10 Menachem Av 5771
Continuing the messages from the autistics...
Menachem, motzaei Shabbat Kodesh, Korach 5771
I am very anxious, very anxious. We talk and we talk and we talk, to do teshuva, and to do teshuva, and to do teshuva, day and night, day and night, to do teshuva, to come to the truth, to leave materialism. I’m fed up already. I don’t want to say any more. Whoever doesn’t understand this, whoever is such a fool, who can’t see what is happening in this world, he deserves what’s coming to him. Enough!
Q. Why are you anxious?
A. Because I can’t understand why, how, people see so many hard things and don’t pay attention. Even twenty years ago, so many people started to die in so many different ways. Jews, Chareidi Jews and others, close their eyes and don’t want to know.
This is a very clear and obvious sign and they don’t want to know. And today, when really amazing things are happening, they continue as usual, like nothing is happening. How can they be so blocked up? Clearly, it’s not without purpose. Clearly, they don’t want the truth. They reject the truth and that’s what hurts me the most. Another thing disturbs me very, very much, and angers me. It is that people who are so-called “righteous” simply take Judaism and the Torah and say precisely, exactly the opposite of what needs to be and this really gives me heartache, stomachache, headache. I ‘m already not a person from this.
Q. What is the meaning of “precisely the opposite from what needs to be?”
A. Example: The most prominent is modesty. They say modesty is immodesty and immodesty is modesty! If a woman covers herself with much clothing, in many layers of cloth, then she is considered as immodest in their eyes, chas v’shalom, because she [draws attention to herself]. She walks in the street and they look at her. A mountain of clothes is interesting. But, all the immodesty with the narrow, short and tight dress, etc., it’s not interesting and it’s thought of as modest [because everybody does it]. The main thing, in their eyes, is to look like everyone else. If everyone will walk around in bathing suits in the street, then they need to be like everyone else. It’s true that many rabbis allow long custom wigs and give it a hechsher and there are even hechsherim for shops that sell really immodest clothes, narrow and short, but, it’s impossible to lie to HKB”H. Immodesty remains immodesty. They say I am handicapped and I say that these people are really handicapped.
But since the haskalah, everything has changed completely; not only in modesty, but everything---all the laws, all of yiddishkeit. And this doesn’t obstruct only those who are going to be reform or secular. Also, within Chareidi Jewry, there are descendants of the haskalah. The horrible holocaust that almost wiped out European Jewry did not succeed to wipe out the descendants of the haskalah movement and they continue to develop and grow within the hearts of the majority of Jews in this generation. Do you think that HKB”H will allow this situation to continue?
But, never mind. In the near future, Mashiach will arrive and he will be the great messenger to put this world in order and bring all of us to the truth and I wait so much. I’m simply anxious because already I have no patience. It’s almost Tamuz and so passes month after month and there’s no hope in what we are seeing, because we are seeing that people are not progressing. But what’s happening in the world gives a lot of encouragement, because it’s going really exactly according to the prophecies and if it takes place, then as can be seen, there will be, with G-d’s help, many Jews that will return in teshuvah. But, I personally don’t believe that it will be easy. I believe that it will behard, because we are a stiff-necked people and we do not submit so much to the will of Heaven. And I’m speaking about the real Jews; about the Erev Rav, nothing can be done.

The Tide Has Turned Pt 2
10 Av 5771
UPDATE: Although the stock market ended up yesterday, gaining back almost half of what it lost the day before, after an initial plunge at opening, this is really not a healthy sign and it's not the prime indicator of where the economy is going. While the stock market was up, the dollar was down, waaaay down...
(Bloomberg) "The dollar tumbled the most in at least 40 years against the Swiss franc after the Federal Reserve pledged to keep its key interest rate at a record low at least through mid-2013 to revive the flagging economic recovery. ...It dropped as much as 6.3 percent, the most since the beginning of Bloomberg records in January 1971, touching a record low 70.71 centimes."

