Have mercy on Your Children and deliver us from the power of the Erev Rav regime without any further delays!!
They're destroying Jewish homes and throwing Jews into the streets.
They're arresting Jewish mothers and Jewish children.
They're supporting false religions in our holy land.
They're taking money from the mouths of Jewish children and giving it away to our enemies.
There is nothing they won't do to destroy Torah from the Land of Israel.

"August Surprise"
12 Elul 5772
Heavy Rain in Western Galilee
Northern coastal Israel experienced an extremely rare August event – a significant rain storm. Forecasters Wednesday night had said that there was the possibility of a small drizzle in the north, but Thursday morning's rain went far beyond the very light rainfall that occasionally happens during the summer months.
Residents reported steady rain that lasted for more than a half hour in several areas of the western Galilee, from Nahariya south to Akko (near Haifa), and many broke out umbrellas that have been collecting dust for months. Thunderclouds were reported off the coast, although no thunder or lightning was reported.
New Orleans also had an "August Surprise," but it wasn't a welcome one for them. Many of the people who were affected by Isaac and also by Katrina said it's too much and this time they will leave for good.

Eerie similarities: Isaac follows track of Katrina
Seven years to the day? It's not coincidence that Katrina was linked to Jewish expulsion from holy land and another expulsion is about to get underway just as "Isaac" is now aiming to make landfall in - you guessed it - New Orleans.
If America is being targeted from Shamayim in relation to the expulsion of Jews from holy land, then somehow America is responsible for those expulsions. It would be interesting to know just exactly what is going on behind the scenes.
And "Isaac" doesn't even have to hit Tampa to wreak "havoc" on the Republican National Convention. I think Hashem is fed up with all of them.

I really hate to muddy my blog with this stuff, but it's so horrible, it can't be allowed to pass without a comment.
Rivlin: “The Writing was on the Wall”
Knesset Chairman Reuven Rivlin visited Jerusalem brawl victim Jamal Juliani at Hadassah Ein Karem Medical Center.
“It’s hard to see you like this, after such an inexcusable, irksome event. I am here to apologize in the name of the State of Israel. The conflict seems to allow such violent conflagrations, in place of democratic argument. The writing was on the wall, with burning letters that threaten us all. The government, the Knesset, and the Education System are responsible, along with all public leadership,” said Rivlin.
Have you ever heard of any Arab "leader" doing such a thing or saying such a thing to a Jew attacked by Arabs? Of course not! And it's not because they are beneath us. It's because it's not normal!! It's a sick, sick thing to do and say under the circumstances. The Arabs have no illusions. They know that they are at war with us and that they'd see us all dead if they could pull it off. They understand that there will never be peace between us because they've told us so over and over again. Ruby Rivlin and the rest of his Erev Rav cohorts all imagine themselves to be more highly evolved. They are so morally superior that it will destroy us before they will ever admit that they are wrong.
Thankfully, it is HASHEM ALONE who counts in this equation. Ruby Rivlin is right about one thing though. The handwriting is on the wall. The Erev Rav regime has been weighed in the balance and found wanting. With these words, ancient Babylon fell. With these words may the Erev Rav regime cease to be in Eretz Yisrael.
********
Since we are recounting the sins of the Erev Rav in hopes that Hashem will have mercy on us and release us from their poisonous grip, here is another example of their treachery.
Elul in the IDF – Educational Corps Visits Ethiopian Church
Visitors from abroad who plan to join the IDF under the Gadna program were hosted by the military’s education corps which took their guests around the country to experience the land and our heritage. One of the stops was the Ethiopian Church in Jerusalem, where they remained for a cultural program and presentation, escorted by female soldiers.
Ladaat.net explains that while the youths are not officially soldiers, they are being hosted by the IDF and it is the IDF that decided to take them to a church. The visit to the church was at 21:00, after a visit earlier in the day to the Israeli Arab municipality of Abu Gosh, where they were exposed to “Arab culture”. They also visited the Old City of Jerusalem that day.

Here at the end of the year, the Master Accountant is going over the books and calling in old debts, Hashem yerachem, settling all accounts. This is the time that we take stock of our own situation and try to clear up any outstanding debts, whether to G-d or to man, so we can stand ready to be judged on Rosh Hashanah. Sometimes, we owe something as simple as an apology or a thank-you.
The way this month has started makes me quake internally. It seems that Hashem really means business with us this year - as if there really is no more time left to waste. Maybe there won't be another opportunity after this.
My day started out with an email asking for urgent prayers for one and half year old Shai Shalom ben Rachel who was in emergency treatment after an electric tris fell on him.
Then, I got to work and my co-worker told me what happened in her neighborhood. You can read the story at the link. I'll add to it what she told me - that all of the children were out in the area to buy cotton candy and nearly the entire neighborhood witnessed this event. The details were heart-rending. The mother identified her child by the shoes he was wearing. Enough said.
Then I read in the news about a child in Bnei Brak being burned all over and about the passing of another gadol - The Shomrei Emunim Rebbe, ztz"l.
This kind of news is a wake-up call for us all. We are not privy to how Hashem balances His books, but we know that we are standing in judgment at a time when we are so regrettably deserving of it. Please let's make the best possible use of our time and spend it making amends and trying to repair anything we have damaged in the past year. Let's show Hashem that it's worth it to give us another year of life.

