Remember the bombing of the Dophinarium in Tel Aviv? Many, if not most, of those killed were not Jewish. Even in the relatively state-loyalist neighborhood of Qiryath Moshe it could be heard that this was a sign of HaShem's mercy.
ReplyDeleteDuring the last attack by Iran, only four were killed, all non-Jews, three in the made up country of Jordan, and one in the Negev.
Just now three Arabs were killed along with an increasing number of Jews.
Yet, to suggest such a thing as mercy on Am Yisrael? I would be lynched in a heartbeat... by Jews! ...and not even by leftists, but by a right of center Jew, who had a connection with the family who was killed, because she had previously hired some of them to do work on her house! She cannot possibly understand why that is not ok, nor why three boys in Gush Etzion should never have helped an Arab with car trouble. Putting two and two together is beyond them. showing the halakha in black and white would be like showing them something written from a dystopian, science fiction novel.
Israelis have such beautiful Neshamas.
ReplyDeleteJewish Israelis are much more religious than we are given to believe because of the disproportionate number of non religious in the media and in high profile public positions. Half of all kita aleph children are either haredi or national religious, only twenty percent from secular homes, and that no. probably includes all the non arab non Jewish children too, the rest come from masorti homes. Three quarters of all Jewish children come from homes on the religious spectrum. and even children from secular homes are making tshuva. Be'D with their pure neshamos they will be in the front row to greet moshiach.
