Apparently, some segments of American Orthodoxy have sunk so low that a goy need not pretend to be a Jew to be treated as a full member of the Tribe. The sons of "Bishop" Robert Stearns* were bar-mitzvah at an "Orthodox" synagogue this past Shabbat in the Hamptons, NY. [*If you don't know who he is, see here.]
This announcement proves that those members who attended knew what they were coming to celebrate and apparently had no problem with it.

ReplyDeleteI just heard an amazing revelation about a heavenly path to healing - literally. Being that it's also weather-related I have to make this known....

What should you do?

ReplyDeleteThey can perform 'bar mitzvahs', etc., but they have no understanding of what the punishment from Above is. When a non-Jew observes the Shabbat, the punishment is 'capital punishment'. That is Torah Law. They think they can outsmart Hashem, c'v. The worst part of this story is the 'acceptance' by so=called Jews to this whole episode. OY, OY, OY!
Believe H' is allowing every evil from the beginning of time to reappear for their ultimate Judgment! Only HE is in Control!
The yeshivas have been burned by these people in the past.

There is no current information available about the mother, although there was a report from some years ago about her active participation with her husband in his ministry. The fact remains, however, that these boys are themselves believing, participating Christians and even if they were born to a Jewish mother, to make a show of taking on the mitzvot when they do not believe, per Christianity, that they are binding on people today, is just a farce and I don't believe that, even if it could be shown that their mother was born a Jewess, that any real legitimate rabbi would bring them into his shul and put tefillin on them, etc.
ReplyDeleteDevorah Chayah, wasn't there a story a while back about the rav at Kever David putting tefilin on a practicing priest (or whatever he was) in full garb - because he said he was born Jewish?
ReplyDeleteA side point, perhaps these posts are cause for great celebration, because Hashem is at an increasingly rapid pace removing the masks of the sheker in the world!
If it's being revealed, then we know it's already existing and imagine that before today, it existed in "secret"... it's not like these things were invented or occurred today. This is truly a great reason to be b'simcha raba and to daven that Hakadosh Baruch Hu reveal His full glory, restore His Kingship in the world, restore Malchut David, rebuild Beit Hamikdash!
Maybe the rabbi who put the tefillin on the 'bishop's sons used a pair made by "Rabbi Michael" and knew they were pasul?

ReplyDeleteIlya, there's only one catch to your suggestion which, of course, being that it comes from a great tzadik, hasn't got the same value today and might even be quite detrimental (unless H' is protecting those that do good for the right reasons) because the rain now in these times (in fact, for quite a number of decades) is full of dangerous chemicals that are coming to earth daily and might even be the cause of many ills. They are seeding the clouds constantly everywhere. Look up to the skies on nice days and see the lines across the sky going through the clouds (very small planes). This has been going for years.