Speaking of "Isaac"
5 Elul 5772
Hurricane Isaac may be the last warning for America. Wondering how I figure that? Well, I'll tell you. There might be nothing to it, but...
Isaac is, of course, the English form of the Hebrew Yitzchak which is the name of the second patriarch of the Jewish people - the son of Avraham Avinu.
It's in Parshat Vayera (Breishit 18.1 - 22.24) that we read about Akeidat Yitzchak - the binding of Isaac. In 2012, we will read that parshah on the 3rd of November, the Shabbat before the US elections.
However, we read it one other time and that is on the second day of Rosh Hashanah.
Now, get this. Remember this well-known Zohar on Parshat Vayera?
In the 73rd year, all the kings of the world shall assemble in the great city of Rome. And the Holy One, blessed be He. will shower fire and hail and meteoric stones upon them, until they are wiped out from the world. And only those kings who did not go to Rome will remain in the world.
Some think "73" could refer to 5773. Guess what is scheduled on the second day of Rosh Hashanah 5773?
18 September 2012, at 3 p.m. - The United Nations General Assembly begins at United Nations Headquarters in New York
That's right. In the 73rd year, all the world leaders will be assembling in New York.... While we are reading from the parshah from which this Zohar is derived.

...Charges against German Rabbi for Performing Bris
European Jewish Congress President Dr. Moshe Kantor has expressed outrage after Rabbi David Goldberg, the chief rabbi of Hof in Bavaria and a mohel – person trained in the Jewish ritual of circumcision – has had charges filed against him for performing a circumcision.
“The charges laid against a Jewish religious leader for performing a fully legal action is outrageous and a very troubling escalation sending a deeply problematic message to the Jewish community,” Kantor said. “It has been many decades since a Jew was charged for practicing Judaism openly and is reminiscent of far darker times. We hope that in Germany, of all places, the authorities would remain far more sensitive to this issue.”
The issue of circumcision has become contentious since a German regional court in June ruled that the practice amounted to “causing criminal bodily harm”. However, in July a spokesperson for Chancellor Angela Merkel said that circumcisions should be able to continue as normal, saying that there should be no punishment for practicing religious circumcisions.”

Report: Lawyers Add ‘Iran Attack’ to Contracts
More and more Israeli lawyers are adding an “Iran clause” to contracts, IDF Radio reports. Both real estate deals and business agreements are including notes on changes to the contract in case of a strike.
The station’s website featured a sample rent agreement where it was noted that damages would be paid for a late exit from the apartment, but not in case of “war and/or a strike on Iran and/or its emissaries in Sinai and Gaza or Lebanon.”

Isaac May Impact 2012 Republican National Convention
As delegates and the media gather for the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., Aug. 27-30, an unwanted visitor, "Isaac," may join in.
Tropical Storm Isaac is forecast to become a hurricane later this week as it moves west-northwestward, touring the northern Caribbean with squalls of heavy rain, gusty winds and rough seas.
AccuWeather.com Hurricane Center meteorologists anticipate the storm curving to the north later this weekend into early next week.
Exactly where, then Isaac, makes this turn will be a key for the track and severity of impact on Florida and the southeastern United States during the week of Aug. 27.

Peres tells Arab town he is ashamed of Jerusalem 'lynch'
President visits Majd ek Karum in Galilee, tells residents perpetrators of brutal J'lem attack must be brought to justice; Education Minister Sa'ar says issues of violence, racism must be addressed in school system.
Commentary: Mr. Peres, I am ashamed that you are the President of my country. It's shameful the way you scrape and bow to the gentiles who are our sworn enemies. I'm proud that the up and coming generation is clearer on these issues than yours. There really is hope for our future, in spite of you.
Netanyahu condemns Jerusalem lynch
Five days after brutal assault of Arab youth by Jewish teens, PM vows to reject all manifestations of racism and violence. 'As Jews and Israelis we cannot accept this,' he says
..."This is not our way, it goes against our values and we strongly condemn it," he said.
..."This must be clear: the State of Israel is democratic and enlightened; a country where all leaders stand against such phenomenon.
"This is what sets us apart from our surroundings and will continue to set us apart...."
Commentary: And with this double-standard, all of the atrocities carried out daily against Jews is excused. Maybe you haven't noticed, Mr. Prime Minister, but we are at war and if you continue to fight this war like there really isn't one, we are going to lose. You're saying, as Israelis, we should turn the other cheek. That's not only the wrong religion, it's suicidal!

