is not free either to live as he wishes or to die however he likes.  Regarding one who commits suicide, our sages said (Semachot – Avel Rabbati 2:1):  We do not eulogize him, but we stand in line for him and say the blessing for mourners, to show respect for the living.  As a rule, whatever shows respect for the living we do, but nothing beyond that. Rambam (Hilchot Avel 1:11) and ruled the same way.  Thus we learn that even a man's life is not in his own hands, let alone his lifestyle.

A person is granted free will, and he has the right and duty to choose goodness and life and to loath evil, defilement and death.  If, of his own free will, he chooses evil and defiles himself, G-d will not help him to avoid evil by closing the door to evil.  Rather, G-d opens the way for him to do what he wants.  It says in Yoma 39a:  "If a person defiles himself a little bit, Heaven will defile him a lot. If he does so on earth, he will be defiled from Heaven. If he does so in this world, he will be defiled in the World-to-Come."  The Rabbis learned,
“Make yourselves holy and remain sanctified” (Lev. 11:44): If a person sanctifies himself a little bit, Heaven will sanctify him a lot.  If he does so on earth... That is what is meant by “Heaven gives him an opening”.  The more he defiles himself and sins, the more his defilement and sin become habit, and ultimately second nature.  All this applies to the Jew, and all the more so to the non-Jew.  Moreover, if a non-Jew profanes G-d's name by reviling and humiliating a Jew, and he refuses to desist, then when the time of redemption and revenge arrives, G-d will not only open the way for him to continue, but will even entice him to do so, for his fate has already been sealed.  Certainly, if Gog announces that he is accepting the yoke of Heaven and submitting to G-d, and he subjugates himself to G-d and Israel, thereby bringing the world the great and final Kiddush Hashem, G-d will certainly let him repent in this way.  Yet, as long as he does not do this, as long as he and the world continue in arrogant chilul Hashem, G-d will set the time for His revenge and, then, will entice him into receiving his punishment.

Rambam explains in Hilchot Teshuva 6:3: [...] Why then did G-d address him [Pharaoh] through Moses, saying "Send out Israel and repent," when He had already made it clear that He knew Pharaoh would not send them out, as it says, "I realize that you and your subjects still do not fear G-d" (Ex. 9:30); and, "The only reason I let you survive was to show you My strength" (Ex. 9:16)?  It was to inform mankind that when G-d prevents the sinner from repenting, the sinner cannot repent, but must die for the wicked deeds he performed previously of his own free will.  It was so with Sichon. In accordance with his sins, he was denied repentance:  “The L-rd your G-d hardened his spirit and made his heart firm (Deut. 2:30).  The same applies to the Canaanites.  In accordance with their abominations, G-d denied them repentance until they waged war against Israel:  “It was the L-rd's doing to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel in battle, that He might destroy them utterly” (Joshua 11:20).

Here we learn a major principle of free choice regarding a wicked non-Jew who profanes G-d's name.  An evildoer can submit to G-d in one of two ways.  First, he can repent and crown G-d King, accept G-d's sovereignty and subjugate himself to G-d and mitzvot.  Clearly, such repentance is appropriate and desirable, and G-d will not prevent his submitting in this way. The second way is for him to submit, not out of repentance and acceptance of G-d's yoke, but only out of fear and weakness.  Certainly, this does not constitute sufficient repentance from his wickedness and Chilul Hashem, for until he rises and proclaims openly that Hashem is G-d and King, bending his knee before Him, G-d's name is not sanctified in the world.  Therefore, if his whole submission is out of weakness and fear, he will still deserve punishment and revenge.  G-d will, therefore, harden his heart so that he does not submit out of fear.  Thus, G-d hardened Pharaoh's heart, because Pharaoh never accepted the yoke of G-d's kingdom.  By the same token, G-d did not let him escape his sin and punishment through mere fear, but hardened his heart, so that G-d's name would be sanctified.  It will be similar with Gog, who will stand firm in his chilul Hashem, and the time of Kiddush Hashem will arrive.  It thus says, “I will bring you against My land, O Gog, before their eyes” (Ezek. 38:16).  [The ensuing punishment and revenge we find described in this week's Haftarah]:  “I alone have trodden a wine press, not a man from the nations was with Me; I trod them in my anger and trampled them in My wrath, and their lifeblood spurted out on My garments, so I soiled all my garments. For a day of vengeance is in My heart, and the year of My redemption has come...” (Isaiah 63:3,4)  This is the greatest, most terrifying Kiddush Hashem there can be, and it is this which will make all the nations accept G-d's sovereignty.