While Yirmiyahu writes of the destruction of the first Beit HaMikdash at the hands of the Babylonians, in chapter four of Eichah we find an allusion not only to the destruction of the second Temple by Rome, but also to the end of the final exile and Rome's (Edom's) ultimate destruction.
"Rejoice and exult, O daughter of Edom, who dwells in the land of Utz; to you, too, will the cup pass, you will be drunk and vomit. Your iniquity is expiated, O daughter of Zion. He will not exile you again; He remembers your iniquity, daughter of Edom. He will uncover your sins." (Eichah 4.21-22)
I think we have reached this point this year---9 Av 5771. And how appropriate that it be just now on Tisha b'Av. Just take a look at what is going on in the US and England.
Yesterday saw the second biggest point drop in the US stock market in history and who knows what is in store for today. It was second only to the 777-point drop of Rosh Hashanah 5769 which kicked-off the current "economic crisis."
Not convinced America is the current incarnation of Rome? Think again. Dan Brown's latest novel, The Lost Symbol, may be a work of fiction, but the details are all true.
"America has a hidden past. ...The forefathers who founded [Washington, DC] first named her "Rome." They named her river the Tiber and erected a classical capital of pantheons and temples, all adorned with images of history's great gods and goddesses---Apollo, Minerva, Venus, Helios, Vulcan, Jupiter. In her center, as in many of the great classical cities, the founders had erected an enduring tribute to the ancients---the Egyptian obelisk. This obelisk, larger even than Cairo's or Alexandria's rose 555 feet into the sky, more than thirty stories, proclaiming thanks and honor to the demigod forefather for whom this capital took its newer name. Washington.
"Now, centuries later, despite America's separation of church and state, this state-sponsored Rotunda glistened with ancient religious symbolism. There were over a dozen different gods in the [Capital] Rotunda---more than the original pantheon in Rome. Of course, the Roman Pantheon had been converted to Christianity in 609...but this pantheon was never converted; vestiges of its true history still remained in plain view.
" '...this Rotunda was designed as a tribute to one of Rome's most venerated mystical shrines. The Temple of Vesta. ...the largest painting in this building is called The Apotheosis of Washington. And it clearly depicts George Washington being transformed into a god.' "
(You can google any of these things and see for yourself.)
And while we're at it, let's not forget how Tisha b'Av got started. Am Yisrael listened to an evil report against the Land of Israel and cried for nothing, refusing to go up at Hashem's command. While today, the forerunner of America and her partner in crimes against the Jewish people---England---is burning instead of Jerusalem and the great American Empire is itself crumbling and falling, if you are a Jew living in these places, I beg you to correct that first catastrophic sin that brought about all the other tragedies on this date. Come home where you belong, where Hashem intended you to be. Let's all stop crying and simply obey the Ribono shel Olam.

Message from Yitzchak Isaac
Yitzchak Isaac, motzaei Shabbat Kodesh, parshat Korach 5771
(25 June 2011)
I want you all to know. You must know. I can not tolerate when people continue to go around like everything continues as usual. I am compelled to say that in the nearest future, there will be an explosion. It will begin with one explosion and I’m not speaking davka about a bomb. I’m speaking about something hard that will happen, and from this it will go more and more, various things from every direction until a man won’t know from where will come the next hit and then, we who really believe in HKB”H will pass the greatest test. Because if we will be calm, will pray strongly and not fear, maybe get very excited, but not fearful, to trust in Hashem, then we will pass fairly easily, but it will be very scary.
There is already a fearful situation in the world, but the majority continue with their nonsense and get angry with everyone who tries to take them out from the falsehood. They yell about the truthful people who are trying to take them out from the falsehood, spitting on them and making them ashamed. But one day they will go into a big panic, not knowing where to flee, but it will already be too late for them. I know all this and every person with half a brain is able to understand this, but they don’t want to know. I don’t understand what is so delicious, what is so pleasant in all their materialism and falsehood. The truth gives a greater feeling of good to man. It gives him a greater feeling of spiritual elevation that he sees all the falsehood in the world and sees that it’s false. Then he feels much higher, much more in control of himself. He understands much more the difference between falsehood and truth. A man of truth is close to Hashem. A man of truth is close to eternity and he will have eternity because only truthful people will be able to be in the world of truth. And the world of truth is eternal, but not just an eternity of this present world, full of suffering and endless problems, chas v’shalom! It will be so good for us and we will go up and go up and go up, spiritually, more and more and more truth. If only we had already arrived to this!
I, as an autistic, see the truth usually much more than the majority of “normal” people, but I was like you---a “dummy.” I was once attracted to the material world. Not in this gilgul, but in another gilgul. And I erred so many times. I fell so many times, but now, I see the truth clearly and I cannot understand how I fell for things so silly, so marginal, so unimportant, but nevertheless, I fell. But I was also a tzadik and it’s much worse if a tzadik falls. Anyway, I came down again to this world as a fool that can’t sin and I suffer very, very much from my situation because I hate the material world and also, it’s not possible for me to go up spiritually. Because, only a regular “normal” man in this world who has free will has the ability to go up spiritually and therefore, I suffer, very, very much. I remember my sin, how I wasted my time as a regular person in the previous gilgul.
I could have arrived easily to Gan-Eden, but I didn’t do that. I was drawn to the sins of this world and I didn’t think about the world to come. I didn’t think about eternity. I believed in lies and now the truth is so clear to me and I am in a situation that I can’t go up, even if I know the truth. And this hurts me very much, but this is part of my tikun and it’s for my good. But, you are good Jews. You are in a situation of normal people. Don’t waste the time. Go up, go up spiritually. Leave all the desires of this world with its imaginary, false, temporary pleasures. And cling to HKB”H all the time.
I wasn’t just any tzadik, but I also had an evil inclination, indeed not like that of a simple man. Perhaps you would say this is not so terrible. I could go up much more and when I arrived to the world to come and they said to me about how many sins I sinned upon them, this was really an embarrassment for a man like me. I felt so bad and so ashamed, and even with all this, I would have needed to be in gehinnom only a short time and after this they were already going to transfer me to Gan-Eden. But I wanted to clean up everything, so they sent me back as a fool so I should be able to help deliver messages to Am Yisrael; as an autistic who bothers people a lot, who need a lot of patience for me, because if not, then they get rid of me very fast, throwing me from place to place. People don’t have patience for autistics who do very difficult and disturbing things, but it’s all worthwhile because now I will have Gan-Eden and if Hashem will help me and I can hold out a little longer, then with G-d’s help, I will also receive Mashiach and I will enjoy the Beit Hamikdash, the korbanot and the world to come.