Prepare for "Implosion"
2 Elul 5772
(Hat tip for this one goes to Rav Yehudah.)
I've already been hearing a lot of people saying this privately.
Jim Rogers: It's Going To Get Really "Bad After The Next Election"
In a riveting interview on CNBC, legendary investor Jim Rogers warned Americans to prepare for "Financial Armageddon," saying he fully expects the economy to implode after the U.S. election.
...Rogers also charged Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel with promoting dangerous policies that create the illusion the economy is stable... but are really only intended to buy time before their upcoming elections.
..."It's going to be bad after the next election." In a newly released documentary that went viral last month, a team of influential economic experts say they have discovered a "frightening pattern" they believe points to a massive economic catastrophe unlike anything ever seen in the history of the world.
And according to these experts - who have presented their findings to the United Nations, the UK Parliament and a long list of world governments - the catastrophe may happen well before Americans hit the polls in November.
"What this pattern represents is a dangerous countdown clock that's quickly approaching zero," said Keith Fitz-Gerald, the Chief Investment Strategist for the Money Map Press, who predicted the 2008 oil shock, the credit default swap crisis that helped bring about the recession, and the Greek and European fiscal catastrophe that is still wreaking havoc until this day.
"The resulting chaos is going to crush Americans."
Another member of this team, Chris Martenson, a global economic trend forecaster, former VP of a Fortune 300, and an internationally recognized expert on the dangers of exponential growth in the economy, explained their findings further:
"We found an identical pattern in our debt, total credit market, and money supply that guarantees they're going to fail," Martenson said. "This pattern is nearly the same as in any pyramid scheme, one that escalates exponentially fast before it collapses. Governments around the globe are chiefly responsible."
"And what's really disturbing about these findings is that the pattern isn't limited to our economy. We found the same catastrophic pattern in our energy, food, and water systems as well."
According to Martenson, these systems could all implode at the same time.
"Food, water, energy, money. Everything."
Dr. Kent Moors, one of the world's leading energy analysts, who advices 16 world governments on energy matters and who currently serves on two State Department task forces on energy, also voiced concerns over what he and his colleagues uncovered.
"Most frightening of all is how this exact same pattern keeps appearing in virtually every system critical to our society and way of life," Dr. Moors stated.
...According to polls, the average American is sensing danger. A recent survey found that 61% of Americans believe a catastrophe is looming - yet only 15% feel prepared for such a deeply troubling event.
Fitz-Gerald says people should take immediate steps to protect themselves from what is happening.
"If our research is right," says Fitz-Gerald, "Americans will have to make some tough choices on how they'll go about surviving when basic necessities become nearly unaffordable and the economy becomes dangerously unstable."

It seems like everyone is preparing for something - war, economic collapse, breakdown of civilization, end of the world. We Jews, as a people group, have been around longer than anyone else. What will we be preparing for in the coming month of Elul? Judgment Day - Rosh Hashanah.
Startling Evidence That Central Banks And Wall Street Insiders Are Rapidly Preparing For Something BIG
...Right now, Wall Street insiders and central banks all around the globe are making some very unusual moves. In fact, they appear to be rapidly preparing for something really big. So exactly what are they up to? In a previous article entitled "Are The Government And The Big Banks Quietly Preparing For An Imminent Financial Collapse?", I speculated that they may be preparing for a financial meltdown of some sort. As I noted in that article, more than 600 banking executives have resigned from their positions over the past 12 months, and I have been personally told that a substantial number of Wall Street bankers have been shopping for "prepper properties" this summer. But now even more evidence has emerged that quiet preparations are being made for an imminent financial collapse.

Israeli hospitals are on war alert and have begun opening fortified emergency wards and making them ready for patients.
Tuesday, Aug. 14, IDF Home Front Command units embarked on a series of chemical attack drills in the towns of the northern district down to Afula, which is 52 kilometers east of Haifa and 110 kilometers north of Tel Aviv.
The soldiers taking part in those drills wore new anti-contamination suits.
In Tel Aviv, city hall announced underground parking spaces would be available in an emergency as bomb shelters for up to 850,000 people.
...Braced for chemical threat
...a bid to psychologically prepare the world for the prospect of chemical warfare....
...perceive a chemical-biological weapon threat. Military and medical preparations are being quietly put in place. Reconnaissance teams from potentially targeted countries have infiltrated Syria.
...Medical preparations are also in place. The US and France are flying special military hospital facilities trained in the treatment of chemical weapon injuries to Turkey and Jordan.
Israeli hospitals are on war alert and have begun opening fortified emergency wards and making them ready for patients.

Three strikes! You're out, Mr. President!!
29 Menachem Av 5772
Oh, how I wish. He was 89 today. How much longer can it go on?
Peres Under Attack for Undermining Leadership
President Shimon Peres is under attack for undercutting the elected government's stance on the Iranian threat. Besides stating a position that runs counter to the Prime Minister's in a television interview, he is also reported to have accused Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak, in closed conversations, of "terrible irresponsibility" in the Iranian matter.
..."Peres forgot that he, too, made at least three cardinal mistakes regarding state security," the sources added. The first mistake, they said, was the Oslo Accord that he thought would create a new Middle East and instead led to more than 1,000 Israel deaths from terror attacks that emanated from the territory he gave the Arabs.
The second mistake, the sources said, was his support for the 2005 Gaza "Disengagement," which he thought would lead to peace and resulted in rocket attacks on southern Israel. His worst miscalculation, they said, was his objection to the 1981 attack on the Iraqi nuclear plant.
Peres: Israel Can't Attack Alone
...According to a report on Channel 10 this week, Peres appears to be leading a coalition of government officials, MKs, and public figures who oppose Israeli action against Iran's nuclear program. The report said that he has been spreading his opinion against a strike at every opportunity, including at meetings with foreign dignitaries.
Peres is said to have pressed U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on the point when the two met several weeks ago, with Peres stressing that attacking Iran would not be a good idea. Peres' office had no comment on the story.
The late prime minister Yitzchak Rabin, Peres's perennial rival in the Labor party, famously called Peres "an indefatigable backstabber" in his autobiography.
If Peres is against it, it must be good for the Jews.

