THE ZIONIST DREAM IS DEAD

Kislev 5781

If the Zionist dream was to reclaim the Jewish homeland for the Jewish people and create a Jewish State where Jewish rights would be protected and Jewish aspirations could be realized, then the Zionist dream is dead.  No less than the famed Jewish Agency has buried it.

Heretofore tasked with managing the aliyah of Jews the world over to the Land of Israel, the Jewish Agency is now in the business of building worship centers for Christians in the Galil and promoting the assimilation of Jews among resident non-Jews.

Following is a rough transcription of an 8-min. video (which can be viewed below) of "Ofer" (last name unknown), a non-native English speaker, employee of the Jewish Agency, addressing a group of Ugandan Christians at the Aliyah Return Center in 2019:

...What we decided in the Jewish Agency – to do here – is to build a bridge - to build a bridge between all religions.  Historically, we are called the Jewish Agency, the oldest Jewish organization in the world - 90 years - but in our religion there is a big place for working with non-Jews and I guess that Chaim [Malespin] already told you we have a pre-army academy - combined Arab Christians and Jews - we are the only place doing it...  We are first of all human beings and then we are Christians or Druze or Jews.  So, what we are trying to do is work with all religions - with Christians and Druze and Beduins and build a bridge to make sure the State of Israel will continue to be a place of freedom, a place that everyone can find himself.  It doesn't matter if you are black or white or yellow or red, or Christian or Jew or Muslim.  It doesn't matter.  As long as you are a human being you can be part of this place
...I heard you have a Prayer Mountain [in Uganda], hopefully I'll be there soon.  We decided to build here a Prayer Valley - for you (applause).  You have a Prayer Mountain.  We decided to build - actually for you - a Prayer Valley.  We're going to take the north and west side of the valley of this property and make it a huge [unintelligible] that you can come and pray.  "Galilee of the Nations" - I would like you to spread the rumor that you have a house, a home, here in Israel...  Hopefully, I'll see you more and more, and a lot of times,  Bring your couples and your children - this is your home....

Jewish Agency connections to Aliyah Return Center recently in the news:

Report: Missionaries in Israel running facilities for new immigrants, lone soldiers

Supposedly, the Jewish Agency approved the building of a church in the middle of this "olim" facility because the Christian "volunteers" needed a place on site to worship - even though they can drive to 'messianic' Christian churches in the area.

"VERTICAL" HOUSE OF PRAYER AND WORSHIP

"For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” Isaiah. 56:7

Our registered charity, Aliyah Return Center, began to see an amazing expansion from our Tiberias location, where we housed new immigrant (Olim) Israelis in need, and began to operate where we are now in Bikat Kinorot, near the sea of Galilee along the Jordan River.

What is marvelous in our eyes is that as we renovated and built the agricultural school and prepared a lone soldiers program housing and a pre-army academy for both Arabic and Hebrew speakers, and even further expanded into one of the first Kibbutz in Israel - Beit Zera - to establish a widow housing, we saw that the Jewish Agency looked upon these good deeds with great favor and extended a hand of collaboration #WorkingTogetherforIsrael.

They have fully agreed on our decision to establish the “Vertical" Galilee House Of Prayer, as the heart of this center of many operations, and to work together, Israel and the nations, out of this phenomenal hub here in #PrayerValley, renovating a 3 story, ruined pioneer building, to become a tabernacle of prayer to our God. [i.e. Yeshu]

The big question is:  Is there a synagogue on the premises for the olim and Jewish soldiers?

  1. Things have gotten sicker than we could have ever imagined. They've turned Eretz HaKodesh into an avodah zorah tumah. It's hard for me even to read and watch these horrible videos. Even secular Jews should be offended & outraged and gather together in protest against this 'takeover'. Don't believe this could actually be happening - H' yerachem!

  2. HORRIFIC!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! Yishar Koach for being the voice of sanity during this period of total ignorance and stupidity within our Gov't organizations.

Last week a Xian woman approached the principal of a religious mamlachti elementary school in my neighborhood, Beit Shemesh, and asked (in a sugar-sweet tone) to be permitted entry into the school to share gifts with the students (Bar and Bat mitzvah aged, specifically); she claimed to be part of a "peace-loving - world unity" organization. Apparently, this organization (exact name slipped my mind) has the approval of the ministry of ed to enter school premises. My sister, who works in the school and caught the tail end of the conversation, stomped into the principal's office shouting, "Christian missionary" and pleaded with the principal to forbid this woman's entry.

Frustratingly, the menahel noted that the organization is supported by some rabbis in Yehuda v'Shomron and he said that he will make a decision in the coming days.
They are everywhere and increasing in number at a tangible rate.

Names of Rabbis & activitst: I would love to put this menahel (and possibly our Mayor as well) in touch with Rabbis and/or activists who are fighting this phenomenon in an effort to ban this organization from his school and from our entire city.

  3. Chaviva, please be in contact with Beyneynu Israel (beyneynuisrael@gmail.com). I can vouch for them personally.

Beyneynu is a non-profit organization that monitors missionary activity in Israel and works with government and community leaders to create awareness of the challenges facing the public and to facilitate the establishment of proper boundaries in their partnerships with faith-based organizations.

  5. I have to agree with Anon@2:48 This is definitely of of the best Jewish/Israel blogs out there. May Hashem bless you Devash with good health, and the strength and encouragement to persevere and speak out in support of Israel and the truth.
It might not be a bad idea for those of us blessed to be living in EY to join Beyneynu and Regavim, and other like organizations to counter all the interlopers and invasive species :)

  6. Thanks, Stingray. Also Yad L'Achim. Financial support is key for these orgs. Beyneynu is a new amuta, but it is staffed by people that I know personally and who have been fighting this fight without compensation or funds to draw on for literally years.

And here is something you all may not know. The messianics have some like-minded attorneys on their side and they are now prosecuting the anti-missionary orgs when they find an opportunity. Even if their case is frivolous, it still costs huge sums to defend against their charges. They have some proteksia also at high levels of the government, as you have seen.

I so look forward to the day when our land is clean of all idolatry!!

  7. Aleinu is a very powerful remedy to idol worship. I've been concentrating on it more than ever and I recommend the same for everyone.

  9. Anonymous @ 1:25 PM - Since this is the same rabbi who welcomed Tommy Waller's HaYovel Ministries, called this missionary organization righteous gentiles and allowed them to establish what amounts to the first American Evangelical Christian yishuv next to Har Brachah, I can't say I am surprised.