Lockdown 2.0: It's Inevitable + Kushner: Messiah of Palestine

 21 Elul 5780

They warned us from the very beginning that this was coming.  At Pesach, they showed us who is the boss.  At Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur/Sukkot, even more so, they intend to show us who is boss, because they firmly believe they have now replaced the "Boss" Above and they are determined to demonstrate their power and ascendancy.

Israel faces lockdown of up to a month from next week

...Israel’s health authorities on Wednesday, Sept. 9 ...[urged] a national lockdown lasting three weeks to a month, and starting even before the High Holidays, namely, early next week.

...The police, which until now treated violations with a light hand, were instructed on Wednesday to remove the gloves. They will henceforth start breaking up illicit gatherings and opening criminal investigations against offenders.
(Tellingly... Virus cases are snowballing but hospitalizations aren’t.)
...The most heavy-handed scenario could see Israelis prevented from venturing more than 500 meters from their homes except for essential needs for three weeks, with most businesses and schools closed. Other proposals raised at the meeting suggested closures on the holidays themselves, but not throughout the entire period, with restaurants and tourist sites permitted to remain open in low-infection areas and some curbs introduced in workplaces. The proposals will be discussed at Thursday’s cabinet meeting. (Source)

We should know our fate within the next 24 hours.  But, make no mistake, their "success" is limited in time and is meant to bring about the ultimate and final end to all evil in the world.  Furthermore, you have to view everything that's happening through the lens of their war against HKB"H.  We, as His chosen nation, are a major target for their attack.

Crowning HKB"H King over us has never been more important than this Rosh Hashanah!

It seems Master Erev Ravnik Jared Kushner has decided to set himself as the Messiah of the Palestinians - to deliver them from a cruel fate at the hands of the 'occupation'...

Kushner: U.S. Mideast peace plan aimed at saving two-state solution

The peace plan unveiled by U.S. President Donald Trump earlier this year was meant to save the two-state solution, White House advisor Jared Kushner told reporters late Wednesday, adding the solution was indeed still on the table.

"We were trying to save the two-state solution," Kushner told reporters Wednesday, according to media reports. "If we kept going with the status quo… ultimately, Israel would have eaten up all the land in the West Bank," he said.

...The United Arab Emirates has repeatedly said the normalization deal it signed with Israel last month was geared at ending the annexation plan, which Jerusalem has now suspended.

White House to hold official signing ceremony for UAE-Israel ‘Abraham Accord’

Israel and the United Arab Emirates are scheduled to formally sign the Aug. 13 normalization agreement—named the “Abraham Accord”—at the White House on Sept. 15, a senior White House official told JNS.

U.S. President Donald Trump will attend the ceremony. A senior Israeli delegation will be led by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while a senior Emirati delegation will be headed by Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed.

It will mark the first public meeting between an Israeli prime minister and an Emirati minister, and the first White House peace-accord signing since the one between Israel and Jordan in 1994.

“I am proud to leave for Washington next week at the invitation of President Trump and to participate in the historic ceremony at the White House on the establishment of a peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates,” said Netanyahu in a statement released by his office.

September 15th is 26 Elul, which marks the second day of creation, and 26 is the number of Hashem's name - YKVK.  There is significance in every decision they take and you can bet that whatever prompts them, it is part of a battle against HKB"H and against kedushah and against "His anointed" as King David wrote - to prevent the coming of Mashiach.  But there should be no doubt.  This is not a one-sided battle.  Observe!!

Why the "West" you may ask: It's a clear message that WESTern civilization (EISAV) is done!!

I have to add one more comment here before you see the video that's coming up.  The "Abraham Accords" is part and parcel of what COVID-19 is all about.  Whoever is the gilgul of Nimrod running this global psy-op - Migdal Bavel redux - surely remembers how Avraham Avinu stood alone against him.  Now, he is determined to get his revenge, putting Avraham's name to a document meant to forever prevent his children from receiving the inheritance of the Land promised by HKB"H!!