To Iran with "love" from Israel

So, tomorrow is "Quds Day" - the Islamic Jerusalem Day. I say, celebrate it with a bang!
Fars News Agency reports:
Iranian FM Calls for Muslims' Massive Participation in Int'l Quds Day Rallies
TEHRAN (FNA)- The Iranian Foreign Ministry in a statement called on the entire Iranian nation and all Muslims across the world to stage a massive turnout in the International Quds Day rallies on Friday.
The statement on Wednesday urged all Iranian people and other Muslims and freedom lovers elsewhere in the world to actively take part in the International Quds Day (August 17) rallies to voice opposition to occupation of Holy Quds and the Zionist Regime's aggressions.
The ministry said the World Quds Day recalls an Islamic and humanitarian duty shouldered by all Muslims and freedom lovers.
It said on the Day, the people should voice their support for the legal rights of people in Palestine and opposition to occupation of Palestine.
The International Quds Day was started by the late Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, in 1979 as a way of expressing solidarity with the Palestinians and underscoring importance of Qods to Muslims.
International Quds Day is an annual event opposing Israel's occupation of Baitul-Muqaddas. Anti-Zionist rallies and demonstrations are held on the last Friday of Ramadan in Muslim and Arab countries around the world, and especially in Iran.
As we read earlier today, "the war plan" has already been leaked. When you've lost the element of surprise, the only way to salvage the situation is to move it up as early as possible. I think Quds Day would be an excellent time to return the "love" to Iran.

Uncle Sam may think he can beat up on Israel...
US punched Bibi, Barak in the face
Analysis: Dempsey's remark regarding IDF's inability to destroy Iran's nuclear capability meant to show Israel who's boss
Once every few years Israel needs a slap in the face to remember where it stands in the world. On Tuesday it was US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey who assumed the role of the responsible adult and slapped Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak, the duo orchestrating the national hysteria surrounding the possibility of an attack in Iran.
...The general's remark was not a slip-of-the-tongue. It was a calculated statement from a general of Irish descent and character. His words constituted a slap in Israel's face, a punch in the face, and a kick to the most sensitive part of the body. To be more precise, the US slammed Israel's head against the wall and said: "Shut up. Stop babbling about Iran. Without us there is not much you can do, and don't assume for a second that we are dancing to your tune. You shouldn't do anything stupid, and stop driving the entire world crazy."
But Israel's G-d will hit him back...

Who really leaked Israel's war plan?
28 Menachem Av 5772
An American blogger, Richard Silverstein, has published what he claims is Israel's war plan to attack Iran and eliminate its nuclear weapons program on his blog Tikun Olam in a post entitled "Bibi's Secret War Plan."
In a follow-up post, he writes:
About a week ago, I received the document from a known and trusted source who is, as I’ve often said here, a former Israeli government minister. It was in turn leaked to him by an IDF officer.
Unbeknownst to my source, the original IDF leaker also gave the document to a member of the Fresh forum, an Israeli gossip and politics forum. That Fresh member wrote a largely fictional account that included very limited portions of the actual document which I published in full.
Without accusing anyone outright, I'll just say that both "former government minister" (now President) Shimon Peres and "former government minister" (and disgraced former Prime Minister) Ehud Olmert are on record as being opposed to a strike on Iran. However, the sad thing is it could be any number of self-serving, traitorous bastards who are part of the regime.
The good news, though, is that the G-d of Israel is ultimately the One Who leaked this information. He had any number of ways to prevent it, but He didn't. Gam zu l'tov. Maybe He wants to push it forward. We are always on His timetable. Or maybe, for the sake of teshuvah, He wants everyone to understand exactly what is at stake and to prepare ourselves accordingly. We can't presume to know anything for sure, except this. Ultimately HE is the One in control and everything is for our good!

FYI
27 Menachem Av 5772
We're coming to the end of the month of Menachem Av without yet seeing the great menachem which our souls crave, but with the end of Av comes a month of preparation for Rosh Hashanah. It all begins with...
Yom Kippur Katan for Rosh Chodesh Elul, which is observed on Thursday, 16 August (28 Menachem Av) because the 29th is Erev Shabbat.
Shabbat Parshat Re'eh ("See, I put before you a blessing and a curse...") is also Rosh Chodesh Aleph for Elul.
Sunday, 19 August (1 Elul) is Rosh Chodesh Bet for Elul. No slichot until after Rosh Chodesh so the Sefardim will begin slichot around 4:30 am Monday, 20 August (2 Elul).
Here is a little something from Torah.org to get you started:

