Likud Ministers Furious: Netanyahu Didn’t Ask Us
Likud ministers expressed fury over Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s announcement that their party is uniting with Yisrael Beyteinu. In an interview with Maariv, they said, “The Prime Minister didn’t discuss this with us or tell us – he put us in an impossible situation.”
Netanyahu “went over our heads as if the Likud was his and his alone,” they accused. “He gambled with our future all to guarantee himself a third term.”
At this point, I'm thinking anyone but Bibi Netanyahu. But, then I remember Ehud Barak and Ehud Olmert, Tsipi Livni and Shaul Mofaz and Lieberman - so many nasty, self-serving people whose only goal in life is to be king of the mountain and reap all the material rewards it brings. Instead of governing, all their time is wasted in acquiring and then trying to maintain their power. G-d help us!
