2nd Day Chol Hamo'ed Sukkot
Moadim l'simchah
I'm not going into the details. If you are reading this, you can read all that somewhere else. But, what you can read here is the part that you won't find anywhere else - the lament.
The evil Erev Rav regime let the massacre happen and they squandered the lives of the soldiers across nearly two years only to bring us in the end to sign a surrender agreement. No doubt Netanyahu will frame it as a big win. Worst Israeli head of state ever and that's saying something.
Like Arafat before him, Trump will take the prize and call it a day. He won't be living with the consequences for the rest of his life.
One MK had the chutzpah to refer to the return of the hostages as the "sons returning to their borders."
We are covered in shame today in the face of the greatest chillul Hashem in our modern history.
But.... It's not over til it's really over.

But, but it's "peace in the entire Middle East, ending 3000 years of conflict." "Blessed are the peacemakers" who bring Olam HaBa, by Monday.
ReplyDeleteAs I understand Hamas only agreed on Phase 1, two of the 21. Hamas stays IN power and ARMED.
It's a huge hashpalah. Edom right now has blood on its hands as well as the Ishmael/Amalekian crew. There's only one thing that's missing from this mix would would be expected on Shmini Atzeret, and that is Mashiach. Nothing goes unseen and everything has its time.
ReplyDeleteNo other word for it.
ReplyDeleteVery sad.
And it's our own damn fault, every one of us.

"The peace is near," Antonio Tajani said on Friday on X. "Italy, which has always supported the US plan, is ready to do its part to consolidate the ceasefire, deliver new humanitarian aid, and participate in the reconstruction of Gaza. We are also ready to send troops if an international peacekeeping force is created to reunify Palestine."
ReplyDeleteI never imagined Trump to be So superficial, in his lust for a "prize", which would allow him to better Obama.
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly did Israel just agree to?
ReplyDeleteAfter two years of relentless war, the Trump Plan’s first phase has been sealed, guns fall silent, hostages return home, and Israel’s troops begin to pull back. Yet behind the fragile calm lies a storm: Phase Two looms, demanding Gaza’s demilitarization and the end of Hamas rule. The battlefield may quiet, but the real struggle, over power, peace, and survival, has only just begun.
(Israel Realtime) The Forum of Heroism, representing hundreds of bereaved families from the Iron Swords War, issued a firm call to action. While they shared in the relief and happiness over the hostages’ coming home, they insisted that Israel’s military campaign must not pause. They urged families and the Hostages’ Headquarters to pressure the Prime Minister: immediately after the hostages’ arrival, operations against Hamas must resume.
ReplyDeleteIn their statement, the Forum affirmed: “There is no Jew who is not happy that our hostages are returning home. We send a warm embrace to the families — your joy is our joy. But on this day we must remember — the return of our hostages is only one of the goals of the war.” They appealed for the fulfillment of all Israel’s war objectives without delay.
The Forum pointed to Hamas leaders now in Egypt and declared: their fate is clear — death. It stressed that Israel must continue striking Hamas and its leadership until its total elimination. This, they said, is a responsibility owed to the people of Sderot, to survivors, and to the fallen.
Yehoshua Shani, chairman of the Forum, directly addressed the Hostages’ Headquarters: “Join us in demanding the complete fulfillment of the war’s goals, the destruction of Hamas, and ensuring that Gaza will never again threaten Israel. Together we will prevail.”
In closing, the forum urged the Prime Minister to keep his promise that “all the goals of the war will be achieved.” They pledged ongoing public pressure: they will not relent until the war is decisively won, and the sacrifice of the fallen lives on in a secure, peaceful future for Israel.
These peace prizes allotted to those who carve up the Land as if it was theirs will come to haunt them till their downfall.
ReplyDeleteThis is the personification of outright tipshus!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBut, whatever is happening is really how Hashem is controlling
and allowing for our Geulah to eventually materialize.
We know how it will all end (may it be with rachamim aleinu)and
it will somehow turn to good because Hashem is in control.
But, because so many of our people are so galutified and thrilled
with another false 'peace' that instead of our
Geulah coming with glory, it comes with foolishness and hardship.
Praying there will still be Chesed and Rachamim
for our people who will be awakened to do teshuvah.
We don't seem to ever learn from our mistakes.
Hashem Yerachem!