A Clash of Civilizations

They've done it again. Glenn Beck and crew have given us yet another reason to oppose their "8/24" extravaganza in Israel. Glenn says in one video, "They are attacking our faith, our common faith." But, in fact, it is he who is attacking the Jewish faith and it has nothing in common with his Christian faith. I will say for him that he is a faithful representative of the Eisavian West that he claims he is coming here to save. The trouble is it clashes with the deepest values of Judaism. And to save the West is paramount to trying to stop the geulah! Just like Egypt before it, the West is warped and it has to fall. We pray three times a day for it's collapse because that is the end of the exile!!
The latest "8/24" video shows Glenn's sidekick touring the Carmel market in Tel Aviv and touting it as a must-see for anyone making the trip with them. During his spiel, he makes the following revealing statement: "Israel is about the freedom to do what you want."
I would say to you that this idea of "freedom" to do as one pleases is an outright rebellion against the Sovereignty of G-d Almighty and to say davka in the Land of Israel is this idea embodied is an insult to its kedusha. This warped idea of freedom which is essential to the ideology of the Western mentality---"freedom" to worship other gods or no god and to entice others to do the same; "freedom" to "marry" in perversion; "freedom" to take life itself, whether it be an unborn child or a sick senior, etc---is an illusion built into the World of Lies. For one is either a slave to his own passions and desires or or he is a servant to the Master of the World, but either way his life is not his own and he is not free to "do as he pleases."
There is Law and there is a Lawgiver. There is a Judge and there is a Judgment. There is an accounting at the end of the day and a price tag to every action and everyone receives a bill that he will certainly pay.
When Glenn Beck says, "....I can tell you that there is an endgame afoot for man’s freedom and the Western way of life and I believe the end will begin in Israel. …Israel is the beginning of what could be the end for man’s freedom," he's right! But in the Jewish worldview, this is a good thing. It will be the end of man's rebellion against G-d's rule and the end of the desecration of G-d's Name. Finally, the entire world will bow before the King of all kings, HKB"H, and acknowledge that He is sovereign and that He is to be obeyed and served and worshipped. HE ALONE! And that is real freedom.

