R' Sitorsky names one thing that proves that Mashiah hasn't come yet: the establishment of the 2nd 3 arei' miklat (cities of refuge - making 6 all together). The Rav didn't say that, but just as it is proof that Mashiah has to come (which he did say), it is also proof that Yesh"u is for sure NOT the one we've been waiting for.