What kind of outcry must be going on in Shamayim right about now?  If the following is any indication...

What's With the Blue and White?

 20 Elul 5780

Came across some interesting things...

If you can't read the print, this is "The International Flag of Planet Earth," followed by the UN Flag and the Masonic Flag.  Who knew?  Thoughts?

And then there is this...

The concert closed with a moving performance of a song called “We Will Rise”, written about the coronavirus pandemic in the Pacific and performed by Pasifika Voices and the International School Suva.

Sung primarily by children and youth, the heart-warming lyrics concluded on a note of hope.
"Around the world we’re closing borders, COVID-19 on the rise
A new world order behind closed doors, the storm will pass, we will survive
We will rise, we will rise again, our isles will rise again
We will rise, we will rise again, our world will rise again"
(Source)   (VIDEO)

And what's with that "behind closed doors"?  Would appreciate your thoughts.

Cataclysm Approaching

 19 Elul 5780

"The last test we are going to have before Mashiach comes is emuna."

We have been told in advance that this global rule of Rome - the COVID-19 Regime - would last for nine months.  Knowing that should give us hope and strengthen our emuna.  They are only able to do these things because HKB"H is allowing it for His own purposes - to test the faithful and to bring evil to its ultimate end.

If they are able to rush a vaccine to market, only the eager volunteers will be at risk.  (Make sure you are not one of those.)  Even though they have a plan to force it on the entire planet's population, they will never have the chance to carry that out.  It's interesting that they have said all along that they expect the vaccine to be ready in early 2021 and that is precisely when their nine months should be up. At that same time, HKB"H is bringing a cataclysm that will change the whole world.  (See Tanakh on Earth Changes.)

The increasing strength and frequency of atmospheric anomalies are signs of its approach.  Records are being broken daily!  We just saw a double-strike by hurricanes for the first time ever in recorded US history.  Hail stones the size of softballs punching holes in the walls and roofs of homes, destroying cars; record lightning strikes setting wildfires, and floods worldwide, the likes no one alive today has ever seen before.

The anomalous weather events will ramp up right alongside the social breakdown going on worldwide, as HKB"H transitions us from pre-messianic times to the messianic age - the REAL New World Order!  We've been forewarned so that we will not be afraid or lose hope.  Just trust HASHEMIt's all for our good.

We've Made It Past the Halfway Point

 18 Elul 5780

If I am right about this being the nine-month period of the worldwide rule of "Rome,"* we are now more than halfway through it.  However, we must strengthen our emuna like never before because the worst is yet to come.  I don't know whether the nine months began with Nissan or with Iyyar.  If it started at Rosh Chodesh Nissan (which would follow the first redemption from Egypt), then we are on the verge of entering into the final three months at Rosh Hashanah.  But, if it started only at Rosh Chodesh Iyyar, as I originally thought, then we might make it through high holidays in a similar manner to Pesach - very minimal, very subdued - and then, the final period would commence at Cheshvan - the month of the Mabul.

It's possible that we will recognize when the final three-month period begins by the outbreak of the war between "a nation from the end of the earth" and "wicked Rome." ** I think TPTB will turn China loose against the United States.  War is the next step.  It will further decimate the populations, demoralize and terrify people into submission, and eliminate these two as world powers, leaving Russia and its main allies - Iran and Turkey - for the final war of Gog uMagog.  (Don't you think Russia is too quiet these days?)

We're coming up on the 19th anniversary of September 11 this yom shishi with Shabbat being the same Hebrew date (23 Elul) and the haftarah includes the words "who is this coming from Edom" just as it did then.

Stay alert.  Eyes open.  Fear only HKB"H and "glue" yourself to Him.

"AS AMERICA GOES, SO GOES THE WORLD"

17 Elul 5780
Shavua tov!

Del Bigtree, American documentary filmmaker, famous for the movie VAXXED, speaks candidly about vaccines with Lior Gantz.  And Dr. Lee Merritt makes sense out of the confusion of our times.  It is well worth the time to listen to these two.  I highly recommend them both.

