The Eliyahu Challenge at the End of Days

9 Iyyar 5785
24 Days of the Omer

Meet Qaim Aba al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem - "the long awaited Savior of Mankind, the promised Mahdi and Qaim prophesied to come from the narrations of Mohammed and the Family of Mohammed."

I don't know if the Muslims will actually accept him as Mohammed's successor, but I can tell you that he's not here to reinforce the tenets of Islam, but to introduce a New Age for mankind with a world religion to replace all other religions across the globe.

No way it will fool real Jews who know that the Torah is forever, as is the covenant between HKB"H and Yisrael.

It's nonsense, but never underestimate the power of "nonsense" when it comes to desperate populations looking for an easy path to salvation.

Normally, I would pass on this, but I'm making an exception today because of a very unusual clip that was forwarded to me.  Some of you may already be aware of a seventh-century midrash that mentions an End of Days repeat of the scenario which took place on Mount Carmel in ancient Israel - a contest between Eliyahu HaNavi and the prophets of Ba'al.

The Eschatological Sacrificial Contest

In this narrative, the Jewish people and the king of the Arabs engage in a debate over the rightful ownership of the Temple. The king proposes a test akin to Elijah's challenge: both sides will offer sacrifices, and the acceptance of these offerings by God will determine the true claimants to the Temple. The outcome is unexpected and unsettling:

"Israel will offer a sacrifice, but it will not be accepted because Satan will denounce them before the Holy One, blessed be He. The sons of Qedar will offer sacrifices, and they will be accepted, for it is said, 'All the flocks of Qedar shall be gathered to you… they shall be acceptable on my altar' (Isaiah 60:7)."

Following this, the Arabs urge the Jews to convert to their faith. The Jewish response is one of steadfast refusal:

"Come and believe in our faith," they say. But Israel replies, "Either we kill or are killed, but we will not commit apostasy."

This narrative serves as a profound allegory, reflecting themes of trial, faith, and identity at the culmination of history.

Context and Interpretation

The passage draws a deliberate parallel to the biblical account in 1 Kings 18, where Elijah challenges the prophets of Baal to a sacrificial contest to prove the sovereignty of God. In the eschatological retelling, the roles are inverted, and the Jewish offering is rejected. This inversion is often interpreted as a test of faith, emphasizing the importance of unwavering commitment to one's beliefs even in the face of divine silence or apparent rejection.

The reference to "the sons of Qedar" connects the narrative to Isaiah 60:7, which speaks of the flocks of Qedar being accepted on God's altar. This linkage underscores the complexity of divine favor and the mysterious workings of providence in eschatological times.

Additional Sources and Insights

While Pirqe Mashiach provides the most direct account of this narrative, similar themes are echoed in other Jewish texts. For instance, the Zohar, a foundational work of Jewish mysticism, discusses the role of the descendants of Ishmael in the End of Days, suggesting a period of dominance before the ultimate redemption.

Moreover, rabbinic literature often portrays the End of Days as a time of great trial and testing for the Jewish people, where faith and identity are challenged, and only those with profound emunah (faith) remain steadfast.

Now, compare it to this from an interview done about a year ago...

  1. Chas V Chalilah.....that navuah should absolutely NOT come to pass. No way Hashem is letting those monsters control anything anymore. Their time has run out and so has their measly scant merit. The brutality and demonic viciousness of what they did on October 7th obliterated any merit whatsoever. May Hashem speedily destroy them and Moshiach Tzidkenu appear immediately and redeem the world. That is the timelines we are on. We must think amd believe that and will it into existence. Trucht Gut un Ich Vill Zet Gut.

    1. It seems highly unlikely to me that such a scenario would ever materialize, but this goes to show how our enemies know a lot of our sources and try to capitalize on them. Don't be fooled.

  2. I have heard Rabbi Akiva Tatz say something similar where our sacrifice is rejected and we are told to convert and we respond NEVER! Shema Yisrael....!! Then we are immediately redeemed!!!

