Israeli expats – horrified at their country’s actions – return home for Knesset elections on October 27

...at least 53,000 Israelis living around the world who are travelling to their home country to vote at a defining moment of their country’s history.

The Telegraph spoke to a number of Israelis living overseas who are planning to make the journey, united by their desire to oust Mr Netanyahu.

Netanyahu might very well lose the election.

Personally, I think he is goading Iran.

I think he'd prefer Iran to give him the political cover of making a first strike.

If he can't pull that off, there's always the tried and true 'false flag'.

Or he could overrule Zamir.

The clock is ticking.

  1. Seeing how the Charedeim come out in masses to support Torah instills fear not only in the Eruv Rav but also in the DL community, because they know how strong the Chareidi Leadership is. I think thet one thing that unites the Chareidim with other members of society is many want to see Netanyahu go. I actually believe that the Chareidi parties could actually sit with the Arab parties, both are conservative by nature, and the Arabs respect religion. They would definitely support a draft exemption for Yeshiva bochurim.

    1. In exchange for evicting 500,00Jews from their homes? Well, yes, I guess so. They've done it before.

    2. AK that is quite a suggestion. That could possibly be the greatest upset and alarm to all those Erev Ravniks. Neshama

    3. Gavriela Devorah, if you mean to support the lie that the chareidi parties voted for the expulsion from Gush Katif, you can forget it. I don't know where it comes from because it is not true and I really hate hearing it repeated over and over by DL people as if it were..

    4. Gavriela Dvorah, it is also a fact that Binyamin Netanyahu DID vote for it and yet he is fit to lead the country without even an apology??? Chareidi parties are not responsible for the continuing expulsions of Jews from homes in the middle of the night or the burning of holy books, destruction of synagogues and houses with all their contents across Judea and Samaria. They weren't responsible for the Simchat Torah slaughter. They didn't shake Arafat's hand and give Hebron to the Arabs. Netanyahu did those things and continues to do these things. He stopped the war halfway and our guys are still sitting on a some line in Gaza to this day wainting for a final resolution. He has stopped short of finishing every war that has taken place under his non-leadership. How does he keep getting a free pass? Only chareidim are held to any kind of standard cuz they are still the outsiders - not part of the club. Thank God for them!

    5. I'm not a Bibi fan. I've never voted Likud and don't intend to this time either. And yes, the Charedi party did support the expulsion of Jews from Gush Katif, something that HaRav Ovadia Yosef later apologized for. Let's not ghost the facts. Anyway, we'll soon know what the future holds.

Israeli defense source: Growing likelihood that Iran will launch a preemptive attack on Israel (via @Doron_Kadosh )

🚨 Iran is reportedly weighing whether to attack Israel before Election Day, amid fears that a major Israeli retaliation could boost Netanyahu and the right-wing bloc at the polls.

  3. Neshama: Its been agreed upon already = a coalition of Eizenkot and Netanyahu, with Netanyahu "retiring" in two years (al pi djt). That is, unless we have terrific interference from Shamayim!

  4. What might enter the picture is the swarm of several volcanos in and around Sicily with one in particular keeps shooting off, now way over 150 bursts. Tonite is a Full Moon, a likely trigger for these to ALL BURST and maybe dissolve Sicily and cause a tremendous tsunami that might just reach the coast of T.A. Not a prediction, just a creative scenario. Neshama

  5. Any reason you decided to leave out the second part of his sentence - "if it concludes that Israel intends to attack it, either before or after the elections"?

  7. We seem to forget that everything is m'Shamayim. Hashem rules the hearts and minds of leaders (kings, presidents, prime ministers, etc.).
Whatever and however events turn out, they are the Will of Hashem.
Hashem Loves us and will always protect Am Yisrael, Torat Yisrael and
Eretz Yisrael. We just need to have the Emunah and Bitachon in HIM!

  8. Well, it's 11 pm here. I'm going to sleep and I don't expect to wake up before morning. No war yet. Maybe it will happen after the midterms in the US. Happy voting everyone.

    1. That's a very bad sign for us. It means HKB"H is still holding it back. Apparently, there are still too many people attached to the democratic State in their hearts. The worst outcome is in store in that case because the minds and hearts of Klal Yisrael have to be prepared to shift their allegiance to Mashiach and his rule.

The Torah is the Law of the Land here. That's not something that can be voted on. That's by declaration of the owner of the Land - HKB"H. It's in force whether we obey it or not. And everyday the entire country goes astray. We've reached a point where the Torah is not even welcome in the Batei Midrash and Torah learners are being imprisoned.

Whatever we end up with will be of our own making and I don't expect it will be a pretty sight.

    2. Isn't there some legend about Bibi handing the keys to Moshiach? Yeah, I sigh a big sigh. And daven to HKBH that He should not put us into the hands of Yair Golan, and the rest of the erev rav. Perhaps Hashem will perform another neis for the sake of the hidden tzaddikim. BtW, what happened to your blog interface?

    1. There's a video of the Rabbi, I don't remember the name, who when affixing the mezuza said to Bibi something about handing the keys to Moshiach. The video exists and I think it was shared previously. Actual counts are starting to emerge. But the strength of the Arab block is going to be a big challenge for whomever the Nasi picks to form the next government.
