23:30 UPDATE: "Each of them had their fun. Israel had its strike and Iran had its strike. We don't need another one" -Trump
Word is that Israel intends to retaliate, that Trump told them if they held off with a pre-emptive strike, they would be justified in retaliating. Now, however, Trump is quoted as saying he did not approve the hit on Beirut and is very unhappy with Netanyahu (YET AGAIN!) and that Israel has no permission to escalate. Israel is saying Iran will be made to pay and Iran is coming back with, well, we'll just hit you harder in that case. Hezbollah joined in with Iran with shots toward Kiryat Shemonah.
It's spiraling right now. Looks like it will be a long night. I don't plan to update further. Keep checking the news or follow Lookner's commentary.