  3. I totally agree with both above comments. I also think they know our sources and are trying to use it against us. We better not be fooled and agree to the trap!
I would propose something different. Take the top 10 Christian representatives, top 10 Muslim, and 10 holy Tzadiks from Yisrael with several of them being kohen or Levi and having the Ark of the Covenant. I would say whoever religion is most worthy take hold of the Ark and put in their house of worship. I would love to see those 20 from Christian to Muslim be fried on the spot by lightning and fire from heaven by dare taking control of the Ark! Yes we absolutely do know where the Ark of the Covenant is located, hint, it's in a tunnel underneath the Temple Mount.

    1. Can you give sources for that...I've heard rumors of that too...but do you have any legit sources, you could point me to.

  4. Well, Pakistan has threatened to obliterate the entire world, so I think we'll soon see how the story ends.

  5. For anyone who is interested in following up on this - and I understand why many do not - try here: From Abdullah, the True Pope, to POTUS Trump.

Personally, I do not think the Midrash was meant to be taken literally. As someone close to me shared, our "sacrifice" has been our commitment to living in God's Land which we have inherited from our forefathers. And it does appear at times that the sacrifices of the shahids are being accepted over our own. Not giving up and clinging on in faith that all the promises to our forefathers will certainly be fulfilled is passing the test of emunah. With that in mind, I think we may yet see it get bad enough here to make some Jews believe there can be another exile and then go about exiling themselves rather than to continue to sacrifice in vain. I think it may be a great many.

That said, this pretender may very well be promoted by TPTB to initiate the New World Religion, of which the Abraham Accords are certainly a part. It is notable, in my opinion that he claims an American Chr*stian mother and a Muslim Egyptian father - Eisav mated with Yishmael!! From such a union comes Amalek. (And such was the case with Obama if you recall!)

  6. Be aware...

This points up the power of social media to turn this into something more than an oddity, as it might have been in times past.

Also, if the West is going down right now, Chr*stianity must go with it. The Muslims are already acting on the belief that Islam is about to conquer the world. Whole groups of Muslims have recently filmed themselves going into churches and spreading massive prayer rugs to pray, reportedly at the invitation of the churches. At that point, they are apparently considered by the Muslims as no longer a church.

    1. The reason I have begun to follow the reports is because if it really does catch on, it means it is another aspect of HKB"H acting to fulfill His will in the world. "That which is wondrous in our eyes is from Hashem." If it fizzles, then no further attention will be given to it.

  7. All this evil garbage is the work of the sitra achra. That is why we are told that at the end of days there will be so much chaos and confusion. That is also why we are told we must hold on very tight with our Emunah and Bitachon in HKB'H.
As far as many knowing the sources from our Torah is because we now have the internet. They can read and search what they want but will lnot understand or know the secrets that are in every vowel and letter of our holy Torah which is meant for the Jews only and for us to be a light unto the nations. But the powerful ones who think they run the world and own the world only understand power but can never fathom the truths that our holy Sages had, have and will always have. These giants of Torah knowledge all have the holy spirit (ruach hakoesh).
But, in the interim, these Amaleikim (so many different words whether it
be the erev rav, amaeik, sitra acra,, etc) are extremely clever and can manipulate practically anyone or anything, so that the unlearned and vulnerable can easily fall prey to their evil agendas. May their sof come very soon at the time that H' will deem for His Vengeance against all evil.

  8. In the above video, can any realistic thinking person take him seriously.
He looks like a science fiction character. Couldn't watch it more than 2 minutes.
Let's be honest, a normal Yiddishe neshama cannot be fooled (if he is
'mentally' fit) by all the avoda zora's now floating in the air. The world has really regressed. The inmates are running the asylum.

  9. I thought the same thing - he's ridiculous. Its like watching a b grade movie . His silly dramatic hand gestures and his posed dramatic speech....he's not even charismatic or a good speaker. Who is dumb enough to follow this guy....besides little blonde nitwits. When things head south as they inevitably do with all cults, my prediction is his followers get a punch bowl with arsenic laced Kool aid.

  10. I also wanted to say that there is no way this fake fool "catches on"....but upon further reflection, in the crazy up side down world we live in, I guess anything is possible ...Alma D'shikra