DEL BIGTREE: WHAT GOES INTO YOUR VACCINE AND BODY

"And now, should it not be withheld from them all they proposed to do?"
(Breishit 11:6)

The video below was contributed by an anonymous commenter, so was added on later.

(If you just listen to this, you don't have to have your eyes drawn constantly to that flashing cross.)   Dr. Carrie Madej does a good job putting this subject into easier to understand language. Also, I found the info on Moderna very enlightening.

When she gets to the nanotechnology, maybe the other anonymous will finally understand that my suggestion of a connection with 5G is not so far off base.

HKB"H is bringing people forward with all the information we need to make the right decisions during this time period.  Accept it as the gift it is and a confirmation of our free will and pass it along to others who can benefit from it.

I do agree that HKB"H will stop it before free will is taken away because that is like the whole reason for this world. And that is something I hope to post about soon - how HKB"H is going to stop them in their evil tracks.

"GOD AND ISRAEL ARE INSEPARABLE"

15 Elul 5780
Erev Shabbat Kodesh
Parashat Ki Tavo

This day, HASHEM, your God, commands you to perform these decrees and the statutes, and you shall observe and perform them with all your heart and with all your soul.  You have distinguished HASHEM today to be a God for you, and to walk in His ways, and to observe His decrees, His commandments, and His statutes, and to hearken to His voice.  And HASHEM has distinguished you today to be for Him a treasured people, as He spoke to you, and to observe all His commandments, and to make you supreme over all the nations that He  made, for praise, for renown, and for splendor, so that you will be a holy people to HASHEM, your God, as He spoke.  (Devarim 26:16-19)

From the Stone Edition of the Chumash Commentary:

Having now concluded the commandments and the explanations that God had instructed him to teach as his life drew to an end, Moses exhorted his people to observe them with all their heart and soul (Ramban), and always to think of the Torah as fresh and exciting, as if it had been given today (Rashi).

Because Israel accepted the Torah and committed itself to observe its commandments no matter what, the nation and God have mutually exalted one another.  Israel distinguished HASHEM as its only God, and He distinguished Israel as His only people (Rashi)
...These two verses [17-18] constitute mutual pledges of allegiance between God and Israel.

In other words, no matter what is happening to us in this world, God and Israel are in it together and He is on our side!

Tumbling Down the Rabbit Hole

15 Elul 5780

A reader sent in a comment (h/t Chana) providing a link to a video which has resulted in the display on my computer screen of the greatest number of pages open at any one time ever.  This is previously unexplored territory and as you'll see, it's all very recent and it's very complicated.  Given the limitations of a blog post, I can only scratch the surface.  This is to get you started so you can research it for yourself.

I'll tell you up front that the most important takeaway from this blog post will be DO NOT TAKE THE NASAL SWAB TEST!

One of my daughters was already highly suspicious of it.  She said it looked more like they were trying to place something inside the nasal cavity rather than take something out.  And she asked rhetorically why it was so easy to get DNA and so difficult and painful to take a virus sample.  This will become more meaningful after you view the videos below.

So, we start with someone I'd never heard of before: James Giordano, PhD, MPhil.  His bio on various sites would run to pages.  To quote only the facts most relevant for our purposes here...

James Giordano, PhD, MPhil, is Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program, Scholar-in-Residence, leads the Sub-Program in Military Medical Ethics, and Co-director of the O’Neill-Pellegrino Program in Brain Science and Global Health Law and Policy in the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics; and is Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington, DC, USA. He is also Distinguished Visiting Professor of Brain Science, Health Promotions and Ethics at the Coburg University of Applied Sciences, Coburg, Germany, and was formerly 2011-2012 JW Fulbright Foundation Visiting Professor of Neurosciences and Neuroethics at the Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, Germany.  (Source)
  • American biochemist and biologist (molecular and cell biology, neurobiology)
  • Specialist in health policy, physiological and philosophical psychology, neuroethics
  • Associated with Georgetown U. (Jesuit), Loyola Marymount U. (Jesuit), Johns Hopkins U.
  • Scientific interests focus on: the problems of applying (in and outside medicine) modern neurotechnologies (deep brain stimulation, brain-computer interface), ...the mechanisms of cognitive processes, leading to the decision of morality.
  • Scope of research includes: the neuroethical evaluation of the application of neurology and neurotechnology in research, medicine, public life, global management issues in health care or national security and defense issues.
  • Participates as an advisor in the work of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency [DARPA](panel on neuroethics, legal and social affairs) and the United States Department of Defense (Senior Science Advisory Fellow, Joint Staff of the Pentagon.
  • Published 9 books and over 230 peer-reviewed scientific articles, in 1987–2013 he delivered over 120 papers at conferences, symposia, etc.
  • Germany awarded him the Klaus Reichert Prize in Medicine and Philosophy in 2012.  (Source)
I expect my readers are well enough informed to understand the significance of the bold-type items.  Here he is speaking about "The Realities – and Risks – of Neuroweapons" to a professional audience in 2017.  Watch from where video begins [38:53] until at least 46:16 and pay very close attention.