Response from Hevron

By now, most everyone knows that the blogpost I referred to in my previous post was written by David Wilder, a resident of the second holiest city in the world---Hevron. I have always held the Jews of Hevron in the highest esteem. They've been my heroes since my first visit there in 1994. In fact, I wanted very much to live there, or at least in Kiryat Arba, and made several attempts that just never worked out for one reason or another. Hashem chooses where He wants us.
Ironically, I was just there visiting on Erev Rosh Chodesh and davening with all my heart for the geulah shleimah at the Mearat Hamachpelah. As I read David Wilder's blogpost, it never even occurred to me that the wider community would agree with him and my faith in the holy Jews of Hevron has been justified by an email which I received from Shelli Karzen, who as it turns out is also the cousin of the Rav who oversees this blog.
I have been given permission to publicize it here:
For whatever it's worth after the blog post you mentioned in your post has gone far and wide, I would like to make it clear that the author of the blog in no way represents the views of the Jewish Community of Hebron. Yes, he is the spokesman in English, and has been doing excellent work over the years. But this recent blog post and the actions that preceded it in no way reflect where the community is holding. The community members were unaware of this entire episode until the blog post. We are up in arms about this and Rabbi Lior shlit"a (Chief Rabbi of Kiryat Arba and Hebron) has ordered Mr. Wilder to immediately cease all contact with CUFI and all other xtian organizations.
I hope that this can in some small way rectify the appalling impression that Mr. Wilder's blogpost has made. The community is in the process of taking further action to rectify what we can.
The Jewish community of Hevron should go from strength to strength and continue their tradition of setting an example for us all.

I have no doubt that their commendable and swift action has stopped a plague in its tracks. This is a situation which is unfortunately being repeated across Eretz Yisrael in far too many our communities. To warn Jews of the dangers of this insidious heresy is nothing less than pikuach nefesh.
The Jewish community of Hevron should go from strength to strength and continue their tradition of setting an example for us all.