Dangerous Ideas
27 Menachem Av 5772
Back around Tisha b'Av we discussed how among a list of causes given by the commentators on the Talmud for the destruction of the Second Temple, despite popular opinion, sinat chinam was not one of them.
I maintain that the idea of ahavat chinam (among other popular mantras) is not only wrong but a danger to the Nation of Israel.
Reb' Nir Ben Artzi, in recent days, has come out with things like the following:
...The establishment of a unity government, with Likud and Kadima, this was totally the influence of the Holy One! The Holy One desired that with this example, all the religious parties would similarly unite and they would all be with one heart, without exception. The dismantling of unity between Kadima and Likud, after only 70 days, is not the plan of the Holy One, the Holy One cried at the dismantling of unity! What helped this dismantling was the other side (sitra achra). The Creator doesn’t do bad, He doesn’t make arguments and separations between people, the Creator only creates unity, love and peace!
It makes for a pretty slogan, but it's not backed up by reality. And it's far, far from the truth. When we stood at the foot of Har Sinai, we were united "like one man with one heart," according to Chazal. But, where did that unity come from? From within ourselves? Was it an ability to set aside all our differences and accept them with love, no matter how divergent? Emphatically, NO! We were not the source of that unity. We were the recipients! It was the truth of the Holy Torah that united us around it. I believe that only around the essential truth can we unite - even (and especially) today.
Who was given Hashem's covenant of peace, but Pinhas, after he skewered Zimri and Kozbi? And yet he was condemned by the people. Hashem does not judge as we judge. We have to learn from our Torah what is important to Hashem and adjust our thinking according to His.
If Reb' Ben Artzi is correct, and let me tell you there are tens of thousands of religious people in Israel who agree with him (hence the "Reb.") They think that we can unite around evil and the strength of that unity alone will stand us in good stead with Hashem. Nu? So what about the unity of the people around the worship of the golden calf? What about the unity of the people in rejecting Eretz Yisrael on the first Tisha b'Av? What? Will you say that the failure of the Levites to join in the first cause and Calev's and Yehoshua's failure to join in the second cause ruined it for all of us? They were rewarded by Hashem while the rest were punished!!
Some religious people have become confused and they think that the current "Jewish" government is somehow equal to the malchut of Temple times. Nothing could be further from the truth! They were not confirmed or anointed by a prophet of G-d. They usurped and hijacked the budding geulah process to feed their own evil desires, the foundation of which is always to return to Egypt!
It is written that at the End of Days, the leaders of Israel (both religious and secular) would be from the Erev Rav. The Erev Rav have been described as klipot - shells - hard, opaque and insensate. They have no power of their own. Only by attaching themselves to holiness can they thrive and survive. By their attachment, they come between us and that holiness and dull our sense of it and drain away its power to fuel and enlighten us. The stronger the source of kedushah, the stronger the Erev Rav become who are attached to it. That's why Holy Yerushalayim was chosen as their capital and not Tel Aviv, as the world would have wished.
The light of geulah which began to shine when the GR"A's students first came to Eretz Yisrael attracted them and the brighter it grew, the more they came. When they first came under the influence of the kedushah of the land, they gained some merit for themselves. They excelled at four things:
Today, if the "Egyptian" leadership of America is not running to the Erev Rav in Israel, the Erev Rav in Israel is running to the "Egyptian" leadership in Washington. Under their influence and guidance, in a perverted desire to "return to Egypt," the Erev Rav have begun to destroy all the merit that they had built up.
There is only one thing worse than wanting to go back to Egypt and that is bringing Egypt into Eretz Yisrael and that is what you see today on the streets of Holy Yerushalayim - evidence of the Egyptian penchant for nudity, lewdness and licentiousness. It's not for nothing that the Erev Ravian "High Court of (In)Justice" is crowned with a pyramid.
The Erev Rav "rabbis" who told us not to fight the expulsions, but promised salvation through ahavat chinam - by hugging those who came to uproot and destroy - were very, very wrong. The antidote to the Erev Rav "mixture" is not unity with them, but separation from them. It's why Rav Binyamin Ze'ev Kahane, ztz"l, Hy"d told his students not to vote, but to abandon the system. It's rotten through and through and is only hanging on because of the kedushah that good Jews bring into it. Like a treacherous vine that is strangling a tree, when cut from its source of nourishment, it will wither and die and fall from the tree, allowing it to be restored to health.
Contrary to those who say this is Hashem's way, I must differ. Mixtures create chaos. Order comes from making havdalah - separation. From Day One of Creation, Hashem began to separate - light from dark; land from water; man from woman; etc. And it was all pronounced "good!" But, what caused the first blemish on a perfect creation? Man's mixing of good and evil!
At the close of each Shabbat, in the Havdalah Prayer, we bless Hashem for separating between "holy and secular, Israel and the nations, the seventh day and the six days of labor."
Our sages said that when the time of redemption would come, even a child would see it. Why did they specify a child? I think it is because children look with wide-eyed wonder and see things as they truly are, not yet having learned how to distort reality in order to make it conform to what they wish it to be.

- They cut child allowances to large families, scrapped the Tal Law and plan a wholesale draft of yeshiva students.
- They began to bargain "land for peace" and uprooted 8500 Jews from Gush Katif. They are dismantling Jewish settlements countrywide.
- Since 1967, when the Temple Mount was placed into the hands of the Arab WAKF, each war since has brought about further failure, although they continue to win for the sake of Klal Yisrael

