It has been said that while the ancient world was destroyed by water through the Flood, the End of the World as We Know It will be by Fire.
There is no question that climate change is happening, but is it really caused by human activity?
Interestingly, nearly every news report about the heat includes a photo of a blazing sun in the sky.
Very interesting, because it is, in fact, the sun causing the heat, not human activity.

In Israel we had a relatively cool summer so far Barukh Hashem. Let's hope it will remain so.
ReplyDeleteAs G-D fearing Jews, it should have never ever been a question, because H' is the only One in Control. Any changes in the natural workings of earth are only from Hashem Yisbarach!
ReplyDeleteMan pollutes and can clean up, but changes in the sun or any of G-D's creation cannot be changed good or bad by any force other than the Creator!
When the ordinary uninformed person believes anything from the powers (leaders, etc.), we can understand their naiveness; but we, as Jews, automaticallly know that this should not even be a question. We are now at the end of history and awaiting Moshiach tzdkeinu and H' is cleansing the world and mankind; giving everyone a chance to do teshuva before it is too late.
I believe you are absolutely right that the first destruction of the world was by water and now it is being done by the sun just as our holy Sages have predicted. As Chazal tell us 'the sun will destroy the wicked and be a healer for the righteous.' May every Yehudi do teshuva and may we all merit Moshiach's coming b'chesed u'v'rachamim! Amen!

DeleteYes of course it's the sun, but the world can't possibly believe in God so global warming is the response. Strange though that while much of the world is on fire, down here in Australia we're living through an extremely cold winter with tons of rain. Yes, all the rain has come here instead of Italy where the River Po has almost dried up. I can't remember such a cold winter here to be honest.
