Funeral services have been announced for Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist who was assassinated last week during an event at Utah Valley University.Kirk’s funeral will take place Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025, at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix. A website created in Kirk’s memory, fightforcharlie.com, says the doors will open at 8 a.m. local time to the stadium with the program beginning at 11 a.m.Turning Point USA announced a list of speakers set to make an appearance at a public memorial service for conservative activist Charlie Kirk in Arizona on Sunday, Sept. 21.The memorial, which will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, is expected to attract thousands of Kirk’s followers. His body was transported by Air Force Two from Salt Lake City, Utah, to a Phoenix mortuary on Sept. 11. In all honesty, how much of that about Kirk's fearing Netanyahu is actually true. He's certainly very Defensive for some reason. After all that Tucker has demonstrated and then for Kirk to bring on Dave Smith, just causes more suspicions on His motives. So it's not surprising Anti-Semitism is brought up. Anytime Candace's name is brought up it is in conjunction with Tucker. After all Kirk admits how much he supports Tucker.
ReplyDeleteIt may be about the money and his lifestyle. Living in a 5 million dollar house, and having two other properties, and then possibly losing some major Jewish donors could make him thin-skinned. From what I can tell, he isn't interested in the Jewish perspective and why there is such a negative reaction. In the past he complained about "secular Jews" and This is exactly why they are suspicious of the Xtian right.
A pollster and his lawyer buddy had recently piled on Netanyahu with charges that he has exploited the Iran nuclear myth since the 90's. Evidently they cannot understand Netanyahu's English. Instead of saying Iran will have a bomb in months, Netanyahu says Iran will "be capable of Developing" nuclear weapons. After both of the two finished, that pollster said Mearsheimer was "RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING". The pollster mentioned him many times in the past saying he was right on Ukraine. I always felt uneasy when he said that. Also, that pollster is friends with Kirk and one has to ask; what has driven Kirk to "begin" the path to Jew-hatred. I've seen it in Xtians before when seriously challenged.

Jews on a different site were complaining about agressive missionaries accosting an Israeli Jew, and xn's complaint was exactly after all xns do for israel, what's a little missionising between friends. They brook no dissent.

Thin-skinned is right, but it's also coupled with a lack of humility, as in, "They're questioning my moral worth!" (from the clip you posted with Kelly). Well, why not? A true tzaddik always questions himself (especially when challenged - as the person challenging is a messenger from Hashem) and doesn't sit back self-righteously congratulating himself

The point here shows a rather adolescent trait, "I'm going to do it anyway" response.

When Tucker hosted the self-proclaimed historian Cooper it caused an uproar in the Jewish community. Who in their right mind gives any credence to a Hitler y"s apologist. I, for one, will Never listen to a person again if they show signs of Jew-hatred. Kirk, not so much. Kirk, like so many Xtians, simply cannot comprehend how some things cut to the very soul. It comes from thousands of years and seems to percolate in every generation. They are aware of the Shoah, but before that were the Russian pogroms. And Kirk complains became some call him names.
One person Kirk said he listened to was Ben Shapiro. Ben can be quite crass at times and it's off-putting. Instead, maybe he should have consulted someone like R' Singer. He had a podcast with Jesse Peterson, seemingly a decent man, and the Rabbi handled it with much Chesed. It was difficult to watch.

ReplyDeleteThe main take-away from CK's death is that it was approved from Shamayim for whatever reason. Trump escaped. There were 42 assassination attempts on Hitler, y"sh and each one failed. HKB"H had His reasons. CK's "pastor" revealed that (1:18-1:44 here) on their last trip together "last week," CK "was wanting me to go to Israel and start a work there. That was his request of me." Think about what kind of "work" a "pastor" does.
I've even heard that he was going to run against Vance for the Presidency. No way we will ever know. And with absolute faith in HKB"H, we don't need to.