"Aliyah to Har Habayit"
27 Menachem Av 5772
How do you, as a Jew, feel about Har Habayit - the Temple Mount? Have you ever dreamed of climbing the Mountain of G-d? Would you go up to the Temple Mount if you had the opportunity? Well, now you can - virtually. I was taught that if you want very much to observe a mitzvah, but are prevented from doing so, it will be counted as if you had done it.
Go to the new blog "The Temple Mount is Ours" and follow the instructions there to prepare for your ascent. It will be good practice for when Hashem blesses you with a chance to do it for real.
This is the final and ultimate war...
26 Menachem Av 5772
...when they want to take Jerusalem, i.e. the Temple Mount, away from us.
(Zekharyah 12:2-3) "Behold! I am making Jerusalem a cup of weakness for all the peoples around, .... And it shall come to pass on that day that I will make Jerusalem a stone of burden for all peoples; all who bear it shall be gashed, and all the nations of the earth shall gather about it."
Handing Jerusalem to the Palestinians
Op-ed: Blatant distortions of history, denial of Jewish Jerusalem have shifted from Palestinian arena to domain of NGOs, UN
In its desire to build a case for why Jerusalem should for the first time become a capital city for an Arab nation, the Palestinian Authority has consistently attacked the notion that, in the words of historian Sir Martin Gilbert, "the city holds the central spiritual and physical place in the history of the Jews as a people."
Central to this position has been a concerted attempt to deny the powerful Jewish connection to Jerusalem, instead casting it as a fundamentally Arab, Islamic and Christian city, and to characterize any Jewish presence as colonial, expansionist and a generally recent phenomenon.
...The Palestinian Authority Mufti, Muhammad Hussein, took the distortion even further by stating that "there never was a Temple in any period, nor was there, at any time, any place of worship for the Jews or others at the Al-Aqsa Mosque site."
Such sentiments are not merely confined to the religious leaders of the Palestinian national movement.
In February of this year, advisor on Jerusalem affairs to the Palestinian President's Office, Ahmed Al-Ruweidi, accused Israel of creating an "artificial" Jewish heritage in Jerusalem "at the expense of its true and authentic (identity) as an Arab, Islamic and Christian city."
...there is a very real concern that the concept of Jewish foreignness when it comes to Jerusalem is taking hold in the mainstream political discourse.
...The UN special rapporteur on adequate housing, Raquel Rolnik, has taken things further still, employing language which bridges the gap between the rhetoric of the Palestinian Authority and of seemingly non-partisan, mainstream organizations.
Rolnik described Israeli government housing policy in Jerusalem, among other places, as “Judaization,” a slur which had previously been confined to the Palestinian Authority and radical sympathizers.
The use of the term “Judaization” (by a UN official no less) which, can be understood to denote a process by which something which is not Jewish is made so, is to deny the Jewish character of Jerusalem and to perpetuate a new and highly politicized history aimed at advancing Palestinian national aspirations, not in tandem with the development of the Jewish State, but in place of it.
Rolnik’s outrageous use of the term suggests that Jewish life in Jerusalem is somehow alien and cannot be tolerated.
...It is significant that blatant distortions of history and a denial of Jewish Jerusalem have gradually shifted from the arena of the Palestinian Authority to the domain of purportedly non-partisan NGOs and the UN.
The main battle at the End of Days is a war for hearts and minds - it's a psychological warfare - the domain where faith rules and reigns. For every time that they deny that Jerusalem (the Temple Mount) is ours, we must proclaim twice as loudly and clearly that it most certainly IS ours.
And it's not sufficient to say it, but we have to believe it and act upon it as well. We have to teach others the halachot of ascending the Mount and organize more and more Jews to go up on a regular basis - Rosh Chodesh, etc. It's our inaction that has been misinterpreted as lack of caring or interest which has further been misunderstood by our enemies as indicative of our lack of connection and ownership.
The month of teshuva is upon us. Shabbat is Rosh Chodesh Elul 5772. Put this matter at the top of your list of corrections to make in the new month and the coming new year. Start by joining the group - "THE TEMPLE MOUNT (JERUSALEM) IS OURS!"

Are The Government And The Big Banks Quietly Preparing For An Imminent Financial Collapse?
Something really strange appears to be happening. All over the globe, governments and big banks are acting as if they are anticipating an imminent financial collapse. Unfortunately, we are not privy to the quiet conversations that are taking place in corporate boardrooms and in the halls of power in places such as Washington D.C. and London, so all we can do is try to make sense of all the clues that are all around us. Of course it is completely possible to misinterpret these clues, but sticking our heads in the sand is not going to do any good either.
...from a recent Money Morning article....
Richard Duncan, formerly of the World Bank and chief economist at Blackhorse Asset Mgmt., says America's $16 trillion federal debt has escalated into a "death spiral," as he told CNBC.
And it could result in a depression so severe that he doesn't "think our civilization could survive it."
A former World Bank executive is warning that our civilization might not survive what is coming?
That is pretty chilling. ...It is almost as if a "perfect storm" is brewing.

How does this wicked, ghoulish old man continue to wreak havoc among the dead and the living without consequences? People have been aware of his atrocities for years and for years they have been trying to remove him, but still - to this day - he remains in his post.

Many say it's because (if you'll forgive the pun) it's because he knows where all the bodies are buried.
HASHEM makes a move...
25 Menachem Av 5772
So the Olympic games are over and nothing catastrophic happened to the world. Only, Israel disgraced herself and her King by running after the goyim (and failing so miserably at it).
But, while the world was obsessed with sports play, Israel's enemies were not at ease. Evil does not rest and evil does not play, except for keeps. This latest report from Debkafile is proof of that (as if we needed more proof).
Iran can build an N-bomb by Oct. 1. Cairo coup hampers Israeli action
...Iran will have the capability and materials for building an operational nuclear bomb by approximately October 1.
However, it's also true that He who "neither slumbers nor sleeps" is in masterful control of the situation even if we're not and there is clear evidence of His moves:
...Netanyahu and Barak have behaved as though a decision on Iran is in their exclusive province, insulated from the turmoil and change swirling through Israel’s Arab neighbors in the past two years.
But the Middle East has a way of catching up with and rushing past slow-moving politicians:
Sunday, at 10:00 a.m. Netanyahu warned his ministers that no threat was worse than a nuclear Iran. At 17:55 p.m., Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood President Mohamed Morsi dropped a bombshell in Cairo. In one fell swoop, he smashed the Egyptian military clique ruling the country for decades, sacked the Supreme Military Council running Egypt since March 2011 and cut the generals off from their business empire by appropriating the defense ministry and military industry.
That fateful eight hours-less-five-minutes have forced Israel’s leaders to take a second look at their plans for Iran.
Morsi’s lightning decisions were the finishing touches that proved the Islamist Bedouin terror attacks in Sinai of Aug. 5 fitted neatly into a secret master plan hatched by Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood to seize full control of rule in Cairo – a plan DEBKAfile first revealed exclusively last Friday, Aug. 10.
Netanyahu now faces one of the hardest dilemmas of his political career - whether to go forward with the Iran operation, which calls for mustering all Israel’s military and defense capabilities – especially for the repercussions, after being suddenly confronted with unforeseen security challenges on its southwestern border, for thirty years a frontier of peace.
The exceptional talents of Netanyahu and Barak to put off strategic decisions until they are overtaken by events has landed Israel in an especially perilous plight, surrounded now by a soon-to-be nuclear-armed Iran from the east; threatened Syrian chemical warfare from the north and the Muslim Brotherhood takeover of Egypt to its south.
No one can beat HASHEM at His own game.