Here he is again in 2018 speaking on  "The Brain is the Battlefield of the Future."  Again, please watch from where video begins [5:06] until at least 8:38 and pay very close attention.

What I'm wondering now is if whatever the nasal swab testing and vaccine administration are meant to insert into our bodies will in some way interact with the 5G technology.  Clearly, none of this is beyond the realm of possibility.  You just heard him say it.  And this is where the rabbit hole takes you.

Surviving in the Corona War

 14 Elul 5780

Here we are two weeks and two days before Rosh Hashanah 5781 and the threats are intensifying.

Today's headlines are screaming "over 3,000 diagnosed" in the past 24 hours!  So immediately, the gullible think, as intended, that this is another 3,000 people flooding the hospitals.  No, this is only the number who "tested positive" over the previous day.  A great many of these will be false positives, as they always are, and the vast majority will probably not even be sick.  Even the official statistics show that the number hospitalized and the number on ventilators (how are they still putting them on ventilators?!) has remained virtually the same for at least the past couple of weeks, if not more.  And interestingly, there were no deaths reported over the past 24 hours.

But, hey!  They have to give the gullible public a real reason to explain another lockdown which was promised from the very beginning.  Very interesting how it just happens to coincide with major Jewish holidays, right?

When HaRav Chaim Kanievsky gave instructions that yeshivah bachurim should not be tested, Ronni Gamzu responded, "Rabbi Kanievsky's statements are endangering the ultra-Orthodox community amid an ongoing pandemic."

And why are they so intent on using flawed testing on yeshivah students?  To give them the excuse they need to lock down all the Hareidi "red" cities?  We have no idea how testing is being handled in secular areas.  No one reports that.  But, we have to ask ourselves why asymptomatic people are being tested at all?  And then we have to ask why the obsession with testing the Hareidi public?

In Israel, TPTB aren't interested in a race war.  Here, they want a war between the religious and the secular public.  If they lock down the entire country again, they will claim it is because of the Hareidim.  If they only lock down the "red" cities, which there is no doubt they plan to do anyway, it still hurts the religious public and TPTB thinks that this will weaken the power of kedushah in the world and strengthen them.

There are more difficult times ahead.  I warned a short time ago that if we thought we had til January to confront the vaccine issue, we would be wrong as they would begin pushing the flu shot.  And here it is.  According to Yediot Acharonot, the Education Minister has requested an "immediate" vaccination program to vaccinate every school child in Israel against the flu.  But, the flu vaccine can actually increase one's vulnerability to the coronavirus!  I would cite you a source, but unsurprisingly, that info is now impossible to find with Google.

In the US, the CDC has instructed the states to prepare for a coronavirus vaccine roll-out next month! [See Prepare for COVID-19 vaccines by the end of OCTOBER]

Back to Israel, I suggest everyone get their holiday shopping done sooner rather than later and especially if you live in one of these areas...

The cabinet will define a final list of red cities on Thursday, in addition to around 20 cities that were named earlier in the week, the cabinet is expected to add to the list Bnei Brak, several neighborhoods in Jerusalem, Haifa, Ofakim, Netivot and Kiryat Ye'arim. (Source)
And I mean to get what you need to manage right through Sukkot, if at all possible.  We have to pray there won't be any problem getting arba minim!

I hope everyone is really working hard on their teshuvah. We are going to need all the merit we can muster to survive what is coming.
