Report: Lawyers Add ‘Iran Attack’ to Contracts

More and more Israeli lawyers are adding an “Iran clause” to contracts, IDF Radio reports. Both real estate deals and business agreements are including notes on changes to the contract in case of a strike.

The station’s website featured a sample rent agreement where it was noted that damages would be paid for a late exit from the apartment, but not in case of “war and/or a strike on Iran and/or its emissaries in Sinai and Gaza or Lebanon.”