The Rishon LeTzion B’nei Akiva movement acquired a police permit for a protest rally over recent illegal Arab construction on the Temple Mount. The rally will take place Sunday, on the Jerusalem Armon HaNetziv promenade, and bearing signs captioned ‘The Temple Mount is Ours’, which the police consider incitement, will be prohibited.

America's Plan for World Domination
24 Menachem Av 5772
In 2003, I attended a lecture given by John Loftus at the OU Irael Center in Jerusalem. At that time, he alluded to a master plan for taking down all Israel's enemies and advised that Israel "just sit back" and let America take care of her problems. Even then, Iran was named as an eventual target.
In 1997, an American think tank called Project for the New American Century released the following as part of their Statement of Principles:

In 1997, an American think tank called Project for the New American Century released the following as part of their Statement of Principles:
- we need to increase defense spending significantly if we are to carry out our global responsibilities today and modernize our armed forces for the future;
- we need to strengthen our ties to democratic allies and to challenge regimes hostile to our interests and values;
- we need to promote the cause of political and economic freedom abroad; [and]
- we need to accept responsibility for America's unique role in preserving and extending an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity, and our principles.
Many suggestions were made as to how Prime Minister Netanyahu could fulfill their designs on Israel; however, this was during his first administration. Now, well into his second one, it would seem that he has accomplished everything they set out for him to do.
"...When Israel is on a sound economic footing, and is free, powerful, and healthy internally, it will no longer simply manage the Arab-Israeli conflict; it will transcend it. ...Israel — proud, wealthy, solid, and strong — would be the basis of a truly new and peaceful Middle East."
Instead of being re-established in the mold of David's and Shlomo's Kingdom - a holy land governed by Torah Law - Israel is to be made over in America's (Eisav's) image, i.e., material success is the highest value. Shimon Peres is a longtime, vocal advocate for this policy which Rabbi Meir Kahane, of blessed memory, correctly termed an attempt to trade an indoor toilet for the Arab's national pride and correctly pronounced it doomed from the start.
The trouble with American meddling in Middle Eastern affairs is that Americans have no concept of any other bottom line besides their dollar. They don't understand why a wealthy, educated Arab would martyr themselves to blow up their perceived enemies. Only if they were destitute and without economic hope for the future can they imagine such a scenario. Americans can not conceive of the religious fervor that drives Muslims. Even the American revolution was started as a rebellion against taxes. With them, it's always about the money and so they believe that every man has his price. As Rabbi Kahane, of blessed memory, used to say: "This is the Middle East, not the Mid-West."
An op-ed entitled Is America destabilizing the Middle East? written in December 2011 says the following:
Although Arab Spring is usually considered an endemic uprising against totalitarian governments, there are some indications that the USA has been actively involved in creating change.
Four star general and Democratic Presidential candidate, Wesely Clark, speaking at the Commonwealth Club of California, back in 2007, talked about plans being made in the White House to take down "7 governments in 5 years." The remarkable thing is that these plans were being laid back in 2001. Since then Iraq, Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya have fallen and Syria is well on the way. Does this mean the popular demonstrations in those countries were encouraged and promulgated by the CIA or other American security organizations?
It's clear from the "trial-balloon" media reports what the next steps will be in Syria. A "confirmed" report of the use of chemical weapons on the rebel forces will bring about the imposition of a "No-Fly Zone" over Syria and that will be the beginning of the end - a la Qaddaffi.

5th & 6th Graders to Assist Jerusalem Tourists
A group of 5th and 6th graders will take a course being given by Jerusalem City Hall to prepare them to become the city’s ambassadors, to assist the many tourists visiting the capital as well as towards bringing the information to residents, their families and others.
Whoever dreamed this up must not have children of their own or they would immediately understand what a bad idea this is. Jewish children on the cusp of puberty being exposed to goyim traveling the world - young European men backpacking and missionaries looking for opportunities to share their faith? Our children can not even be assumed to be safe in our own neighborhoods any more! It doesn't say a thing about adult supervision. What!? They'll send them out on the streets alone with instructions to approach strangers who look lost? How thoughtless can you be!???