Be Warned

What do you call a person who opens the gates and invites the enemy inside? Traitor, you say? That’s what I call him, too. We have among us pretenders who dress the dress and talk the talk, but they are traitors to their people and to their G-d. Not only have they opened the gates and invited the enemy inside, hosting them in homes and sitting at the table with them, they’ve invited the rest of us to join them in their crimes.
I don’t know if it is greed for money or love of kavod or simply that their soul is blemished, causing them to empathize with the enemy. For whatever underlying reason, they excuse themselves and add to their guilt by attempting to make it appear that the Torah approves as well, G-d forbid!
I am referring to prominent and well-known Jewish settlement leaders who dress and speak like frum Jews, but who love Christians and find in them many admirable qualities. They provide access for them to Eretz Yisrael, Jewish homes and Jewish children and they would like to convince us all that this is allowed, even a mitzvah, G-d forbid!
They have opened the gates to wicked Eisav in the form of Christian “lovers of Israel” who are offering bribes worth many thousands of dollars, if not more. For the sake of free will, Hashem allows for people to convince themselves, as well as others, that Christianity is not idolatry, but among people of truth, there really is no question at all that it is.
“The Christians are idol worshippers and Sunday is their festival.” (Rambam, Mishneh Torah, Hilchot Avodat Kochavim…, Perek Tet)
“Can there be a greater stumbling block than Christianity? All the prophets spoke of the Messiah as the redeemer of Israel and its savior, who would gather their dispersed and strengthen their observance of the mitzvot. By contrast, Christianity caused the Jews to be slain by the sword, their remnants to be scattered and humbled, the Torah to be altered, and the majority of the world to err and serve a god other than the Lord. (Rambam, Mishneh Torah, Hilchot Avodat Kochavim…, Perek Yud Aleph)
Some try to say that these are new Christians today, who do not believe as their forefathers did. This is just another puny excuse for indulging their desire to do evil. All of those who follow Jee-zeus today, whether in the traditional way or dressed up in tallit with the name Yeshu, they all believe that the so-called New Testament is equal in source and authority to the Holy Torah, G-d forbid! They all believe what is taught there, that, G-d forbid, the Holy One impregnated a woman who had “the only begotten Son of G-d,” who is "both 100% man and 100% G-d," G-d forbid! When they baptize, they do it in the name of the three. And they all believe that no one is “saved” until they accept the “atoning work” of Jee-zeus’ “substitutionary death;” something never dreamed of in the Torah.
One Pastor Roman Asbill heads a community and ministry called Word Made Flesh. This group is one of the ones who feel their beliefs gain more legitimacy if they dress up the New Testament as Torah miSinai, G-d forbid! and call their false messiah "Rabbi" Yeshu, but it is plain from their "What We Believe" page that it is the same old Christianity described with Hebrew terminology. One quote might surprise you: "We believe that all non-Jewish people who trust in [Yeshu] are grafted into Israel. While they may not be bloodline Jewish, they are full and equal participants in the covenants of promise."
They may deny believing in replacement theology, but the only thing that has changed is that they were forced to move over and make room for us when they saw we were blessed to return to our Land. They have yet to give up their claims to our heritage or our mission.
Their facebook page brags: "What an awesome evening with ___, ____, and Word Made Flesh ...!! We had the Aaronic Blessing spoken over us by a Jewish Rabbi from Jerusalem whose name means The Lion of Judah, Son of Abraham. We stand for Israel and the Jews!!!"
Does this "rabbi" have any idea of the treachery of his act, bestowing a blessing upon idolaters that Hashem Himself gave to Aharon HaCohen to bless Am Yisrael?
Space does not allow me to discuss the many, many threats and their sources or the many, many such Jews, Hashem yerachem, that are mislead and misleading others down this error-strewn path, but I will address one more.
There was a blogpost this week by one of these traitors wherein the blog author attempts not only to excuse his relationships with the Christians and praises them at every opportunity, but he casts aspersions upon Am Yisrael and blames our suspicions about the "lovers of Israel" on the sorry past history which is surely reason enough. He mentions "...Christian organizations attempt to supposedly steal Jewish souls,...."
Well, the blog author shares a picture of himself with a known missionary who, with the help of prominent Jews like the author, has set up himself and his family to live in Israel, practice his avodah zarah on Eretz Kodesh, and "volunteer" free labor in Jewish vineyards which brings them into contact with hundreds and maybe thousands of Jews and their children. And why do they "volunteer?" I'll let the missionary Tommy Waller explain, as he says in a video:
"For us, sharing the gospel is not only verbal, it has an action to it. It's based on relationships. As we're working with these people [the Jews], we'll be able to share with them this Jesus that we know."
In another video, narrated by Tommy Waller's son, they invite Christians across America to join them, physically, if possible, "...to share with [the People of Israel] a passion for the soon-coming jubilee in Yeshua-Messiah."
On their website, they wrote:
"...there is a wall that divides people of the Christian faith and people of the Jewish faith.... That wall is tall and thick---built from years of misunderstanding, misconceptions and misgivings between two faiths that share the same roots, as evidenced in Israel where 'Messianic Jews' are often shunned by Orthodox Jews and in the US where Christian churches and Jewish synagogues rarely interact.""During the past five years, the family---all 13 members---have been working alongside Israeli farmers in Samaria, building relationships, breaking barriers...chipping away at that wall. ...Working side by side with Israeli farmers in the vineyards and olive groves, the family is learning, understanding, reaching out and developing relationships."
We just heard Tommy Waller say that "building relationships" is the means to delivering the gospel to the Jewish people.
Much more divides the Jews from the Christians than the question of who is the messiah and will he be coming for the first or the second time. Some say that as long as the Christians do not proselytize the Jews, it’s ok to have relationships with them. Well, clearly, they do intend to proselytize the Jews, though some lie and deny it. However, even if they only proselytized gentiles, this is a vile religion full of lies which mentally and emotionally enslaves a billion people on the planet. What business do the Jews have, who bear the light of truth to the world, to put a kosher stamp on it by association?
I'm afraid such reasoning or appeals to the guilty parties are useless. The blog author himself writes at the very beginning of his post: "...I know it will bother some people. But I have to get it out.... Whoever is upset, well, that’s their problem."
The Ramchal describes such people in his masterful musar work Mesillat Yesharim:
“…because of his not having labored in the Law, he sits in judgment and declares the pure, unclean and the impure, clean and he breeches the fences of the Scholars. ...the evil …does not come all at once, but little by little, without his recognizing and sensing it. He is pulled from evil to evil until he finds himself sunk in evil's very depths. …he adduces interpretations which are not in accordance with the law, destroys the truth and perverts it, trespasses upon ordinances, and breeches the fences. His end, like that of all who breech fences, is destruction. …the Torah is neglected, Divine service dispensed with, and the Creator abandoned." (Ramchal, Mesillat Yesharim, Perek Vav)
These people have sick souls, but they deny their need for a cure. Instead, they say it is we who are in need of it. How dare we refuse the "love" being offered by these "wonderful and supportive" people? As is too-typical of Jews who make this mistake, error builds upon error, and he begins to praise the non-Jews' 'lovely midot' and 'sterling qualities' and at the same time, toss a few accusations out against Am Yisrael by unfavorable comparison.
Ramchal teaches that the antidote to soul sickness is the Torah. It is a negative commandment "to show no mercy to idol-worshippers," Sefer HaChinuch, Vol.4, Mitzva 426
"...that we should have no kind feelings for those who worship idols, and nothing about them should be good or pleasing in our eyes; in other words, we should remove far from our mind, and it should not [ever] arise in our speech, that there could be anything of value in one who worships in idolatry, and he should find no grace or favor in our eyes---to such an extent that the Sages of blessed memory taught that it is forbidden to say, "How handsome that heathen is," or "How charming and pleasant he is." About this it is stated, and you shall not be gracious to them (Deuteronomy 7:2), for which the interpretation was given [in the Oral Tradition]: Do not ascribe grace or charm to them---in keeping with what we said. Now, there are some of our Sages who inferred from the verse, you shall not be gracious to them, that you shall not give them gratuitous gifts; but it is all from one root [principle]. And in the tractate 'Avodah Zarah in the Jerusalem Talmud (i 9) it was stated: "you shall not be gracious to them"---it is a negative precept. At the root of the precept lies the reason that the beginning of every human activity is fixing one's thoughts on the acts and bringing the matters up on the speech of the tongue; after thinking and talking about it, every task is carried out. Therefore, by refraining in thought and speech from finding anything gainful or charming in those who worship in idolatry, we will thus refrain from joining them and striving after their affection, and from learning anything from their evil deeds....This is in effect in every place and time, for both man and woman. If someone transgressed this and praised idol-worshippers and their activities, other than in some manner where he would find much more to praise in our nation as a result of their praise, he would violate this negative precept.
The Torah tells us that when we are living in the Land of Israel, if anyone comes to a Jew and entices him to follow another god... (Devarim 13) "...you shall stone him with stones so that he dies, because he sought to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. And all Israel shall listen and fear, and they shall no longer do any evil such as this in your midst."
Without a qualified Sanhedrin, what do we do about the traitors among us who befriend and praise those enticing us to worship another god other than G-d and who grant them access to innocent, unsuspecting Jews in their own homes in the Land of Israel? And they go further and they offer Am Yisrael's heritage to them and desecrate G-d's name in public by pronouncing it over them in "blessing?" Sin multiplied upon sin.
We are not free to decline the battle. We have to fight them the same way that we have to fight those with whom they have allied themselves---our proven and historical enemy, Eisav.
(Devarim 13) "You shall not desire him, and you shall not hearken to him; neither shall you pity him, have mercy upon him, nor shield him. ...And all Israel shall listen and fear, and they shall no longer do any evil such as this in your midst. "
They are no longer our brothers until they repent this great wickedness. They should not be hosted or received by fellow Jews. They should not be counted in a minyan or allowed an aliyah to the Torah, which they trample underfoot. They should not be greeted or acknowledged in the street.
(Devarim 13) "...for the Lord, your God, is testing you, to know whether you really love the Lord, your God, with all your heart and with all your soul. ...You shall follow the Lord, your God, fear Him, keep His commandments, heed His voice, worship Him, and cleave to Him."

