The new plan for "The Day After" in Gaza:
The US is taking possession.
The US is taking possession.
But, as we Jews know so well:
"Man plans and God laughs."
This announcement is not nearly as shocking as the euphoria exhibited by so many Jews in its wake. Really?? Eisav is plotting with the King of the Erev Rav and you think it's good for the Jews?? America is so going down. Just make sure you are not caught in the down-draft of its collapse.
PS: In case you can't make out the picture on Drudge, it's a Trump Tower hotel built amidst the rubble of Gaza. Delusion. Completely unrelated to reality.
So said the Lord: For three transgressions of Gaza, yea for four, I will not return them; Because they carried away captive a whole captivity, to deliver to Edom. And I will send fire into the wall of Gaza, and it shall consume its palaces. (Amos 1:6-7)

I think that at first everyone was happy about what we thought he
ReplyDeletesaid, but when we heard the full report about 'owning, taking over'
and the sheer galut mentality of 90% (at least, r'l) of world Jewry, being elated at this prospect. Hashem Yerachem!
I thought I read that edom /rome/ America has to be destroyed before moshiach comes but my brother told me in the Zohar it says how it will get better before moshiach We don’t really know what it means but I did read how before sedom was destroyed Hashem made it very very good there . That way the evil pple would feel even worse when it was all destroyed Malky
ReplyDeleteI still can't get over the number of Jews celebrating the planned takeover of Gaza by the US! Whose children, siblings, parents and spouses have been away from their homes and businesses and families for over a year, dying, bleeding, being maimed for life or held hostage? Who has suffered under missile bombardment and terror attacks for decades? suffered forced expulsion and destruction of their property?
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't Americans! It was Israelis!! And we did not suffer all this so America could claim the spoils, shut us out from what rightfully belongs to us and watch from their shadow while they reap all the benefits!!!
Once we have cheered the "relocation" of Gazans, what will there be to protest when they start talking relocation of Jews from Judea and Samaria? Have we so soon forgotten that Trump promised to reward the "Palestinians" and "do something good for them"? How he planned to leave us settlement blocks (Ariel, Gush Etzion and Maale Adumim) while making the remainder of the "West Bank" officially "Palestine"?
It's the only way the world will accept his plan for Gaza, or Saudi Arabia agree to proceed with "normalization".
I fear these cheers are going to change to tears before it's over.
Remember this?
DeleteThe "Peace to Prosperity" plan, also known as the Trump Peace Plan, which was released in January 2020...
The Palestinians would be given the opportunity to establish a state in certain parts of the West Bank [and Gaza], but under strict conditions (e.g., disarming Hamas, recognizing Israel as a Jewish state, and agreeing to Israeli security control).
Israel would retain sovereignty over major Jewish settlements in the West Bank.
The Jordan Valley would remain under Israeli control.
Jerusalem would remain Israel's undivided capital, while the Palestinian capital would be in areas outside Jerusalem (such as Abu Dis).
In my naivety I thought now would be the time for tshuva for the Trump can do no wrong brigade. It's cult like. I should have realised that when they call people who don't buy into their narrative, 'haters', discredit what they see as the 'opposition'. If you're not with us, you're a 'hater'.
DeleteImho, more than anything, the great orange hope is a test of emuna. It's not enough to pay lip service to Hashem, when you've been plugging Trump for months on end. Even now, twisting the facts to suit the narrative. A Jew is supposed to trust only in Hashem. I'll celebrate the facts as relevant, not inflate and worship a human being. In the meantime, the plan as published is horrendous for Israel, as you elaborate.

Everyone is too much into thinking about Trump and his plans. Who cares. Hashem is so obviously running the show down here. Whatever Trump does is what Hashem wants to happen. Malky
ReplyDeleteNo. It could be what HaShem wants, but only after the fact. We do not second guess what HaShem wants. We don't even have to. We have halakha. We are to follow it. That's what HaShem wants.
DeleteThe problem is that Jews are putting their trust in Trump and not in Hashem.
DeleteHitoreri
Don’t worry. The pple I speak to know very well that Hashem put Trump in the right place at the right time to serve justice This is the beginning of Hashem revenge and he’s using Trump to do it. Malky
DeleteTrump is another tool for birur, that's for sure, but woe to any Jew who is attached to him in the mind or in their heart.
DeleteMalky, you turn the Torah on its head when you make statements like that.
ReplyDeleteTrump is looking like Gog, first take over Gaza, then force a horrible 2 state solution and then invade Israel when they reject Trump's demands! HaShem have mercy
ReplyDeleteInteresting. Rav Nachman Kahana, with eponymous website, has a new post on Jews being force to take a side between the US and Israel. He is generally very insightful.

ReplyDeleteAhead of the Prime Minister's departure for Washington, the "Reservists - Generation of Victory" movement issued a courageous call for the Prime Minister to return and fight in Gaza until Hamas collapses.
"If you do not give an order to return to fighting and aggressively crush Hamas, you do not have a mandate to return to the government," the reservists explained.
My heart goes out to my brother, to this wonderful generation of heroism, and especially to those reservists who left behind wives, children, and jobs and simply threw their lives away, sacrificing so much and going out to fight to defeat Hamas and free the hostages.
My heart goes out to them and I understand the terrible distress when it becomes clear that everything suddenly stops, without victory, without collapse and without hostages. I too felt the frustration when I swore on the fresh grave of my grandson Yair Ha"d -
"I promise you, our Yair, I will not let victory be taken from you, from the sacrifice of you and your friends. No, we will win. I promise you Yair, we will win."
But unknowingly, you are making a very serious mistake. Why send the heroic generation to Gaza again? To conquer Jabalia for the eighth time? To add a few more 'allowed to publish' to the list? And withdraw?
And this is the IDF's new combat doctrine!
Gaza must not be returned to the pointless meat grinder before we have replaced the entire leadership in the army and government.
I will keep my oath and you will keep the will of the fallen.
The people of Israel will still win!
But not with this leadership!

ReplyDeleteWell, there you have it folks. If you didn’t know what October 7th was all about, you should have an idea now. A trillion dollars of oil and gas off the coast of azza. Trump is not going to invest the billions needed to rebuild azza without a return on his investment. Now you know why the IDF was forced to play by amerikkan rules, so they could enter the game and save us from victory. So predictable, so inevitable. Can the worshippers of the orange messiah not see them for the duplicitous mamzerim that they are?

When are Jews going to finally put down their cheerleader pom poms for Trump? (sigh) That have no clue. Do they?
ReplyDeleteהאם ישראל תמשיך להלחם במלחמות של ארה״ב בשבילם? / Will Israel Continue to Fight America's Wars for them?
I saw your email and was inspired before I finally got to the comments.
DeleteI'm still amazed that American Jews do not see the reality of what's being proposed. Probably many Israeli Jews think the same. Question:
ReplyDeleteAre our people that dumb?