"...prepare for redemptions"
19 Menachem Av 5772
Rabbi Wolfson: Disaster, Redemption May be Near
Rav Moshe Wolfson of Brooklyn has held an emergency gathering in his community and called upon the members to be strong in Torah and prayer so that the Jewish people will survive the time of tension with Iran. The rabbi noted that the Torah sages predicted that Persia, now called Iran, would one day destroy the world, in the times immediately preceding the Redemption.
..."In the coming weeks we face a total war in Iran, Israel, Europe and the U.S. And the nation of Israel in its entirety must prepare spiritually. The Rambam says that it is a mitzvah to pray in difficult times, and if one does not pray, one is being cruel, and it causes the situation to get worse, G-d forbid."
The rabbi compared Iran's president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to the evil Haman from the Scroll of Esther, who wanted to kill all of the Jews. If Israel attacks Iran before it achieves nuclear weapons, there will be a world war, he said.
"There is no need to panic," he added. "We believe that G-d will perform miracles for us, it is possible that the time of Redemption (geula) has come and we must prepare for Redemption. Since the Holocaust, G-d has made great miracles for the Jews, especially in the Land of Israel, that hosts most of the world's Jews. And the Torah world receives unnatural help from Heavens. We can see that G-d wants to perform miracles for us and we must prepare for redemptions."

Norway recommends ‘symbolic’ circumcision
THE HAGUE - Norway’s ombudsman for children's rights has proposed that Jews and Muslim replace male circumcision with a symbolic, nonsurgical ritual.
Dr. Anne Lindboe told the newspaper Vart Land last month that circumcision in boys was a violation of a person’s right to decide over his own body. “Muslim and Jewish children are entitled to the same protection as all other children,“ she said. She added that the practice caused unnecessary pain and was medically unbeneficial.
...In June, a spokesperson for Norway’s Center Party, which has 11 out of 169 seats in parliament, proposed a ban on circumcision in babies.

Ramadan Riles Them Up
18 Menachem Av 5772
Last motzaei Shabbat, 13 people on buses in two separate locations were injured by rock-wielding Arabs. Last night, what was termed a major attack by all accounts was prevented on the border with the Sinai. No Israelis were injured, thank G-d, but 16 Egyptian policemen were killed. (More on the Sinai attack here.)

Ramadan Broadcasts 'Rife with Anti-Semitic Themes'
Many of the popular television specials airing across the Muslim and Arab world during the month of Ramadan are "rife with anti-Semitic themes and expressions of hatred for Israel," according to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).
While anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and anti-Israel plot lines are common themes in the Arab media, there is an upsurge of such programming during Ramadan when satellite television viewership increases.
"Ramadan is where the television networks enjoy high viewership numbers and a captive audience, and several networks in the Arab world are once again peddling anti-Semitic content," said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director.
...“The significant factor about these shows is not just that they are drenched in the traditional tropes of anti-Semitism in which Jews are portrayed as cheap as well as cheats and villainous victimizers of Muslims. It is that these programs are clearly crafted to appeal to a popular audience throughout the Middle East. While they can be rightly accused of promoting hatred at the same time they must also be understood as a reflection of the attitudes prevalent in Muslim societies,” explains Jonathan Tobin of Commentary Magazine. “The producers of these shows are guilty of pandering to the deeply ingrained prejudices of the Islamic world as much as they are feeding them.”
“Those who believe such attitudes are caused by West Bank settlements or the refusal of Israel to make enough concessions to the Palestinians need to understand that the hatred of Jews is not so much a function of politics but of culture,” Tobin asserts.
“Until there is a sea change within the Muslim world in which this kind of hatred is not only no longer popular but rejected by mainstream opinion, Middle East peace is just a dream,” he adds.
And that's not even to mention the inciteful sermons being preached in the mosques.

"Quds Day" is Coming
18 Menachem Av
"Quds Day" is a yearly event which is held on the last Friday of Ramadan. It was started in 1979 in Iran by the Ayatollah Khomeini. The day's activities are meant to express solidarity with the 'Palestinian' people and to protest the continued 'occupation' of Jerusalem by Israel.
(Wikipedia) - In August 1979, the year of the Revolution, in solidarity with the Palestinians, Khomeini declared the liberation of Jerusalem a religious duty to all Muslims. He stated:
I invite Muslims all over the globe to consecrate the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as Al-Quds Day and to proclaim the international solidarity of Muslims in support of the legitimate rights of the Muslim people of Palestine. For many years, I have been notifying the Muslims of the danger posed by the usurper Israel which today has intensified its savage attacks against the Palestinian brothers and sisters, and which, in the south of Lebanon in particular, is continually bombing Palestinian homes in the hope of crushing the Palestinian struggle. I ask all the Muslims of the world and the Muslim governments to join together to sever the hand of this usurper and its supporters. I call on all the Muslims of the world to select as Al-Quds Day the last Friday in the holy month of Ramadan - which is itself a determining period and can also be the determiner of the Palestinian people’s fate - and through a ceremony demonstrating the solidarity of Muslims world-wide, announce their support for the legitimate rights of the Muslim people. I ask God Almighty for the victory of the Muslims over the infidels.
—Ayatollah Khomeini
As you can see the 'celebration' has spread worldwide and not just among Muslims, but among Jew/Israel-haters everywhere.
Four days ago, President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad...

On 6 August 1945, the United States dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan and another one on Nagasaki three days later. The US and Japan were at war and had been since Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on 7 December 1941. So far, this is the only instance of nuclear weapons being used in warfare - ever.
A quarter of a million people died as a result.
