"...and Your dread upon all that You have created."
[LIVE: Volcano erupts on La Palma in the Canary Islands]The massive hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires and volcanoes don't seem to inspire much awe of Hashem these days. Apparently, The-Powers-That-Should-Not-Be foresaw this and prepared their "Climate Change" narrative in their battle against Hashem and mankind's faith in Hashem.
But what is waiting to happen, withheld only by Hashem's enduring mercy on His creatures, cannot be attributed to "Climate Change." I've written about it before - ten years ago at this same exact time of year. Scientists say it is not a question of "if" but "when" and while they all rush to say that the chances of it happening davka now are infinitesimal, an eruption appears to be imminent.
It's up to HaKadosh Baruch Hu if, when and how much damage will occur. The created beings of this world need to start taking their Creator more seriously.
Megatsunami Scenario - La Palma LandslideLa Palma (Canary Islands) Update: Earthquake Swarm Increases - Deformation Reaches 10 cm Uplift
Note the significant date associated with this looming disaster, from a Global Disaster Watch report...
ReplyDeleteThe seismic activity under la Cumbre Vieja has picked up again during the past 12 hours, after having decreased significantly during the previous day. The largest quake was a magnitude 3.2 event at 03:26 (UTC) today, at shallow depth of 0.1 km. Up to today and since the beginning of the series, 5,391 earthquakes have been detected. The maximum accumulated vertical deformation is around 10 cm in the area close to the earthquake swarm and its distribution is still compatible with a center of pressure from a magma intrusion under the same area.
While the seismic swarm is still far from the levels of the first days of the crisis, which had started on 11 Sep, there is a noticeable trend of quakes becoming shallower. Combined with the ongoing deformation, the chances of a new volcanic eruption are gradually becoming larger: it seems that the pulse of new magma intruding underground, causing both the quakes and the uplift of the ground, has not yet stopped.

ReplyDeleteAfter a significant increase in seismic activity, a vent has opened releasing an ash plume and lava flow. It seems from photographas and video taken by locals, that a fissure has formed from the top of the ridge to the water line. This has the potential for a major collapse of the entire mass. Worst case scenario could be epic.
This is definitely an event to keep an eye on.

Like the Asian tsunami of 2004 and the Japanese tsunami of 2011. It should not have to come to this. Warnings completely ignored. Looking at Hoshanah Rabbah, Stingray. Chag sukkot sameach!
ReplyDeleteAnd it's not just La Palma now. Mount Etna is erupting again. That's another one that is poised to slide into the sea and make a giant tsunami on all the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea - including Israel! [Mount Etna Is Sliding Into The Sea. It Could Be Catastrophic.]
ReplyDeleteItems of note: The UN General Assembly (world leaders) is currently meeting in NYC and PM Bennett is scheduled to give his first speech on Hoshanah Rabbah!
It may not happen this time, but sometime it will - when Mashiach arrives!
ReplyDelete"Behold, the day of the Lord is coming, cruel with wrath and burning anger, to make the land desolate, and its sinners He shall destroy from it." (Isaiah 13:9)
"Therefore we will not fear when the earth changes and when mountains totter into the heart of seas." (Psalm 46:3) "Mountains melted like wax from before the Lord, from before the Master of all the earth." (Psalm 97:5)