"Hit Hard"
27 Tamuz 5771
About June 11th, the autistic messages reported the following:
"The majority of the Jews abroad are not waking up, but in the very near future, they will get hit hard. And I hope that they will wake up. And also, here – the majority of the Jews are not waking up, and also here they will get hit, but not like abroad. "
What could be harder than Jew on Jew murder in the frum community?
One month after that message was given, on July 11, 2011, 9 year-old Leiby Kletsky went missing in Boro Park, Brooklyn in New York. His dismembered body was found two days later after a massive search effort by the Jewish community and rescue services. Jews worldwide had been praying for his safe return.
We read in subsequent reports how the murderer, a member of the frum community, had helped in the search and even attended a wedding after the kidnapping, but before killing his victim.
Two weeks later, on July 28th, this time in Israel, Rabbi Elazar Abuchatzeira of Beer Sheva has been murdered and if initial reports are to be believed, the murderer was a frum Jew known to the rabbi. One report quotes Israel's Chief Rabbi Yona Mtzger saying, "I believe such a shocking thing has never happened before."
There is no question in my mind that this is a clear fulfillment of the words of the autistic children. Is there any yirei Shamayim out there who is not wide awake after this? The real question, however, is will we listen to the entire message and follow the advice we've been given or will we continue to suffer further consequences of ignoring Hashem's efforts to get our attention?
Shabbat Shalom.
